Since I know that I won't get much notice from most people on here, I decided to post one of my poems. I really don't mind if anyone doesn't read this as I am posting it for my own pleasure. Besides it is always a nice little surprise when someone leaves a comment.


“My Savior”

During the days of my darkness
You were there, hidden just beyond my reach.
I cried out in pain
And I felt as if I had to fight alone.
You were there, watching with tears in Your eyes.
I turned inward, grieving.
You were there, waiting to hear me call Your name.
You guided me even when I was blinded to You.
You opened doors and yet I never paid You any attention.
I kept falling but You kept me from the abyss.
When You reached through to me
It was like a flame guiding me to Your path.
You laid out everything good in my life
Even when all I saw was the bad.
You gave me so many chances to turn to You.
When I returned home to You
You poured Your Spirit into my heart.
You broke down the barriers of my soul
And severed the agreements I made with the enemy.
You lifted me high so that I could see all that You had done.
You gave me a glimpse of heaven so that I may know Your greatness.
You told me that You chose me so that I may know acceptance.
You love me before anyone else
And showed me what true patience is.
I look into Your eyes and I see such wisdom.
Your beauty is amazing.
To read Your Word humbles my soul to
Know the many ways You are willing to forgive me.
You warn me of the consequences of sin
And You are always leading me closer to You.
I give my life to You, my Savior.

I imagine there have been many of you in this community that have participated in many other MMORPGs. Lately I have been on PWI. Now when I see someone telling others in World Chat that they are thinking of killing themselves or actually have it all planned out, I don't know about you, but I see a little lost child crying out in pain and asking for help. I see myself not even a year ago and it scares me to death when I see this and then to see others in the game think of it as a joke or a game. Maybe it is a sick joke to the one crying wolf but there are many people out there who don't know where to look and end up asking for help through the games they play. Now I was never the one to broadcast it through an online game, but it showed in my poetry, my attitude and in the way I spoke. I did my best to hide my suicidal behaviors, but there were many a time that I subconsciously asked for helped....cried for help. I guess what I am asking is that at least be forewarned and try to help them through this. It may just be a child looking for attention but then again we never really know do we? At least not until we hear about it in the news, like the poor child who committed suicide over myspace. I just wish more people, adult and children alike, would take this seriously and not put that particular person down when they are already as far down as humanely possible. What I have seen of the Endless Forest community I love. I see a community that works together, plays together, and helps each other out even when times are rough for there fellow players. I have seen screen shots and videos of how this community come together for a player that was tragically taken away. I am grateful to find a community such as this. I just pray that there will be more communities, whether online or offline, that take this one as a good example of human fellowship.

Favorite set(s): obviously Little is still...well...too little for a set. He has taken an interest in the more earth toned pelts.
Favorite location(s): Mushroom circles!!! He loves the shape shifting spells so if you are looking for him, he is usually snoozing in a mushroom circle.
Favorite color(s): a reddish brown, gold and white >< if only the devout pelt would stay on him.

Personality:
Extremely shy and enjoys the solitude. Although every once in awhile he will sneak up on unsuspecting deer and cast the shape shifting spell. He tends to be a loner although there have been times he has joined in a few spell casting parties with other deer. He is a very quiet fawn and doesn't have many social skills. If he runs off don't take offense, he just gets a little scared when there are more than three deer around him.

Likes:
He loves water walking and jumping where ever he goes. He likes watching others cast spells at each other only because he enjoys the varied sets. He enjoys walking around the 'dreaded' Deermuda but only because he feels completely safe there. He loves dancing every once in while. He also enjoys the varied masks that changes his voice. He thinks his voice at the moment sounds too...well...little.

Dislikes:
He hates flying because the fall hurts. Doesn't like it when other deer put flowers upon his head><. He obviously doesn't like big crowds. He doesn't like it when other deer tend to be mean to others for no reason.

Maybe if you see him greet him with a bellow, he might just answer back. And if you are lucky you might just get him to dance with you. ^^

I have been perusing the pictures posted up in here and it just makes me wish I had a scanner. I may not be as gifted as others here XD but I can draw decent enough pictures. The only difference between me and the artists here is that I just don't seem to have the passion for it like I use to. i would post some of my poems here but I fear I may offend other people's religious views, since mine are inspired by my faith. I do thank everyone here for sharing their artistic skills here. I enjoy looking at them.


....I did figure out a name for my fawn though. Just figured I would call him Little....eh, not very imaginative though. oh well.

As you can see from the above screenies, I love the shape shifting spell! I apologize to the deer that I um....well....shrunk if I offended you but I just had to victimize you with my favorite spell.
*sigh* If only I weren't a fawn.

*edit* I just realized that I never chose a name for my fawn....willing to take any suggestions.
