Where can you find masks? As far as I understand from the FAQ, someone else has to change you, bu how can oyu change other people? DO you hvae to eat the mushrooms or what is the process?

I just registered, read the FAQ, but I still can't figure out the game! I have a few questions, can somebody please answer them because I'm really frustrated!

1. How can I change the apperance of my deer?
2. How can I name my deer?
3. Are the deer I'm seeing in the forest other players?
4. Is there a certain goal I'm supposed to be trying to accomplish, or do you jsut run around as a humanoid deer?
