Well, I'm back. New laptop, forest runs, it's summer, so I have time to get on. I have gained a bit of maturity since I last was on here, and some art skills, so maybe I'll draw something again.
I got my new laptop finally Ive been saving forever! My old computer ran the forest at 5-15 frames per second, 15 on a really god day, but now its at 26-27 and I'm so HAPPY! =:3
This is unrelated to TEF, but I want to ask since some of you have a DA account.
Deviantart is a really cool place to see a lot of art. My mom was flipping through my sketchbook to see what I've drawn, and she found a picture of my favorite Skylander, Flashwing. She said that people would download this if I put it on the internet, and I found the perfect time to ask her if I could have my own DA. I said that i wanted my other kinds of art to be seen and critiqued by non-biased people (of course my family is going to say it's good).
My mother, as usual, told me to ask my dad. My dad said to do some research, and I found the minimum age requirement to be met, and there was a mature content hider and such. I told him that, and he still said no. So I want to ask you guys if DA is a safe environment to post my art on.
It was my two year anniversary one week ago (I'm going by my first username) and I was gone for a lot of that time. Let me just say one thing. All of you guys on the community are possibly the nicest people I've ever met through the internet, and I greatly appreciate that. You always help when somebody needs it, and you are nice to the new members. I've never once seen a mean word on here.
Okay guys I have some bad news. School starts tomorrow, and I will have a vey busy life for nine months. I will try to get on three times a week at least on the community, and once in the forest if I'm lucky. I will miss being able to do whatever I want and sleeping till noon. *sigh*
Hi guys! I'm just saying that I left on vacation to the Oregon Coast four days ago. Sorry I forgot to tell you! I am having a lot of fun and miss you very much! I would have told you earlier but we didn't have wifi cuz we were camping. I carved Yara's pictogram into some sandstone. I'm sad I'm missing the rain though...oh well. Maybe next time...Miss you!
