Commission: Castillion

"Experimental" commission (half the price of my normal style) of Castillion running along the shoreline of a beach looking out all longingly at the sea because c:

I didn't know how to describe this new type of commission before, but I've decided it basically depends on mood and what I'm willing to try. Fresh SU feels plus 'avin a go at working with no lines first. I generally suck at drawing straight onto the screen because I'm so used to drawing on paper (honestly I'm so bad you have no idea) so this was tricky, but hella fun.

cloudandis (awesome name btw) - The shiny is probably thanks to a hexagon brush, the secret is to put light twinkles everywhere. haha XD
If you like the look of this, then you gotta check out the art director for Steven Universe's tumblr! She's an incredible artist, I'm head over heals for her style and just... want all of her stuff in the form of prints alllll over my room.

Hmmm the guy in your signature is telling me to DO IT. So, I'm pretty sure I will. Speedpaints are really not my thing but I do want to take this kind of style and apply it bits of the forest! I haven't actually applied what I have planned in my head to photoshop yet (need to finish up commissions first), but I really really want to do a take on Dandelion Hill and a particular view of the Pond.
