Hi, there! To save or load a set, you must first be logged in. Have you done that? If not, simply enter your username and password on the Network tab in your menu. Access this menu by click "Esc" on your keyboard, or the small green/orange dot on the lower left hand corner.
How many days ago did you register? It takes one month for a fawn to grow into a big deer. Fawns cannot hold sets for very long, and must load their set about every minute or so. Big deer can keep their sets forever.
Hi there, if your deer is a fawn (which is should be since you are a new player) you are unable to safe how your deer looks. You will be able to save most appearances (we call these 'sets') once your deer grows up, after roughly a month from when you first log in.
If your deer is appearing as an adult stag, but spells wear off, this means you are not logged in and are playing as a guest. Be sure you have entered your account info in the game menu and connected to the server!
