Hue is a little clumsy. He's uncomfortable when walking downhill and may need some time taking careful steps, as the bottom of the hill often catches him off guard.

Unlike his brother, _lyric, Hue prefers to stay hidden in a bush rather than exploring and meeting other deer. He is very cautious and tends to stay away from others and can be difficult to befriend. If he feels threatened, he might back off or run away in any direction without knowing where he is heading and is likely to get lost. But, following familiar scents in the air usually gets him back on track.

Hue sleeps lightly and wakes up if he hears other deer nearby, causing him to get up to listen closely in case he feels like he should be running. He's quiet most of the time, usually only roaring as a warning that he's not feeling safe, or if he's lost and/or in desperate need of help.
