Your Question... Your Name... (RP Invite)

- Under the Cut for CSS -

You there...

You look puzzled... Yes, puzzled...

I am... wise... yes, wise...

Speak your question... yes, speak...

The voice is seductive and inviting... yet it has an undertone of threat.

No! You musn't listen! He's--
This voice is frantic, very frantic, blurting out a warning.

Quiet.
It speaks to the other voice, cold and commanding.

Now ask me your question... yes, ask me...

I'm sure you'll be pleased with my answer... yes, very pleased...

I have just one thing... yes, just one...

Your Name.

Tell me Your Name.

No! Don't listen! Run! RUN! WHILE YOU--
So frantic! Almost delirious!

QUIET!
Anger.

Ignore it!
The voice is still shaking as it hisses at You.

Ask your question!

Ask it now!

But you must Tell Me YOUR NAME!

And suddenly, a release of breath. The voice is quiet, almost tired.
Your Question...

Your Name...

It's all up to You now. Will you dare utter you name?

(Go for it Deerth~)

I am clever... yes, very clever...

I can tell you that this is a bump... yes, a bump...

Just ask your question... yes, ask...

And tell me your name... yes, the name, the name...

... Don't tell him...!

She is a daring young thing,

She is a daring young thing, with little sense of danger. Few inhibitions, and fewer worries. For she is a
daring
young
thing.

And nothing too awful could ever happen to something such as her. Were she to find her way into trouble, wouldn't it be
just
as
easy
to remove herself from the situation?

When her lips curl, they are all satisfied smile and knowing. When they part, it is to send her question sailing toward all who hear, a grand vessel leaving the docks for the first time, taken by the even grander winds.

"Why should I give you my name?"

Windsor smirked, his eyes

Windsor smirked, his eyes glinting in the light. "A question for a name, is that right? What do I most wish for and will I get it? If your answer satisfies me I shall tell you the name I go by now." The stag was certain he would easily outwit the other, as he knew that 'Windsor' was not his true name. He had another name before that, and anyway, names were names. They didn't actually mean anything.

He waited boldly for an answer.

Lapstrake: That is your

Lapstrake:

That is your question... yes, your question?

If I should answer I need something in return... yes, in return...

You want to know why I want names... yes, why I want them...

Then you must give something in return... yes, in return, in return...

What can you offer... yes, what?

The voice is sneering now, smug; like it knew things.

Shouldn't have come-shouldn't have spoken...
SHOULDN'T BE HERE! I WARNED! SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME!!

This voice is hyperventilating. And then - suddenly over come. It seems to have some pearls of wisdom. Will you pay attention to it?

Wotsits: You try to fool

Wotsits:

You try to fool me... yes, you try...

But I'm clever... yes, very clever...

TELL ME A NAME FIRST!

A NAME!

Good! A smart one!
Don't tell him... DON'T TELL HIM A NAME!!

Azura stepped forward, a doe

Azura stepped forward, a doe with yellow spirals on her light blue fur, like stars shooting in the blue night. Her eyes shone goldly and her head was up high. A pure sign of boldness. The doe was quite small, but head up, she faced the stag. "What is my greatest fear of all?" asked Azura. She looked deeply into the eye, and knew she could trick anyone she wants to. How could a stag answer this to a doe, without ever knowing her? And even IF he knew, how? Because the doe was the only one to know it.

[=10]Windsor narrowed his eyes, "I gave my terms, stranger. Will you accept or decline? Last chance before I leave." He was amused that it had realised but he was unsure too, if it knew 'Windsor' was his true name.

He waited, looking thoughtful, then pretended to give in, sighing. "I'll give you a name, then. Bob." He watched it curiously, waiting for a reply.[=10]
