Powers and Abilities: Capable of shifting into a Small Sized Dragon, Enhanced Strength and Stamina. He is also capable of using the Materia that his father used and has mastered them at a young age due to his training. He is a master at most weapons, but prefers to use the Double Moon Scythe that his mother has made him.
Materia: Fire, Ice, Earth, Life and Lightning. As well as Several All Materia.
Weapon: Double Moon Scythe (Main), Several Swords and Guns.
Heritage: Son of the Great Solider Sephiroth
Orientation: Unknown, thought to be Straight

Any RPing on this blog is subject to being 'human' based RP over Deer Based RP.
While Jacques is Technically a 'deer' shaped Creature, he is nothing related to them.
Jacques Stands at 5' at the Shoulder, and 7' in full height.
Engraved into the center of his head is one massive Black Materia stone.
On the sides of the Black Stone are two smaller Materia, Red and Yellow respectfully.
His body is heavy set, and muscled. But not to the point of being Over Muscled.
His face is slightly skull like in features, and more dragon like that deer like.
Hooked in his nose is a large 'bull' nose ring that dangles down.
Thick, Silky, and extremely long Silver hair flows from the top of his head, to the base of his neck between the shoulders.
Jacques' hair literally drags the ground, it's extremely long.
His tail is longer than your average deers, thin and whip like.
At the end of this tail is a 'spined' frill, and embedded at the end of the tail is another Black Materia.
Thin, very reptilian like fangs are present in his mouth.
Fur is not present on his body, he is scaled but his coat (compliments of his father) cover up the scales and hide away his true features.
While in this state... Jacques' eyes are less Mako Infused as they are redish green/aqua.
* While it's mentioned that the Materia are black, they are not THE Black Materia.

Jacques is your average 19 year old boy. Despite being Mako induced with his body.
Jacques is just as tall as his father was, standing at 6'1 in height.
The teens body is not overly muscled, he is still developing but has a frame much like his fathers.
Most commonly, Jacques wears either SOLDIER Classified Outfits.
In particular events, Jacques will wear an outfit Similar to his fathers.
Without clothing on, Jacques reveals he has a large scar on his chest.
This scar is from an assassination attempt to kill his Mother that went wrong.
Without Clothing on you can see that not only his face is scaled.
Along both sides of his neck, down his entire back to his tail, and along his sides, Biceps and the sides of his legs are scaled.
Along his inner thighs are also scaled. As well as below the knees, and below his elbows.
These scales are a very dull blue, the blue sometimes fades into black due to the Mako slowly consuming his original scale colors.
Jacques' hair is just as long as his father's and is a very brilliant Silver coloration. It is silky to the touch.
Much like his father, Jacques has those cat-like Aquamarine eyes.
Jacques' hands and feet are clawed.
Jacques' tail is thick, heavy set and can break bone if he swings it hard enough.
