I'm just curious, what is your real-life relationship with your in-game mate? Is it:

--romantic
--friendship
--Internet pal
--other (explain)

This is just out of curiosity. I find this "mate" phenomenon fascinating.

I honestly don't know how to answer that! Mazey and I really don't communicate outside of this site, and of course when we see each other in the Forest we're usually nuzzle-spamming each other. I wonder what you'd call that Laughing out loud

Of course she's become a vital character in my stories, and we each made a character to be our children - Mazey made Axie (male) and I made Zephyr (female).

Internet pal. I put up a singles ad for Patch, and Silent responded to it, offering Lihl as her mate, and it went swimmingly from there. Silent and I started talking on an IM, and we've become good friends from that.

To me, the whole mate-thing

To me, the whole mate-thing is definitly something between friends.
I knew Saan a long while before her deer and mine became mates, they had so much fun in the forest. My bound with Saan is pure friendship. The same with Dannii's deer Taliene and my other deer Gehirn.

The bound between my deer Auge and my boyfriends deer Solace, is different because I made him join, and we thought it would be cute if our deer would be mates, since we are in a relationship too.

*continues on quads answer* well yes Quad and i have met on the internet, but personally i feel like i already knew him before i met Quad, yes mazey and quad have taken hugh roles in eachother's stories and are important to eachother no matter what happenes ^.^

Squeegie and I have been buddies for a while now I think. :> I knew Loofa liked Trois a lot but I was a little um...slow on the uptake SO my whole proposal was over iScribble and resulted in A LOT OF DRAMA because I was FASHIONABLY LATE. I was worried Jingle's arrival would to the same oho D8
