He looks scared, yet in a controlled, demented rage. It's hard to explain, but I love the depth of his expression and the shape of his face...he's absolutely lovely. Wonderful work, as always. ♥
He looks gorgeous...his face so waxy, the definition in his cheekbone making his cheeks look slightly hollow and most of all, his slightly parted lips. A smile almost, despite his 'tears' of blood.
Seriously, though, I still love everything about this, especially his lips if that isn't an odd thing to comment on. The markings are so fluid and fit so well upon his face. Great work with the eye, too.

The iris feels like a gong, plus the dilating ear, it adds to the hollowed out impression; plus the exquisite lip-breaking pigmentation placement. I took the blood for another patch of pigmentation, at first.
