Just felt some inspiration, so if anyone wants to put in a response I will be using Jaz.

It was nearly dusk by now. The bird chirps and tweets had finally began to break and the luscious liquid honey sun rays poured its last bucket full over the thick pine trees, leaving a sticky golden shine over the landscape. Spots of yellow painted the vibrant green grass—mainly hidden by tree shadows—that the spotted doe rested in, her mind racing with heaps of questionable thoughts. Consuming her time, and attention.
She restlessly squirmed her right hind leg, a jet black, leather textured bracelet with deep, glowing, crimson dots was wrapped tightly over her ankle, she uncomfortably nipped at the thing but seemed to tighten even more. The tugging halted.
Evening sneaked up across the solid black mountains and sharp tips of tree tops, the fire flies began to dance around the forest with their astonishing white-green glow, shaping the brightly hued flowers. It was such a beautiful picture. But a certain ear-splitting sound crept across the land. An all too familiar sound. Silence.
She began to fluctuate once again, but as the wind whistled within the trees, and the crickets sounded their comforting chirp, she felt... at home. Jazlynn was beginning a new life, and she was beginning to accept it. She had no choice.

Not sure if I'm good enough.

Shikatori ran in the forest, cheeful as always. She ran the whole day but she didn't feel tired when she noticed the sun was slowly going down in the sky. She searched for some water to drink before eating some berries in a bush nearby. As she was about to resume her race, she noticed a strange white and brown thing a little far away. Curious, she got closer and discovered it was a doe. Happy to have found someone after the whole day running and jumping, she approached the doe a little more noticing her ears colors were fading from white to pink and her white spots and said, not very properly, in her sweet purring and cooing voice: "Hello?" She never see her in the forest and she wanted to meet her, see who it was.
Scratch, scratch. Pause.
The young stag liked to do it, especially when he knew no one was watching him. Others could assume that Mandel’s penchant for scratching his head was a symptom of nervousness. On the contrary, he felt relaxed between the two dog-rose bushes. It was the spot for him as it passed the test for a place where he could be considered invisible. Although, it also had it’s bad sides since he tended to get caught up in his mind way too much while spending the time on his own.
Continuing for another couple of minutes and observing the mesmeric fireflies while doing so, Mandel was slightly worried about the silence that surrounded him. Silence that concerned deer, not complete silence, thanks Spirits. If the whole Forest would get silent then it would probably mean the end of it.
He was in the Forest long enough to know that deer couldn’t be silent for too long and he was right since not a far distance away from him he could hear a melodic but hesitant greeting. Turning his head towards the source, Mandel saw a deer-bird, very young, needless to say that he could guess she looked intriguing during the day but in the fade light of the dancing fireflies she seemed…magical. That was a good enough reason for the stag to listen to the conversation. Plus from his perspective it was hard to see to whom the deer-bird was talking to.

Hope it's okay^^'
@Kamaya: No

The thoughts which polluted her mind continued to flow, at first not even noticing the voice that attempted to capture her attention. The doe's hazel eyes were focused merely on the cool waters which slithered down the small valley and flooded into the pond.
Then it hit her.
A voice rang in her head and she snapped her head in direction to the sound, flinching. A winged animal, with a cheerful voice and wonderful colors with delicate bronze eyes, starring directly at the painted doe. She starred back, somewhat stunned, trying to collect the correct words to speak—which came painfully—to the other creature.
"Eh-um, hello..."
She said with a rather petite voice, her eyes focused on the female. She lifted her fore leg, with her muscles tight, ready to dash at any sudden movement. Not noticing the young curious buck that stalked them from a little ways back.

Shikatori automatically moved
Shikatori smelled an unknown scent near them but she was too proccupied by white and brown doe to react. "I can leave you alone if you want." She said, even if she didn't want to do that. Sometimes being alone isn't a good thing. She tries to remain in place, her legs were tingling her. But she knew she had to control herself, especially if someone wants to sit and stay with her.
A firefly flew in front of her head and she couldn't keep herself from catching it in her beak and released it after.
Mandel stopped moving not to
Unfortunately, out of his clumsiness, Mandel put his leg on a dry twig which cracked under the burden. He could bet all what he had that the others couldn’t miss it, hence they knew someone was there. With a sigh, he stood up to not make the situation even worse.
Jazlynn kept her eyes on the
"Look... you can stick around," she said shamefully, "It's... just I-I am, new to this forest. A lot is on my mind right now."
As the doe began to lower her fore leg, the snap of a twig not far off flung her ears stiff forward. She sniffed the air and scented someone near by. She stood quickly and went to investigate slowly. As she came around in the raw evening light, she saw a young buck starring at her.
"Oh, hello there. She said rather fearlessly.

@ShrinkingRose:
is Mandel a fawn?

Shikatori heard what she believed to be a cracking noise not very far from them which the spotted doe seemed to have heard too. She raises her rainbow feathers on her head and looked in the direction of the source. As the young doe near her went to see what it was, she followed her. She heard her talking and when she came just next to her to see what was going on, she saw a little fawn. Ah! Just a little boy who was probably playing..., thought the cream-colored deer-bird. Or maybe... Shikatori was wondering if he wasn't simply stalking them. Little fawns are very curious and can't keep themself from listening to conversations, after all.
She tried the best she could to speak so the fawn would understand what she was saying. "Hello little one!, she smiled. "What are you doing here?"

The scent of the dog-rose
For now, he had to come up with an excuse why he was there and listened to their conversation. Luckily, Shikatori helped him out with her assumption. “Yes, I was just playing!” The fawn repeated after her way too quickly to make it plausible. So, he tried once again, this time slower, minding his words. “I explored the place, got tired and the bushes seemed like a good nap spot.”

Actually my idea was to rp him as a young adult but fawn is okay too.
Jazlynn looked suspiciously
"I.. am Jazlynn." The spotted female stated with a faint stutter. She was still nervous, as usual, but she was beginning to trust that the two others had been rather... safe. Hopefully. Jaz had encountered so many terrifying creatures within this dense forest, it was almost impossible for her to be friendly and walk right up to them.
After she had introduced herself, a brilliant pod of fire flies mushed together and intertwined themselves within the trees, creating a picture of pine and soft dew colored glows dripping from each branch. The purple flowers Jaz was standing in was lit up by these astonishing bugs. As they swerved in and out of each vibrant cup.
Jaz, stunned by the gorgeous beauty, set a rather inviting grin over her face as she examined the landscape. Totally forgetting about the two others.

She looked at the spotted doe and noticed she was intrigued by something. She came closer to her and wanted to say "Is everything okay?" but only bird sounds get out of her beak this time.
Mandel nervously rubbed one
Telepathy but also telekinesis. He discovered them by accident during his first days in the Forest. Maybe he was born with the two abilities or maybe the Gods of the Forest gave them to him at the arrival. Nonetheless, it was a blessing but a curse at the same since he tended to forget that others were not able to read minds or move objects without touching them. So, he tried to hide it which didn’t work very well, at least in the case of the bird deer.
Turning back and tilting his head at her rather peculiar way of coming closer, the fawn smiled lightly at the doe. “Mandel, my name is Mandel. Nice to meet you, Shikatori and Jazlynn too.” He nodded at the deer-bird and then he heard her bird sounds. Of course he didn’t understand it but thanks for reading her thoughts, he knew Shikatori had asked Jazlynn a question. He tried to repeat it, of course indirectly: “Is it really fine if we stay, Jazlynn? Maybe you want to spend the evening on your own?”
