APPROACH WITH CAUTION!

For those of you who don't know about Nightmare from my Deer Online Status Page or his Bio In general. Let me explain what's going on in the best of ways possible.

Nightmare only allows 2 people to get close to him (3 if you include Leea) and those two are Laurette and Sithrim. Sithrim because he feels safe around the stag for protecting him against the 'holy' things that can plague him, and Laurette because he feels a need to help protect her. With recent happening, and with what Beliar did to Laurette he has gone into a semi-deadly "Beautiful Nightmare" State (See Bio for details)

Why is this so dangerous? Nightmare... is normally not an aggressive creature when around other deers. In fact, he can tolerate most so long as they do not pester him BEYOND belief. He is only aggressive (While in his Sweet Dream state) when a 'target' is around and even then, he is only aggressive around his target.

Right now however, Nightmare is currently FURIOUS! See This for details. And it's more so best NOT to approach him while he will be in this state. If he comes around you're deer. I don't expect anyone to run, and really he WILL keep a good distance from those but crazy dorks who approach him will be greeted with an Anger Emote, Roars and rearing/pawing the ground. This is him telling you to GET the heck away.

Staying around Nightmare too long while in this state is also putting your own deer at risk. At risk for what? If you didn't catch it on his bio and the other things listed, he's currently SPEWING out a black liquid like smoke, this smoke is DEADLY when inhaled. It's better explained on his bio, but this smoke attacks the brain and sets the deer that inhaled it into a nightmare. The nightmare uses the worst memories it can find and corrupts them, while awake it's not that bad but when asleep they are terrible. And in this state they are WORSE than they normally would be.

And really, he's not 100% aggressive in this form but if someone decides to PUSH it he will get more than aggressive. Due to last night's happenings however, he's likely going to be a lot meaner towards anything that decides to approach him. Meaning, he might use a hoof smack (Rear + Taunt or Rear + Scratch Ground or Rear + Taunt + Scratch Ground) to whatever body part is closest to get it across.

Hopefully that helps a lot of others out who see/saw Nightmare. Personally, while I was on him tonight he wouldn't have been SO bad if a particular fawn had taken the hint and left when he was giving his 'go away' signs. Nightmare didn't want to fight (Thus why he kept moving) but it was going to get violent if it wasn't for the fact that I had to leave to go help my mom.

Anyway, I'm sorry to Wesker and Karooi, and everyone who was THERE and saw that fawn really being a pest. ALL of the anger/rage emotes were aimed at the FAWN and no one else.
