Pictogram in my model...

I cannot, for the life of me, get my pictogram to appear on the preview for the 3d model + pictogram. The pic never shows up, no matter size, color, etc., no matter position or rotation...

Anyone else have this issue/know what to do about it? Zelly'd love to have her Ghost Deer in physical form...

Strange. I tried it out with

Strange. I tried it out with a couple of test pictos, and it seemed to work fine for me. I tried .png and .jpg images of different sizes and colors (white background with black picto works best though, like they said).
Maybe contact the company directly and see if they have a suggestion?
