Got set. Looked around for lonely ladies then settled by a mushroom tree, hiding in ferns.

Ran all around looking for a tree or area to claim. Found one and rubbed the shit out of it. Settled down and rolled in the grass to rub his scent.

The dark feline was lazing on

The dark feline was lazing on a stone near the playground, her thin frame stretched out across the warm stone. Her blue and silver eyes were closed in contentment as she purred softly. Her black ink like markings had spread further over her frame upon her return, staining the dark grey fur. She wore her mother's skull mask over her feline face to hide it from the other forest inhabitants. Her black antelope prongs fit perfectly through the holes in the skull were her mothers had been. Yawning softly, her ears twitched at a birds call.

The day was alluring, each

The day was alluring, each pine was set precisely on the thick wood branches of the large trees which towered over the forest, shielding the scalding sun from pooling over the land and cooking the environment, however, there were a few areas where the tree's refused to grow, and that was where the sun had it's chance to reveal the beautiful rays that would shower over the soft grasses and beings which lingered in the dense woods.

Then there was Curtis, the lascivious feline was scampering through the vivid sun and past the concentrated shadows that were cooling and relaxing, spread nicely across the earth. Each paw the male owned was slightly moist from dipping them in the cool swift waters, searching for a fish to satisfy his hunger. However he failed.

He reached "his tree" and suffocated his scent into the bark. His body collapsed with an ungraceful thump as he rolled around the deep grasses which hugged the pine. Bored, he rose and felt the urge to climb the rocks of the playground and relax on the top stone. On his way, he caught the figure of another feline, female, resting across one of the rocks. A small grin swelled over his lips as he pawed forward, a soft purr rumbling in his throat.

The sound of paw steps and a

The sound of paw steps and a light purr made the lynx stir. Opening a silver eye she gazed at the male before opening the blue one. Lebannen hummed thoughtfully as she took in the males appearance. He looked similar to... herself. A brow was raised behind the mask as she gazed at the approaching feline hybrid. Her stump of a tail thumped against the warm rock as she sat up and crossed her front paws.

Ears pressed forward, a shimmery blue cuff attacked the edge of one. A sly smile stretched across her face behind her skull as she waited for the tom to get closer. For once she didn't snort and move away. Leb didn't move from her place on the rock, instead she sat and waited. It was often she met creatures similar to herself and her other siblings.

Curtis mimicked the female's impish smirk, "Ey baby." He flirted smoothly with his thick accent, rising a brow under his civet skull. He let his golden orbs inspect her small frame, over the skull she wore, past her paws and neck and around her rump and legs. With a satisfied nod, he trotted toward the stone she rested upon, his thick translucent claws pried their way into the thick damp soil and he lowered his body, with a single push he hopped easily up to her level, a romantic grin plastered on his lips as he approached her with clean steps.

She would have moved,

She would have moved, flinched away from his closeness like he carried the plague himself, but she didn't. Her eyes narrowed slightly as she watched him jumped up onto the rock were she lay and saunter closer to her. A lazy smirk spread across her face as she leaned back to look at his face. She didn't know why she acted differently but she would think about it another time. For now, she would play along with this flirtatious tom.

"Hey yourself." Her voice was soft but didn't hold an accent like his did, though if she wanted, she could have spoke fluent Russian to him. Lounging on her side she hummed approvingly as her gaze traveled over his close frame. Mmm he did look nice.

Curtis gave a satisfied sly grin as she seemed to be alright with his flirtatious and close presence. "And what is your name, mate?" he asked, rested down beside the other feline, purring lightly "I'm Curtis." he explained as his eyes fell distant and focused on a few stranded tree's blocking the horizon.

Lebannen hummed thoughtfully as she let his name roll around in her head. Curtis, huh? Her eyes did not drift away like his did, instead they remained on his face, watching his curiously. She'd never acted so loose before... at least not until recently. Perhaps it was just that time of year or something silly like that. "My name is Leb, though you can call me whatever you'd like, Curtis." She let his name roll off her tongue in the form of a purr.

He flicked his ears at her name, letting it ring within his head. "Ah, Leb, that is a pretty name eh." he said looking straight at her now, her name left a sweet taste in his maw so he gave a pleased grin.

"How long have ya been in this forest, huh?" he asked, his golden eyes stuck on her face, taking in her lovely features which signaled excited tingles throughout his body, glad the female was going along with his flirtatious activity.

A soft purr rolled from her

A soft purr rolled from her chest at the complement and she let a crooked smile touch her face behind her mask. While his eyes roamed over her face she felt a tingle in her stamoch, worried that perhaps he would notice the scars that ran around her throat. She only hoped her fur had covered the little bald scars.

Leaning toward him she blinked up at him, letting a paw brush against him. "Oh, I've been here for awhile now, though I come and go as I please." She purred. "What about you? I don't believe I've ever seen you around here before."

The dark lynx let out a soft chuckle at his remark, her eyes twinkling with amusement. A purr hummed in her chest as she settled closer to him, her frame just brushing against his. He was a smooth one, and a flirtatious one at that, but she didn't mind. She was content to play along this time.
