Met a hell of a doe.
Isn't actually all that bothered to have lost to her in a spar, though surprised nonetheless and would gladly match up again if she were to offer, rut or no. Accepted his defeat and watched her walk away for a long moment before turning to meet a startlingly large buck, pale as snow and pleasantly peaceful.
Was invited to sit for a time and accepted, finding surprisingly pleasant company.
