Class:Type O White Dwarf star that lived to be approx. 4.5 billion years, then underwent stellar nucleosynthesis during explosion (death)
Disguise:Masks itself with elemental fallout collected from its stellar explosion, shaped to form the appearance of a fawn, an organic mammal NCG 0004 learned to mimic to blend in with its surroundings on the planet it rained down on. Genderless, although referred to as male.
Definition:Anomaly, n., s.:
1) Deviation or departure from the normal or common order, form, or rule.
2) One that is peculiar, irregular, abnormal, or difficult to classify.
3)Astronomy The angular deviation, as observed from the sun, of a planet or
star from its perihelion.
Appearance: (Barn owl pelt, long antlers. )Body base is partially transparent; composed of gold dust particles, iron, and chromium, in the shape of a young deer. Seems to float, or hover slightly above the ground while mimicking the others in its surroundings, and while running. NGC 0004's most recognizable characteristic is his eyes; certain deer who have met or looked at NGC 0004 in the eyes have seen a whole galaxy inside of them. To most of the population, NGC's eyes appear to be a dark and hazy color, or glazed over. To mimic antlers, NGC 0004 builds up small deposits of hardened gold dust, layered and folded in some places. When one of them gets too heavy or long, it breaks and falls to the ground. The glyph floating over NGC 0004's head represents his history and memories spent as a star traveling through different nebulas.
History: NGC 0004 was an anomalistic Type O White Dwarf star that was classified and named by a secretive part of the government as an extremely rare and dangerous star, and the information file about 0004 was fiercely protected by a special group of astronomical scientists at the Pentagon for fear that the file could be hacked into and leaked to the public. Almost 50 years later, when the star hadn't begun to show signs of deterioration, the government decided to release certain parts of the file to the public for educational purposes. Ironically, a week before the information about NGC 0004 was to be released, the unpredictably dangerous dwarf star exploded without warning, leaving the people of Earth in shock. Massive debris and fallout included chunks of metallic rock, dense gold, and a deadly combo of toxic gases, killing millions of people and resulting in an apocalyptic age on Earth. Those who were able to survive and salvage the giant chunks of gold and iron later developed inhuman abilities due to close quarters with the precious metals. The abilities included flying, transparency, super strength, and sonic speed and hearing, which NCG 0004 possessed itself. A small portion of the star's debris rained down on a large planet with a seemingly 'endless forest', about 3 light years away from the site of the explosion. Having unusually developed a personality and intelligence, NCG 0004 mimicked the organisms in its new environment to stay alive, taking on the shape of a young fawn. Many rumors and legends are passed around about NGC 0004, who is mostly called "Figment Child" by the residents of the forest planet, because of his strange appearances and disappearances, and the fact that everyone can see right through him. Very few have been able to look into his eyes and see a completely different galaxy, and some have been able to see their own, recognizing constellations, planets, and stars. To everybody else though, his eyes remain lucid and glazed-over, refusing to reveal too much about himself. He is still learning about everyone that surrounds him and his new planet, so he will mainly be copying your deer's actions, or observing. NGC 0004 has also mimicked a glyph above his head like the rest of the population, but his tells the history and origin of the universe, as well as his own origin and history. NGC was created after the Big Bang, but carries the memory of it as if he were a witness to the event. NGC 0004 possessed the ability to travel throughout nebulas, but was bound to stay in the galaxy he was conceived in. NGC traveled through three different nebulas during his life span of four and a half billion years (travel for a star is slow due to lack of gravity in space); the Carina nebula, the Eagle nebula, and the Ghost nebula. The glyph above NGC 0004's head represents the 3 nebulas contained under the one galaxy.

This was a very interesting read! Captivating. Such imagination. Love the history and how part of it took place in space.

Matter can harm organic beings when it clashes with their immune system, like their skin, lungs, orifices, and other organs and damages them, like carbon dioxide for example. But the gases and metal debris from NGC's explosion is still raining down and traveling outwards from the site, and since it was in space, it will take at least another three centuries for everything to catch a planet's center of gravity and orbit or disintegrate towards the sun. But the only signs that such an anomaly existed will be on two planets, in two different galaxies. One on the planet with the endless forest, and the other on planet Earth. NGC's essence survived and escaped to the forest planet. He may try to repair himself there, collecting and rebuilding with certain metals and gases that he lost in the explosion. Repairing himself means that he will eventually increase in size, and most likely in intelligence of the planet he landed on.
Pretty sure I knew the matter part. Not sure why had I asked you about that, this character is just as amazing as I'm getting brainwashed. XD
I've never seen the Forest as an planet, I've thought of it always as an dimension that can be technically anywhere. Never thought it is a planet. Pretty interestin'.
Nine sees the forest as just another dimension, seeing as she was dropped into it by a stronger force; the gypsy. All Nine ever knew was dimension travel, although she had once been born as a human on Earth before she was converted to an entity by Zeroni.
But NGC sees it as a planet, because he traveled by it a few times before his explosion near Earth. It is just called "Forest Planet" to him, because from outer space, the planet just looks like its covered with plants and different shades of green; and compared to Earth, it barely has any large bodies of water covering the surface.
Wow, I'm sorry, I totally forgot to answer your question! No, NGC 0004 has seen glitches appear in the forest, especially around Jennie, that's why you see him being curious of her a lot. He has tried to mimic some of the glitches that he sees, and sometimes he successfully glitches. His matter and energy are very different from a living organism's, whereas his is capable of teleportation under certain circumstances, and any one of his atoms can store the information equal to 100,000 gigabytes of data that would be needed for a computer system.
My system is knocked off, down, up, left, right, somewhere somehow since this is overly amazing, seriously. Amazed I am now totally.
A. Single. Atom.
Such an existence if used for evil could destroy everything. Or so I think.
Yes; he could store all the information about one particular deer in one of his atoms, since he doesn't have a brain.
...and I think you're right. >-> He is neither good nor bad; but is just the highly intelligent remains of a star who was believed to be dead but is really alive on a different planet and trying to blend in!
whaat...? I read about this 'thing' you created. Hovis and it sound hardly alike, but ya I'd give an egg salad sandwich to meet 'im. *smiles freakishly huge* ^____________^
