Has spent the past few months watching his daughters grow up, slowly. Figures the smallest, voiceless one would be the rebel he has to keep in check most often. That’s how it goes. Things have been getting better the past few weeks, none the less worried about the teenage years. Please no.

Approached by Cadaver whilst sitting with Herla a few days ago, put on his sass-mask and acted as rude as he possibly could. Successfully! Got ignored mid conversation for good reason, but in the end agreed hesistantly he’d help protect Cadaver’s mate as she went through labour. I don’t really know you dude, but fine. Any woman deserves a calm birth. Hälla finally joined them too, quickly put 1+1 together at the sight of her round form. Well then.

Sure enough the day he had to actually fulfil that promise came. Tried to herd all the too-curious eyes off calmly, trying to guide his eldest son in this process as well. Later found Neela with her war-mask on by his leg. Sure, fine, I’ll teach you too. Somewhat relieved she’s more interested in that then what was going on with Hälla and Herla. At some point had to guide her back to where Verve was sitting with Indira and Lohtu though. Was met with a pouty face. Told her her sisters needed guarding too.

The whole happening passed pretty calmly. Guided two too-curious fawns away, towards the pond. They were never to be seen again. Came back, caught a glance of the bloodbath, went to meet his lunch a second time behind a tree. Knew it could hardly be prevented. Went for a quick shower, joined with his family at the hill far from the newborn and parents. Guided Neela to meet the newborn for a short moment, had to scold her for coming too close for comfort. Damnit, you're mute not deaf!
Herla ran off to bring him a stew. May have tried to eat it with his whole face again. It burns. Very envious of long-faced deer.

Today found Johan with the newborn in the morning, kept an eye out from a distance. Mom was sleeping nearby, understandably. Herla joined, went to sit off in a sunny patch for a bit. Not too sure what this means, but however nice, isn't too ready to start accepting these deer as new found best buddies.

Later left the group when the father arrived, either missed a greeting but felt pretty out of place by then. Went back to his home with Herla, dozed off, woke up when Isiel and a tiny fawn had joined them. Played with the kid for a moment, they seemed easily entertained.

A day that would stick with him for years to come.

Started off with a nap, as usual, Herla not far off and the children playing. Suddenly woken up by loud yelling not far off, ran in immediately. Confused at the scene at first, but soon charged into the offender; Woden had seemingly taken Neela out.
Beat on the stag, a short discussion that made him seeing red. Managed to shatter the other.
Confused by woden’s explanation. He had cursed Neela, put her to sleep so she could be of no danger to anyone in the future. Thoroughly confused, but mostly furious. Charged at him one last time before he turned into a raven and flew off.

Brought Neela back to their home, sat with her, Herla, and the others that joined soon. Unsure of what to do.
Caught sight of an odd figure in the corner of his eyes and immediately charged at him. Send the creature running, though he kept talking of how he could help. And Herla apparently knew him.
Finally gave him a chance to speak, it’s name Altijd apparently. Kind of just though the was ugly. Was told Woden had cursed Neela, and the only way to break it was by getting into Neela’s mind. Not sure what to do, but really, what else could they do? Watch their daughter die, or try to do something about it?
Would’ve never picked the sit-and-watch option anyway. Helped the odd stag collect something he called life force from nameless deer, then dragged him back to where everyone else was. Because apparently the smoke made him stupid. Joy. Had less and less faith in the guy.

Sure enough he did open a portal. Went through with Herla, Verve, Ciel and Ephiré. The rest, Leto, Johan and Prita staying guard with the angel as he had said he needed those. Just in case.

Was met by a figure called Danu, a white doe and apparently the first ancestor of Herla. Eh, scary. Was approved of though. Stamp of approval from the ultimate godmother. Could live with that. Learned that Neela was bound down by some of the lives in Herla’s bloodline that didn’t go so swell. Neela held everyone’s memories it seemed, so those who died feeling like shit were being difficult now. Was explained he, and everyone else would need to step into one of those stories of her ancestors, and ‘solve’ it. Weave a better ending.

Sure enough, woke up in the skin of Amergin, Herla’s father. A confusing experience, since he was now literally that stag. Good they matched pretty well personality wise.
Found the feathers of his mate and daughter, Herla and Elandria. Went to search for them, running into some of his friends on the way. Crevan, a bunch of other stags. Soldiers in another life. Very intent on finding his loved ones, but held back by Crevan(Verve) who urged him to calm down, and think first before acting. Found a tree, an odd tree with which you could apparently summon others if you had an item belonging to them. Surely, had feathers. Watched in the water how Elandria apparently got sucked in the wild hunt, after having given Herla to some orange stag with a skull. Seething, demanded answers. Tried to summon Herla back to him, but got said orange stag in return. Started to yell at Woden(Ephiré), who explained what had really happened. Crevan insisting on Amergin seeing his daughter one last time, but a white owl suddenly chimed in that couldn’t happen. He could see and talk to her through the water though.
Told her he loved her, and that she should listen to her elders in her life.

Suddenly woke up himself again, extremely confused by the entire experience. Altijd, a massive eye in the sky, seemed pretty pleased and said the curse could likely be broken now.

No such thing. Instead, the angel disappeared, and the world around them shook. Danu had to keep it together alone all of a sudden, causing a confusing whirlwind of everything he didn’t understand.
When the eye suddenly returned, something seemed amiss. The curse had altered itself, clung onto another with a bad, unresolved past in Neela’s mind.

Judging by the figure that slowly appeared over his daughter’s limp figure, that person was himself.

Suddenly thrown into a situation of his own past. Though this time the whole imagery wasn’t as clear as it was last time, everyone mainly stayed themselves but played roles they didn’t realize. Knew he was.. His enemy, really. And he himself stood over Neela, his old self, about to kill his daughter.
Well aware what situation of his own past this was. Something he’d never speak of, he’d act didn’t happen. Yelled a thimself to not kill her, but met with the answer he knew would come.
Rammed his antlers into his young self, effectively killing him. The only thing that should have happened back then, yet it didn’t.

But now, surely, the eye in the sky gained back control, effectively ending the curse. Danu had some problems getting back into Neela’s mind, as she had grown fond of living. Surely though, after one hell of a ride, everything turned back to normal.
Woke up, Neela speaking her first full sentence upon awakening. Would’ve cried really, if he didn’t feel so sick to the stomach. Watched the limp body of the purple weirdo that had helped them nearby. Leto, Prita and Johan looking worried. Just wanted to rest really.
But he had his daughter back. That was all that mattered.

Lots of drama with an unruly teenager came to it's conclusion last night. Had a talk with the buck, reaffirming he would never hurt him and that he knew his protectiveness could be overbearing. Was just afraid Johan would get hurt. Ended up with a crying buck in his shoulderblade. Duh. Had to refrain from starting to snot himself too.

Woke up near Herla, Johan, Ciel, Lohtu and an unfamilair fawn. Greeted them, sniffed Lohtu. Tried to keep his lunch in. Sat down next to Herla, fell into conversation with her as her 'birthing senses were tingling'. Slightly creeped out. Maybe it could help him prevent witnessing birds.
Was told about the talk his mate had with the feline a days prior, quite suprised. Herla suggested she goes to see the feline, as a friendly gesture. Relieved Umay seemed to have apologised about her defense of Haakon, though still wasn't feeling too sure about it all. They did group-attack Isiel. Still found that low, but understood Herla's sentiments. It was likely better to try and be on positive terms, to secure the safety of their own family as well. Keeps his doubts, but let her go to the family and their newborns.

Kept a big distance, sheltering behind a tree. Accompanied by Johan later. Kept an eye on Herla, things seemed to go alright. Briefly joined by Ravenflight. Then later by Herla. Fell into conversation with her. Both were pretty charmed by all the newborns. Promised eachother months ago they wanted a girl when the boys were old enough. Thought they were, really, but had to be practical abou this. Was this the right timing? Was Herla doing well this winter? Seemed all was alright there. Apparantly it was a year since they tried for the twins, so timing-wise, not bad. They were born a bit early, but still in spring.
Checked eachothers schedules. Seemed they were free. And then Ravenflight sat down with them. Wasn't that dissapointed really, loves the doe's company and has been glad to spend more time with her. They'd have time later.
Watched from the corner of his eyes as Henna came and brought two fawns over. Oh no. Sadfaced, damnit. Did not have being a babysitter in his schedule. Pft. Prita had to cutely curl up between his front legs of course, so started chatting with the girl. Concluded she and Daaé were magic, because mommy had said so. Fine by him.
Couldn't help though but have his mind elsewhere. Looked around for possible other babysitters. Wouldn't abandon the babies. After only Prita was left, saw Sho sit on his own. He was a good kid.

Charmed by the girls though, decided with Herla it was time to fill in a form for one of their own. Teased her for a while until he let her go to the rock to fill in the paperwork. It was quite covered in snow though, so offered to clean it up.
Herla had him working really hard on cleaning up that snow. Absolutely exhausted. Wasn't too sure if she was paying attention or reading a book at some point.

Plopped down on the doe, resting his head on hers, trying to catch his breath. She didn't even break a sweat. Frowned. Told her she could do the hard work next time. She agreed? Urr. Had to do a pretty tough job in return for it though. Damnit. Woman knew how to persuave him to do stuff he really couldn't. Fine. Would do his best.

Spending most of his time in Herla's company, actually feeling pretty happy after a long time of feeling pretty crap deep inside. Doesn't really share this information, but relieved he's been feeling better.

An old face has returned; Caer! Had been worried about the doe, glad to see her about again. Met her at the ruins where he and Herla had been dancing, because why not. Had tried to catch her a star previously, but just got his head cut off. Meh.
Brought the does to the birch, noticed a sleeping Ciel by Eraline's grave. Sniffed him a few times, he looked hurt? Herla didn't seem to know either. Decided to leave him be, went back to their little home. Caer stayed with Ciel. Wasn't she the cutest?

Turned his head after a while to see Ciel had gotten up. And was standing over the rock, seemingly 'shielding' it from Caer. Frowned, went up to them, ignored Ciel's attempt at a greeting. Went to nuzzle Caer instead, hoping she didn't think she wasn't wanted or picked over a rock. Aware this isn't the first time Ciel has tried to push a family member away because of them being near a rock, a similair situation had happend with Kaikias. Pretty done with his ideals. The past is the past, sure a place can be important to you, but don't choose the death over the living.

Went back to Herla, joined by Caer. Apparantly Ciel left, didn't see it. Watched as Herla sleepwalked off. Derp.

Sat next to the river in Herla's company, trying to soak up some sunrays. Pretty difficult. Joined by a doe he did not recognise, Qian, though Herla seemed friendly with them so why not. Was informed this was the deer who had offered Herla and him a way out, a place to go to. Tibet. Spoke to the doe about his worries, safety and of course if he could trust her. Was met with a lot of honesty, liked this. Agreed with the idea, but figured they would need to say their goodbyes to family first. Spoke to Herla further after Qian left.

Noticed some sort of disturbance behind him after a while, Ramsus seemed to be pushing Alina for whatever reason. Riften seemed not so happy? Was Ramsus attacking her? Doubted that. Thought of just ignoring things, watched them move to the opposite of the stream. Suddenly noticed Umay and Pandora right to him. Were they watching? The heck was going on? Went to investigate a bit, checking out both groups. Alina hiding from him behind a tree of course. Rolled his eyes. Still clueless on what was going on, but it looked like Ramsus and Riften were defending Alina in some way.

Greeted Isiel when she came by, watched as Alina and her bodyguards moved off again. Realized Umay and Pandora were following. Had sooome sort of idea now. Thought to try and tell Umay this wasn't worth her time, Alina was a crazy kid, nothing more. Not aware of the situation prior though. Could imagine having a fight with Ramsus wasn't going to be the best situation for Umay either.

Left her to the choice ultimately, went back to Herla and Isiel. Later led by Herla to go home, though they came across Ephiré and Verve on the way. Decided to firstly tell them of their leaving then. Joined by Johan and Leto. Practical. Both boys seemed a bit dissapointed they couldn't come, as did Verve. Promised they could come next time if they behaved whilst their parents were gone. Would likely ask Ephiré if they fulfilled that. Trusts they will though.

Of course, returned from his trip with Herla and got reunited with his family. Actually still has a lot of gifts they should hand out. Er. Herla?

Mostly very calm and collected, snoring about or harassing Ramsus or Ephiré. Seems to be looking for some guy-time with beer and roughhousing but is also lazy. Oh well.

Found Daaé alone the previous day, went to sit with her. Later joined by Ephiré and Herla. And some stag that was staring at them from a distance. Ignored it. Though when he got up and stared from a different angle, the girls seemed to get a bit annoyed. Got up. Went to stare right back. Heard a lot of sighing in the background from Ephiré. The girls decided to just move so followed them, frowned at by Eph. Said the stag would just follow. Wasn't believed.

He followed.

Mouthed "I told you so" to Ephiré quite often before moving off with the girls and letting Eph do the staring this time. I told you so.

Found Herla, Djinn, Isiel and Mori the next day. Saw Mori sit on a distance from the women. Gender-seperation day! Was going to go back to the stash to get a beer for the guy when he noticed Herla's death glare. Okay. Slumped down next to her shaking.
Clueless about what was going on, and really not informed either.. Just sat looking happy. Later joined by Ramsus. Awesome. Most left, sat with Isiel and Ramsus until he thought he was invited to a threesome when he really wasn't. Let them be, went back home to snooze.

Joined again by the two. Ran around with Ramsus and Isiel, mostly Ramsus, threw some antlers around before chasing off some kitty. Had fun.

Sat around alone in his home the next day. (Gosh what a summary) Joined by Djinn and Aurora. Who seemed off. And who also didn't really seem to want to talk to him. Sigh. Moved to get a drink, returned to find them now sitting closer to eachother. Felt like he was intruding in his own home or something. Sigh. Decided to leave them be and flop down on Ephiré instead. Decided against the flopping bit for pain's sake.
Wandered around with the other giant, watched Oira-Oira dance, ran and stuff. Finally ended up at a hill in the first forest, where they passed out.

Sat alone most of the evening. Pretty content with that. Moved off to the birch and bumped into his daughter there, who seemed distraught and hurt. Immediate moodswitch, firing lazerbeams with his eyes and breathing fire. Spoke with her, learned some things. Some things he didn't like. Extremely shocked at her new anatomy, had a moment of short WHAT WERE YOU THINKING before calming down quickly. Recognises something in her eyes he hoped to not see in his children ever. Kept her company for the rest of the night.

Has been keeping a sharp eye on Herla. Well aware she is feeling sick and, somewhere in his head seems aware this is different from last pregnancy. Worried, very much so, but of course hiding it as usual. Trying to keep up the cheerful face for her, occassionally trying to play in a cheerful note. Worried about Verve and her change in behavior as well. Feels like he has been somewhat pulled out of the cheerful state he resised in about a month ago.

Woke up near the idol, ran into Herla on his way there. Meeting her a lot in the first-forest lately. Noticed she was followed by some fawn. Recognised them from a few days prior where Darcy seemed to be standing over it. Sigh. Figured it'd go away.

Later greeted Leto who was apparantly with another grey fawn. Okay. Greeted them at some point but unsure whether they saw or not. A bit confused by all the apparantly abandoned youngsters lately. Sat with his partner and son when suddenly Luyu dove in. Very, very deep sigh. Would someone take their fawns back home please? Grumpily sat on an allergic-distance when his mate came to join him anyway. Baw. It's okay. You cuddle the little tree-rat.

Noticed the fawn following Herla previously was back now too. Even-deeper-sigh. Really not feeling like having Darcy come around for it. Stared it off, hoped it'd stay back. Nope. Jumped over as soon as Herla poofed. Got up, stared at it for a while. Apparantly got ignored. Had to think for a while what he felt about this situation. Seemed a doe came for the fawn too, they seemed friendly. Was too deep in thought about what he felt though. Perhaps she'd read his discomfort? Take the thing away now? Had a moment of, "I could leave and ditch my son", but quickly decided against it. Decided to push the fawn away, who was apparantly there for the other fawn. Hoped the doe would figure it out now, but still seemed to take a bit. No need to get so huffy. You can have the other fawn too!
Seemed Luyu wasn't going to get out of paused-game mode anytime soon though. Very, very deep sigh. Annoyed with the world. Please, when you birth fawns, goddamn keep them. Stop ditching them on Gehirn's fawn-sitting service. It doesn't actually exist.

Sat down in a sun spot, later joined by Herla. Felt some form of nervousness pumping through his veins.. Unsure what that was supposed to mean. Maybe just stress. Lots going on in his mind after all. Later joined by a uh, cute fawn. A very sexy fawn. ( 8(... Why... ) Somewhat creeped out. Greeted Isiel and Ramsus and decided not to go back to that fawn. But it came back to him. Cuddled next to Ramsus as Herla got fed up with the child. Hurrr.
Fell into a sitting coma and woke up to Ramsus trying to playfight him. Misunderstood the message, thought he was unwanted. Left. Went to keep a sleeping Ephiré company, but was later poked awake. Okay? Couldn't help but notice a big group at dandelion hill, including his daughter. Went over to check on them.

Could quickly see the change in Ephiré and sent Verve off. This was getting all too familair. Pretty relieved his daughter left without arguing.

Soon it seemed the black toothet creatures from about a year ago were back. Confused about their goal, had a hard time figuring it out. Seemed they were targetting deer? Tried to help out said targets, checking on everyone after a wave. Somewhat afraid of Ephiré. He really likes beating them up.

Couldn't help but notice Ramsus and Isiel there too. Quickly mentioned to Ramsus that these were monsters and that more were coming. And that it might be wise to take Isiel away from here. Seemed he took it to heart. And had to chase Isiel around all through the attacks. Urrr. Had to jump in a few times too to defend Isiel as the monsters quickly figured out she was an easy target. Pretty pissed with the doe. Especially for yelling at him for helping. Well you're a stinker. Stubbornly kept at it though, didn't seem she had any idea of the severity of the situation. Women.

Exhausted quickly, couldn't continously run around. Was very relieved when things seemed over. Well, for now. Found Herla at the ruins, unharmed thank god. Flopped down in the dirt, half-heartedly talking to Isiel and Ramsus. And of course being quite annoyed with Isiel.
Mostly tired. Worried they'll come back.

Had a conversation with Isiel, Ramsus and Herla about fertility. Gave his share of information on the things he did to help the process. Didn't seem to amuse Ramsus much, somehow.

Playing with his daughters the past few days, keeping a keen eye on Neela and Vasana, who seemed a little down.

Watched a fight between Ramsus and Lats'vel a few days ago. Figured Ramsus could handle it, until the boar-like thing decided to attack Isiel, steering the fight into an unfair direction. Sick of women beaters, got inbetween, trying to push the boar off. Only to be mobbed by more women-beater-supporters, apparantly. Focussed on the pig regardless, having no quarrel with entitled strangers. Figured Lats'vel was a threat to possibly his own family too, the way he kept going after Isiel. And of course, a women-beater is only one step away from further progress into that direction.

Decided to call things off when Ciel had to butt his fat head in.

Returned to sit with his friends, trying to calm a fussing Herla. Pretty much his daily task now.
Spoke with her about his earlier spontanious trips away that day. Kept her in the dark until she started crying. Gosh. Not very good with overemotional deer. Especially not whilst being overemotional himself.

Sat next to the pond with Herla the next day, watching Aurora not far off playing with her friends. Her new family to ruin after she had ruined his. Boiling. Doesn't feel like she deserves happiness of any kind. Glomped (yes, poor guy) Dag when he arrived, rolling all over him. Then rolling on him and Ciel when he became the next victim. Decided Dag was his new flirt-victim of the day, running after him for constant bum-nuzzles and general harassment. Figured he should show just how happy he could be. Forgot how to groom, punched Dag instead. Behaved pretty much out of his mind, welcoming two does when they joined (Oseaan and her friend??) but ignored a constantly butting in dotd deer. Because he can. Claimed Dag and fought Ciel for his love.
Then sort of collapsed into Dag's side when playtime was over, curling up in a sudden sad mood. Sat with Oseaan shortly after Dag had left, but returned to Herla's side when she had left too. Apologised to her for going crazy.

Found her the next day spying on Aurora, and being obviously ignored. Seemed she was done with things herself now too. Followed her to the idol for a drink and a sit, before she had to leave.

After three days of labour, or well, after three days of witnessing his mate in labour, it became clear things were not going well. At all. And that the lessons he had recieved from Herla just two weeks ago were actually going to have to be used.

Panicked quite a few times. Almost-fainted quite a few times. Very happy for the support Johan brought, and everyone else of course.

Moved Herla to the water when it seemed she couldn't get the babies to move in the right position. The doe couldn't walk anymore, barely lift her head really. Very scared. But after a lot of water-drama involving Isiel sacrificing herself, himself sinking into mudbanks no thanks to Ramsus, and Herla trying to be a hero, the babies had apparantly moved better.
But even then Herla was too weak to actually do much. So with Johan's help, and what Herla had taught both the males, managed to assist his mate in birthing not one, but three daughters.

Very worried about the two second born, but especially the third girl. Atleast uhm. Eh. Blue-y and Whitey made sound. The last one, Purple-y, was quiet and barely moving. Trying to keep them all warm in his fur as Herla needs to recover. However happy with his daughters, terrified his mate won't survive the night.

Went to Ephiré as he was alone to have some man-time. Was always good to chat with the stag. Spoke about his travels with Verve, and about how his own family was doing. Explained things were looking up but that worry was simply part of his daily life now. Very happy to boast about his children though. Conversation became a bit deeper at the point of protecting those you care for.

Watched the rutters in the distance, his wife causing chaos amongst them. Had to grin. It was kind of nice to know that all those stags could try as they wanted, the prettiest doe in the forest would still return to him. Didn't feel like the jealous guy he used to be anymore, and silently watched how some of the other males tried to dominate their partners jealously. Felt.. Somewhat sickened by it this time.
Watched as indeed Herla walked over to him. Grinned wider though took notice of her pouty look. Cuddled up to Ephiré as she complained he wouldn't fight for her. Told her he wasn't going to try and cage her up like the other males. After five children he was pretty sure she'd return to him none the less.
She wasn't going to stop pouting for a bit though. Led Indira to Verve and her other sisters after Ephiré left, and continued his chat with his mate there. Got somewhat annoyed really. Explained her their relationship was build on trust, not on boredom and jealousy like some other deer apparantly. She could go flirt with anyone she wanted. Lead them on, have them fight for her. Because in the end she'd just laugh at them and go back to him anyway. Just wants her to have fun, and trusts her not to do anything stupid. Wasn't going to 'herd her around' just to prove he cared. Was pretty sure that just meant insecurity about the relationship.

Told her he'd coddle her in other ways. Had a chat about how great their family was anyway, and tried to reassure her he sure did love her. Spoke about how insecure he felt during the past ruts where he did fight all kinds of males "for" her. Apparantly she didn't realize that. Go figure.

Squished Ephiré in his home where he found him with Herla. He soon had to go though, and Herla decided it was time to look for rutters. She gave up after two meters a walk. Raised his eyebrows at her and took the lead himself. Let's find those rutters.
A bit dissapointed by the other stags their efforts. But finally found a group that seemed active. Of course the guy thought he was a threat or something. Calm down, only here to drop off my wife.

Settled down on the large hill nearby and watched the group. Somehow oddly entertained watching Herla rile up other stags, giving them a taste of something they can't have. Watched two stags duke it out, and of course Herla continously riling them up. Folded his front legs and just watched. Tried to keep following the group from a distance, a bit creepy perhaps.

Not very sure why he finds it so entertaining to watch Herla flirt with other guys. Perhaps because he knows she'll always come back to him regardless. Not afraid to loose her to another guy. She's having fun, gets some time with other girls. And however hard the stags try, she'll always come back to him. Perhaps a new feeling for himself. Trusts Herla completely, and feeling very confident about himself. Keeps nearby, though. To watch as well as to make sure she has someone to come to in case trouble arises.

Found himself alone as he woke. No kids, no wife. Decided it was daddy-spa day. Took a long shower before taking a bath in the pond. Where he promptly got harassed by a screaming fawn. Sometimes regrets saying hi to strangers.
Finally rose from the water to find a sunny spot to dry off, when he realised he was being looked at.
Stared back for a good moment to make absolutely sure they were indeed looking at him. Felt confusion and insecurity bubble up his stomach almost immediatly, perhaps even a hint of fear. This could not be. It wasn't, truely. This was a child-of, perhaps a curious deer that looked and felt so similairy- or he was simply going senile. Blind, maybe. That one wasn't so impossible anyway, his eyesight had always been poor with distances. But when they came closer, it became clear enough even for the giant's denial.

Stood shaking on his legs for the first time in years, but tried to seem as controlled as he could. Until he got a nuzzle. Sorrowfully returned it, still without words.

Rested for a short while in the sun spot Gehirn had been going to in the first place, until quite a few forest residents thought it was time to get up. They were led away by Ben quickly and elegantly, but regardless followed his old friend as they left the scene. Just let himself be led around, too confused to be of much other use. Led to the poppy patch where they both picked up a few. Then continued to Poltergeist's grave, swallowed deeply before laying down his flowers again. It didn't make sense. How some came back, how others didn't. Regardless, they were all goodbye's.

A walk and a short run, ended up at Red hill where they stared at the view for a while. A view they had shared often in the past. Stayed silent, thinking. This was not his place anymore. This was the past. And it would stay the past. Got up after a good while, figured it was time to say goodbye again. Had some alone-time to catch up on.
Got congratulated on his children with Herla. Couldn't help a smile and a nod, realised he had never met the twins before he passed. Likewise wished him the best.

Set off to god knows where. Finally sort of dropped himself down in the birth glade of the twins, a place long gone as well. A memory. Clutched his mask between his front legs as he stared in front of him, thoughts tumbling through his head.
Joined by his youngest. Got asked what was wrong a few times, danced around the subject as usual. She suddenly confessed she made a tree pink. Looked at her in confusion, but told her it didn't likely do harm if it faded again? Uh. Realised he should snap out of it, his now and here needed him. Spoke to the child with the old soul about what happend, his confusion with it all. If anything it felt like he had been dreaming.

Tried to make sense of his thoughts out loud. There was little sense to be made of the dead coming back, so long after he had mourned and said goodbye. Even if he had seen it happen many times before.

"I have a lot of lives inside me," she tried to explained. Hesitant almost because she so rarely ever mentioned these things. To anyone. "Many. And they died. The world they lived in died long ago too. People are a time and place and even when you remember, there is never any going back."

Realised what that meant, how to place this. He had given things a place long ago. He was happy for Virgil getting a second chance, and was sure he would use it well. Good memories would always be there to be cherished, and for no moment would Gehirn ever regret those. Their lives had gone different ways, and that was fine.

Napped on and off most day, woken up by a familair voice; Isiel? Didn't really understand why she'd come seek him out, but was asked to chat and felt happy to obligue. He likes to chat, secretly. Was asked a few questions concerning family, joked around a little but also told her in all seriousness he never regretted that decision. Of course children bring stress and pressure, as does having a partner. But the good things definitly outweighed that. Was told she wasn't sure if Ramsus wanted a family or not, it was hard to tell. Explained he perhaps felt insecure, as he had first too. A child is not an easy task, and a father has a different role from a mother.

Later joined Herla in her flower patch. Sigh. Can't she just stick to their home or something. He thought they were done with flowers, but no. He had to sit his bum down in the stinky things again. Bleh.
Wandered off when Herla slept and he thought he heard a commotion. Found Ephiré and Dag fighting some guy.. Looking awfully familair. The handprints Verve first carried upon her return on his pelt. Leto's colors..? That suprised him most of all. Held his distance at first but later barged in, even though with mixed feelings. Couldn't really get into it. Still remembers last time he thought he was fighting a monster, and he killed his daughter instead.
Still beat the crap out of him when he turned his tines on him. It didn't feel like the most fair match, three of the forest giants against him. Some others joined later too, thought he saw one being Kody. Had a hard time recognising faces in the blur though.

Was told to go find a man cave after it all was over. Realised Aurora was being a bloody mess very close to his old 'man cave'. Walked around the scene in a massive circle, though waited patiently for Ephiré and Dag to say their hello's. Or, prayers? She looked kind of dead. Figured everyone would be in a very different state if she really was though.

Gave up on finding a proper cave after multiple dissapointments and told Ephiré to go find one. Which he did. Not entirely pleased though, not enough grass on the ground. Piled up on his two buddies regardless, until found by Herla. Tried to act dead but she brought pizza so it was ok.

Woke up changed into a crow. By two other tiny animals, clearly his wife and Isiel. Really. Did they have to disturb his man-time like that? Cawed some revenge slurs though quickly joined in their antics. Was changed into a mini together with Dag, and watched Herla and Isiel grow into two giantesses. Not sure how to feel about that at first, but adapted quickly. Sure, fine. More to love, right?

12-10-12

Woke up in the birch, by sunlight this time. Overjoyed, ran around a short while before pretty much diving into the crying idol. Took a long shower, enjoying himself even though the water was still rather cold. Thought he heard some commottion near Djinn; ran towards her like a soaking wet idiot with a towel around his waist. Realised pretty soon the "fighting stags" were playing. Looked like an idiot. Herla had to join in too of course. Figured he could leave Djinn with her friends, said goodbye to her and went back to finish his shower. Wash that soap out of his hair.

Soon went to dry again in the sun patch, joined by Herla when she left Djinn to her devices. Rested with her a good while until she had to go.
Slept, moved off later back into the birch where he had woken up. Nap continued. Pretty good at napping. Woke up, feeling refreshed, started to wander when he bumped into an energetic Isiel. Tiny short romp, noticed Ramsus quickly and ran around him too. Said the two goodbye when he thought he spied Herla, went to fetch her to come back and play (read: annoy Ramsus) but found her stuck in the praying position. Weird. Tried to poke her to tell the spell had already come; she could stop praying now. Nope. Noticed Djinn with a group near a tree not far off, and some other stag staring at them. Kept an eye on them. Of course of all the deer in that group, Djinn had to go investigate the skulled stranger. Facepalmed mentally. Really. Seemed 'being careful' had slipped by past. Oh well. Went to harass Praying Herla, posing in front of her as if she was bowing to him when she snapped out of it. Uh. Hi.

Played around with the doe, exchanging mask spells and flirty nuzzles. Keeping an eye on Djinn until they moved off into the playground. Played some more, went to return to their spot in the birch when Isiel ran past with some stalky follower. Tried to defend her from the retard who thought having a 'male' version of a look meant you were mates. He never did get the hint. Isiel had to do some magics to get rid of him.

Joined by Johan and Leto, pretty cheerful to have the family together. Played around with them, then decided it was time they did some practice. Shoved his antlers in their faces, Leto quite doubtful about it at first. Ah, maybe he was a big one to start with. Got them to spar with eachother, watched on for a while with Herla until they started whispering to eachother.
Then got chased. Tried to fight back but they were relentless. Slayed by the ticklemonster.

Realised he was old. Had to catch his breath, the two youngsters far more energetic than him. Everyone sat down, ended up alone with Johan when the rest had to leave.



14-10-12

Joined his daughter, Herla, Kaya and Karhu near the river. Soon went to keep an eye on Djinn, who seemed more uncomfortable than usual. Very near her time. She seemed safe enough, surrounded by friends. The group got harassed by derps, decided to help Djinn lead the group to the blue bowl. Started to realise what was going on with her, displeased. But glad when Herla joined.
Was ordered to rub all the trees in the bluebowl with his manly scent. Okay. Rubbed every tree, and every deer in the way (Sorry Lem, Sho XDD) Ended up with a bald patch on his shoulder. Then got commanded by Herla to dig holes for her. Backache. Unhappy. All this work and he wasn't even the father.

Settled down near a large tree, joined by Johan and Leto. Herla too before she went back down to play midwife. Horrified. As usual. Joined by Aurora and Ephiré too in time. Started getting antsy. Lots of others approached, tried to keep some too-curious deer off. Not sure how succesfull he was, derps are pretty persistant these days. Watched Umay's family join at some point too, knows they're friends with Djinn. Pretty sure Umay nor Kody would harm them. Got nervous when Rui arrived though, knows he has harassed his own children in the past. Swallowed it. Kept focus on Djinn and her problems.

Spoke with Aurora briefly who had to remind him of what was going on. Gave her a lovely disgusting description then walked off to the blueberries near the idol to turn his stomach inside out. Again. Wasn't going to be the last time either. Ugh. Got over himself, returned to the blue bowl to keep an eye out but wasn't very needed anymore.

Got extremely anxious as time progresses, started pacing. Dug quite the trench. Scolded by Johan who said he got whiplash from watching him. Said Johan couldn't possibly know what a whiplash was. When he whined on, yelled at him he could just stop looking. Seemed to quiet the kid down. Paced faster. Started to dissapear in the ground.

Joined by Herla, walked with her to a fair distance from the parents and children. They were just born, no reason to crowd them. Would wait his turn. Joined by his sons, wondering how much they're traumatized. Hopes not, perhaps them getting more used to births is a good thing. A shame most of the births Geh witnessed were less than healthy.

Got his chance to greet the two newborns, both quite different in personality already it seemed. Charmed by them. Decided to stay near the glade with his family, though giving Mori and Djinn their space. They needed that too, all seemed exhausted.



15-10-12

Woke up very close to Mori and Djinn, thought they needed some time to rest. Said hi to Mori, but quickly went on his way to a shower and a drink. Sat down to dry in a sunny patch, joined by Herla later. Drifting in and out of sleep.

Woke, feeling out of place of the sort. Woke Herla to go back with her to their home. Found a very wounded Isiel there, a bit confused about what happend. Let Herla tend to her, keeping guard. Had the unovercomable itch of rubbing trees. A starting addiction. Rubbed all the nearby trees, a worried Herla following. What had happend? Nothing. Just adding to the bald patch.

Rested whilst watching over the two does for a while until Herla suggested they'd go to Mori and Djinn's twins. Perhaps to babysit. Ramsus had arrived now, so it was okay to leave Isiel. Feels like some sort of grandparent, but young and sexy. You can visit the kids whenever you want, play with them, but as soon as they get annoying you can shove them at the parents and leave. Perfect! Didn't need kids of his own anymore, would just tell everyone else to go make them.

Played with the two girls shortly, terrified to step on them. Very cautious little hops. The girls seemed to have fun at least. Soon they'd learn about antler spells and dress him pretty, surely.
Watched his daughter approach curiously, being called over by Herla. Watched as she uncomfortably tried to play with the fawns.



15-10-2012
Woke up, made his way to his son near the ruins. Jumped around with him briefly before they both heard Velocity's bellow. Ran to the sound, following the zombie deer for a while with Leto in tow.
Got electrocuted. On the ass. Went in static-electricity mode, looking like a giant ball of spikey fur.
When the Big Lazy Zombie sat down again, made his way to the now quiet first forest and jumped onto a mushroom with Leto. Tried to groom most of his fur down, a bit scared to step into the water. Especially with the new crowd there.

Woke up alone, wandered around, realising the new flowers that were about. Managed to dig over one big purple tulip and drag it to his and Herla's home, before they dissapeared again.

Met up with her soon after, forced to take a bath and soon his fur was back to normal. Rested in sunny spots for a while. Joined by Prita on dandelion hill, watched as she cuddled next to Herla. How cute. Woke up later to Mori and Daaé having arrived too. Slowly everyone seemed to dissapear, leaving him with Daaé. Played with the fawn shortly before she settled down next to him, leaving later also.

Met up with Herla, Delilah and a random crow she brought over. Thought to be nice first. Then considered eating it. Was about to ask Herla for permission when the crow turned into a deer who had harassed Gehirn and his group in the past. Angry they snuck onto them like this. Decided to ditch them; apparantly not so easy. Trolls will be trolls.
Met up with Ephiré, joined him in his home in the birch. Still being followed, now they had their partner in tow too. Le sigh. Ended up sitting on the pond, finally getting rid of them then. BUT THEN got an ugly zombie doe on his ass. Ephiré proposed going in disguise, both dressing up like does.

Rejoined by Herla again, who just had to say Ephiré made a prettier doe. Bit upset about this. But was promised bon-bon's and belly rubs atleast after having given Herla some antlers. Alright then.



28-10-2012

Slept for a while in his home, joined by Herla later. Cuddled with the doe, Djinn joining as well as Johan. Listened to the two ladies talk about some doe scuffle and Prita-trouble. Found the idea of a doe scuffle interesting.
Suddenly heard Djinn mention 'godparent' in the same sentence as 'Kody'. Was a bit suprised, actually, Herla had pretty much help give birth to her twins and he had taken care of Djinn most of her life. Inquired, learned that Herla was actually godmother. He just hadn't been told a thing by anyone. Furious, angry at Djinn for feeling she was trying to pull his family towards a bunch that'd rather eat his children, but especially angry for not having been involved in all of this. Again. Yelled, left the area to be on his own. Graced a sunspot with his presence.

Had a think. Couldn't really blame Djinn for her decision, it was hers to make after all. Feels quite hurt and pushed aside, why didn't she come to talk to both him and Herla from the start? Why was it again her and Herla, and a case of 'let's not tell Gehirn a thing.' Pretty upset, joined by Aurora who inquired what was wrong. Said he'd rather not spoke about it, spoke about Aurora's problems instead. The doe left when Herla arrived on the scene, keeping her distance.

Spoke with her from said distance, hurt by not having been involved yet again whilst they had made the promise to be a team. To share these kind of things. Dissapointed that promise seemed a difficult one to keep. Questioned her if they really were a team or not. Seemed to upset her further. Afraid there had been more she had been keeping hidden, but was told this was not the case.

Of course, things'd turn sappy quickly. Was told he was her everything, told her he returned the sentiment. Nuzzled the sobbing doe, sitting down with her for cuddles. Made some jokes about them having promised eachother last time that their next argument would involve screaming in front of the children. Said that could still be done, Johan was right over there. Decided it was better to go tell the sensitive child he could stop shaking now. Poor thing.
Settled down in a flower patch with his mate and son. Looking at a nude Isiel and a Ramsus who was too lazy to fetch her clothes. Shame on him.

Still quite upset though, knows it isn't over. Isn't quite at peace but doesn't feel like arguing further. Keeping his pain buried.

28-11-2014

It's getting cold. Still, attempting to soak in whatever rays of sun he can capture. Woke up in the sunny spot by the idol, getting up to get a drink and being greeted by Isabeau. Ah, hello! Was led back to where Isiel was, and joined the two near the blueberries. Got to talk to Isabeau, as her brother Z'ev and the tiny Kalsea joined too. Noticed pretty quickly Isabeau seemed beat up, questioned her about it. Learned a few less than favourable things. Beating up a child is never okay, no matter the situation. Especially not with multiple. Has absolutely no clue how the deer in this forest are as fucked up as they are, but every time he thinks it gets better he is proven wrong. Gave the kid some suggestions, promised he'd try to protect her, as Ramsus likely would too.

Put on edge, angry. Keeping a good calm facade up for the kids. Z'ev left, played with Kalsea who seemed a bit lost without her.. Dad? Uh. Look, Gehirn doesn't get it anymore. He'll roll with it. You kids having kids. Happy to let her beat him up.

Woke up to rain, and confetti. A deadly combination. Looks like a very colorful dalmatian. Hid in the oak pretty much immediatly, even if it was too late. He'd be spending ages trying to get the crap out of his slowly densing winter fur. Ugh.
Noticed Virgil sitting outside, invited him to go sit inside. Who's going to sit outside with this stuff coming down geesh, don't be weird. A bit unsettled when a white fawn with a dotd mask came to sit inside the oak too. Like a creepy smiling ghost. Virgil went off to run around as a fawn with some others. Still declaring anyone out there in this weather insane. But colorful, that's a fact.

Regardless the oak is slowly becoming a maze of large red antlers. There might be a minotaur in the center by now, who knows. Not too sure how he's going to get out again anyhow.
Finally got overwhelmed by the crowding and escaped. Found the slab at the playground fairly unoccupied, but the other attendees left fairly quickly after his arrival. Heh. Joined by Isiel, later Herla and Neela. Who was off quickly when Ephiré and Verve arrived. Because neither she or Verve could sit still.

Ramsus and Jhorla joined too, had a talk with the family about recent happenings. Learned some things he wasn't very fond of, and that somehow just confirmed his own fears. Seems like more talking is in order with variating individuals.

The usual. Woke in the birch, took a long bath in the pond before moving on to a sunspot to dry up. Woke up to a tiny thing (Kalsea) staring at him. Uh, hi. They moved off later, as the irish napped. Still somehow bothered by the tiny thing being all alone. Not very natural for him, but with his own kids growing up is seemingly getting more tolerant of other young children. Decided to stay with the kid on a distance, just in case.

A fawn invaded their well-dug burrow, and the kid seemed displeased about this. Tried to tempt the fawn out, but fawn was stubborn. Dang. Decided to just greet the kid instead, and sit with them near the flower patch close by. Fawn then came back to cuddle Gehirn. Gawd, you butt, what do you want.

Regardless, fawn left, tiny thing seemed comfortable with the irish now instead of wanting to go back to the burrow. Ah well, not bothered by it. Likely the most boring stag around since his player keeps afking for hours. Does silently wonder what Herla would think of him sitting with a teeny, almost inside a flower patch. Apocalypse is nearing?

Met with Isiel and Jhorla later, who seemed to know of the small thing too. It's apparant caretaker joined later too. Phew. They had one of those. One less worry.

Has been somewhat distancing himself. Not talking about subjects that bother him, keeping himself away from deer that have to do with it. Acting cold towards certain others.

Found Herla with Alisa and some mini fawn near the crying idol. Eyed them skeptically. Do they reproduce THAT fast? Teenage mom much? Found this extremely unnerving. Tried to drag Herla away. She gave in, somewhat.

Suddenly joined by Ciel. Immensely happy to see him again, jumped around with him and Herla. Suddenly joined by abunch of derps. Confused, was this a public party? Tried to stray away from them, following Herla when she had enough of them entirely. Rejoined at the edge of the birch.

Joined by another face they hadn’t seen in a long time: Alain. Remembers the stag well, still doesn’t fully trusts but knows he’s okay. Seemed he was followed by some doe. Who didn’t move until Alain did. Didn’t greet until Alain did. Didn’t approach anyone until Alain did, always hiding behind them. Rolled his eyes, hard. Unnerved women like this still existed. Started mocking it, hiding behind Herla. Was told off for being rude. Come on. You knew that when you met him.

Started calling Herla mistress, discussing the situation with her. She didn’t really seem too amused either. Oh well. Cuddled with her, the other two eventually leaving. Later sat with just Ciel, even later ended up alone. Went to their home, slept through an abio with Herla. Woke up in the snow, worried for the short-furred does in his family. Keeping Herla warm.

Has been keeping calm, his main priority making sure his family is alright. Found Herla in a flower patch with some fawn he had seen with Verve before. It smells bad. Pretty sure it should be dead, oh well. Can't be worried about a fawn that should die quick enough.
Stood over the two, eying some stranger in the distance. Passed out, woke up at red hill, followed by a worried Herla. Blinked at her in confusion. How do you mean I just ran off gay-ly. Accepted his fate.

Followed Herla back to the fawn, the other toothy stag apparantly now approaching. The stag with pointy teeth. The stag that looks like a predator. The stag of which Gehirn can't read bios. Then again, it's a stranger, what do you expect him to do, cuddle him? Tauned at him to stop him from coming closer. Got a dumb face in return. Really now. Rolled his eyes. No sure, come visit this small doe and her fawn that smells of dead. Sure, dinner's ready for you.
Tauned again, they seemed offended. Oh boo-hoo. But finally they left, slow-walking of course. Laughed. What a turd.

Sat down with Herla, later left alone with smelly fawn. Erm.

Woke up, went to keep Herla company once more with smelly fawn. Bit worried.

17-12-2014

Lazed, mostly. Checking on the birth area of the triplets once in a while, knowing there are kids there from a pretty violent family. Returned to his own little area, as long as no births take place there, not too worried. Even then, the forest is small.
Joined his son and Lohtu up on dandelion hill. Roughhoused with the kid a while before settling down. Let these old bones rest, smelly. Harass the youth.

Joined by his eldest, spoke to her about an apparant scuffle at the home rocks. Figures, really. But apparantly it involved one of the kids that had been taking shelter with Ramsus and Isiel recently. Worried about that, if they wanted to hand out a warning to Z'ev they'd take whatever easy target came. Bid his children goodbye to hopefully find the youth. Did so, of course, near Isiel and Ramsus.

Spoke with him and his sister Isabeau, at first aware his warning did not come across. Must be pretty cool huh, being dangerous? Explained he put his sister into direct danger, and achieved absolutely nothing. A parent is ten times as dangerous when their children are involved, than when it's just you versus them.

Hopes he got through somewhat, but worries about what's up next. Not sure about his own word of help towards the youths now that it seems the boy doesn't get why it's not okay to harm children for the sake of revenge. Especially not if your one problem with your parent is them hurting you.

Lots of drama lately, inner turmoil if you wish. Seems to have lost a lot of trust and faith in others, moreso than usual. Watching Ramsus go slightly crazy. Had been silently keeping an eye on things even before Isiel dissapeared too. Can't bring himself to trust the stag. Fears at some point he'll be proven right.

Got slowly more and more annoyed every day. His whole family seemed to rather hang out with the ram than with Gehirn. Johan following him around like a lost puppy, Herla cleaning his wounds every day. Just got a bit tired of things, a bit distasteful. Found himself wandering to familair places he should likely evade. Red hill, the poppy patch, a certain grave.

Lonely, in a sense.

Found Herla and Ramsus near the crying idol. Sigh. Apparantly Ramsus got hurt again. Shut his mouth but, was pretty pissed off. Watched two stags arrive, Leonardo, who had fought Ramsus in the past, and some wolf-stag he had seen hunting a doe before. Had the most painful moment of doubt. Help Ramsus or let him get eaten? Would make things simpeler. Decided to do the right thing at least, stood over the ram whilst glaring at the two stags. Didn't even see the one in the water.

Watched Alina approach from his right. Friendly with the wolf now huh? Should've known he shouldn't have come to help her. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Got pretty pissed off with her as she kept trying to get close to Ramsus. He's hurt, idiot, now go suck up to your hunter.

Finally Ramsus got up, stepped back and followed him and Herla silently. From a distance. Didn't seem to get close often. Watched them stand with Ramsus' and Isiel's trees for a moment, thought they'd settle there. Nope. Watched Herla put him down in HIS house. Felt extremely replaced at this point, left to wander. Again, to the poppy patch, watching a never returning portal.

Had to man up at some point, right? After some thought and doubt, went back to their 'home'. Guh. Herla seemed confused about his behaivor, felt a bit alienated by all her sniffing. Decided to sit with his back to Ramsus, and if Herla choose to join him that would be her decision. Pretty relieved she did, though.

Decided to finally let her into his troubles, talking with her for a good while about how he felt. Seemed she caught onto the reason earlier than him. He was jealous. Felt rather ashamed, though Herla reassured him that wasn't something he should feel so bad about.
Seemed to feel better, at least, knows he needs to change a few things.

Found Herla with Johan the previous day, apparantly the buck was wounded. Sighed. Didn't seem much worse than bruising, still he intended to look pitiful by staggering a lot. Pushed him forwards. Pretty much pushed him into the crying idol really, Gehirn raises no wussies. You fight, you bear the consequences.
Greetes his daughter as she came over to visit. Noticed she ignored Herla and Johan though, getting the same treatment back from Herla. Raised an eyebrow, but would look into the issue later.

Spoke to Johan about his wounds with Herla later, learning what had happend. Voiced his concerns about helping strangers. You never get anything back anyway. Johan disagreed of course, sitting with someone twice doesn't make a stranger. Ur. Yes it does. To Gehirn at least.

Ended op talking to Herla alone as Johan fell asleep, curious as to what was going on with her and Verve. Apparantly a lot of insecurity about how to be a stepmother. Couldn't give much advice, not an expert, but this seemed something between the does.

Woke up the next morning in the birch, joined Herla. Watched her doze off, went for a short walk. Found Johan with Ramsus. Frowned hard. Poked Johan awake, Ramsus running off quickly. Pft. Not even trying to be subtile huh. Led Johan back to their home without protesting. Pretty suprising. Perhaps he was learning.

Went to confront Ramsus later, hadn't he made a promise to Herla? Got some sarcastic answer about how he could've left Johan to bleed. As if you stopped it. Pretty fed up with this arrogant attitude, told him to stay away and regain his foothing or he'd loose even more. This was Gehirn's son he was talking about, not his own. Would likely smack him away next time.

Went back to his home, resting with Herla, Johan and Ciel.

Returned a few days ago, filling her stash tree up with thick fabrics, fur pelts and a few skulls she managed to scavenge. Ephiré had to play packing mule for a lot of that, poor sod. Comes with the deal.

Lots of material was unusual to her actually, fabrics had unusual, more swirly patterns than she was used to. The animal skins weren't familair to her much either. She'd make it work.

Settled back in in the company of her family and friends. Yesterday, joined Neela, Thais, Johan, Kaya and Ziara, with a mini fawn unfamilair to her who seemed a little shy. But the kids had fun playing, and eventually all settled down.

Suddenly crowded by strangers who seemed to have no notion of personal space. Tolerated at first, until it became really clear the little fawn was upset and everyone else was pretty put off too. Tried moving the group twice, quite far too, before using more drastic measures to get them to leave.

Not too bothered by everyone watching instead of assisting, but mpt happy about it in all cases either. Don't pretent I'm suddenly the only one who was bothered by these two now! Got no assistance until it looked like Kaya expressed she was bothered too. Then Johan suddenly decided to do something to.

Oh god. Don't even pretent.

Left.

Came back later as Leto and Lohtu were around, but kept her distance from the other twin. In a terrible mood, got cast her giraffe skull onto her face and kept that until the end of the day. Watched Thais and Lohtu play in the distance, too moody to join. Cuddled the undead kid when he did return to sit with her though.

The next day, found poor naked Thais with some predatory figure, and Johan..Watching? Gave Thais some clothing but refused to stick around, went back to her home to rest. Working on a new cape after all. Joined by Thais, frowned at Johan when he joined. He likely doesn't even realize, sigh. Decided to be the mature one, and kept silent. Family, how tiring.

Spending more and more time on her own, sometimes accompanied by friends. Not too sure how bad she feels about that. Looks out for her younger siblings, the charges she has. Sticks to Ephiré's side when she can, he's warm and doesn't complain. A growing worry in her gut though, sometimes has her outbursts where she can be unpredictable, looking to be alone. Spoke to Sterre, recieved some sort of advice she tried to follow up with. Spoke to Ephiré, about what had happend months ago when she nearly died, spoke of his own demons as well considering Dag and what happend between them.

Hadn’t really planned on doing much that day, when she heard yelling. Recognised Herla’s voice, calling out after Neela. Hesitated no moment, jumping through the bushes and effectively ramming herself into Woden’s side to get him to leave Neela be.

Too late, Neela was down. Watched her father take the odd stag out, he saying something about Neela being dangerous, but not anymore now since she’d sleep forever.

Brought her back to their home with the rest, not long after her father charging after a purple-looking guy. Tried to tell him to let the stag speak first before charging. Kind of hard to do with a furious father.
Surely enough it seemed the stranger could help. Watched him and her father go off to collect ‘lifeforce’, whilst she stayed with Herla and Neela to make wards. They’d write the curse on Neela down, decipher it, enter it apparently. Solve it from within.

Joined Gehirn, Herla, Ephiré and Ciel upon entering. Met with Herla’s first ancestor, Danu. Soon stepped into the skin of Crevan, trying to calm her father again in the skin of Amergin. But now in the role of his friend instead of his daughter. Apparantly Amergin’s story had a bad ending, which now meant his bad life kept Neela from waking up.
Managed to be the voice of wisdom in the story, breaking the curse when Amergin got to see Herla one last time and thus bettering the end of his life. He wouldn’t be searching for her for as long as he lived.

Woke up, chaos. The purple-stag named Altijd suddenly leaving them, effectively screwing up the world they had entered in Neela’s mind. When he came back, the curse had altered itself upon her father’s life. Witnessed a young-Gehirn appearing, who had the intention of killing Neela. Her father killed his younger self, a very confusing scene.

Finally though, the curse was broken, and they could all wake up after Danu had taken her place in Neela’s mind again. Exhausted, but relieved, watching the pained face of her father. Heard Neela speak for the first time, pretty amazed it was a sentence. Her first word was definitely not that elaborate.

Spend previous days either relaxing or running about. Tortured Rothrust with Lem, later split from the stag when she followed a fawn instead. Bumped into Seed and a stag in his company who didn't seem too keen on greeting her. Laughed. Played with Seed and the fawn instead until they left. Hm.
Realized Lucamo was sleeping not far off. Hadn't seen him in a while, was pretty tired from all the running and playing, so decided to sit down next to the stag with Seed. Met a new fawn on the way too.

Gave Seed his gift. Pretty glad he liked it.

Woke up the next day next to her tree. Saw a few mean looking deer not far off, a bit confused.. They didn't seem to notice her though. Noticed Ephiré was staring at them too, went to keep him company in his staring. Sat with the stag, chatted a bit about fights in the forest. Seemed to become a bit of a sad subject for the raven giant, so went onto a happier subject.

Later joined by Gehirn, Herla Johan and Ciel. A bit suprised. Was informed her dad and Herla were going on a trip. Oh yay trips! Couldn't come though. Baw. Was supposed to babysit Johan and Leto. Pft. Sure. Would teach them how to paint the forest. Or how to paint sleeping deer their skull masks with purple polka dots.

Left the club later to investigate the drama in the birch. Amused. Seemed like fun. A bit dissapointed when Daneth came to take the doe that seemed to be targeted (Alina) away. Oh well. Watched the lingering group for a moment longer until she got bored once more, went to follow Daneth and Alina to the playground.
Hung around the rocks, hiding away. Had fun playing spy. Though discovered by Ramsus and Isiel. Ran around the two for a bit, playing with Isiel and later sitting on top of Ramsus who was watching the group. Not very obvious at all.

Spend previous days doing whatever. Really Mis hasn't been updating this enough. Hanging out more with Thais, keeping an eye on Prita, occassionally spying Seed about.

Gehirn and Herla left the forest, somewhat looking forward to spending more no-parents-around-time with her brothers. Oddly enough finds her taking care of Prita more than anything. Okay. Atleast she's a behaved girl. Still, Leto came with the question if she could pierce his ears. Sure can do bro!

Readied her workspace in the morning, waking up her spider and finding her pretty-big needle. Dragging a small stone-slab out of her tree, cleaning it up. Not being in the posession of fire or a gun to shoot a needle with, had to do things a little more primitive. As in, lay ear on stone, press hoof on needle. Not the most painless. Still, brother wanted to put it through even with this morbid method.

Pierced Leto's ears. Wove a string through the holes, attatching some beads to them for the weight. Gave him instructions on how to keep them clean. He seemed pretty pleased. Pleased herself as well. Wants to pierce every deer their ears now. Confident she isn't going to cause a bloodbath. Ur.

Has been cleaning up her stash a bit, it's a mess. Still looking at her big skull and wondering what to make with it. Still no clue really.
Noticed quite a few she would like to visit were around. Walked past Thais and Lohtu, who seemed asleep peacefully. Ah maybe later. Noticed Kaya's picto? Hadn't seen her in.. A while? Realized she was with her boyfriend, or something. Remembers that seemed to be the reason she didn't really pay attention to Verve before either. Sigh. Seems when they get partners they all sort of let you go. Turned around, walked back into the birch. She had scented Johan before right? Briefly followed by Kaya, ignored her. Yeah right, too late.

Sat down with Johan, later joined by Ciel. Glanced at his antlers for a moment, the two little figures he had in them were gone now. Aw? She had liked those.
Joined by Thais and Lohtu. Happy! Everyone in one place, that's better! Played deer-stack with the group for a bit, went down to greet Prita. Then Prita's mom arrived, then Isiel arrived, then a fawn from yesterday came by. Had a hard time keeping up with everyone. Joined by Ephiré, hadn't seen him in a while either!

The area seemed to get a bit crowded, followed Ephiré to dandelion hill to escape them a bit. Joined by Johan and Lohtu, the prior getting a bit active. He seemed to want to play around with her, got his growing-antlers and hooves in her side a few times. Tried to play along anyway, but had to cut it out pretty soon. Watched Ephiré and Johan spar instead, though even then had to evade Johan running all over her. Knows he doesn't realize it, but by now the doe is hiding a lot of bruises under her cape. Very glad when Idelle joined, thought to perhaps have some girl-time now. Paint hooves or something. Nope. Had to evade her headbutting too. Getting somewhat upset with herself, wants to play too but her body has started to give in. Flopped down on the white doe after a while, until she went to explore. Was invited to flop down on Johan and Ephiré instead. Phew.


28-01-2013


Woke up, shivering still. Tried to wobble to the river to drink, found by Lohtu and Kaya on the way. Didn't really catch on to Kaya's submissive behaivor, shrugged it off. Sat with the two, but was soon found by Karhu again. Spoke to the doe the previous day, the caribou insisting on bringing her food. Couldn't stop her in the end, so now she returned with two big, odd looking rabbits. Very happy with them though, definitly going to skin them and clean the bones. They had tiny antlers on their head and sharp teeth. Amazed by this, almost forgot different worlds held different creatures.
Spoke with the doe about being independent and travelling.

Saw Lohtu, Thais and Wayfarer in the distance. Really had a hard time telling what was going on, but disliked the idea of some stag trying to 'protect' them. Went to the group, trying to check out what was going on. Greeted everyone, though scared the stag (Fletcher) off later anyway. Didn't like the idea of him thinking he'd own her or any of the group. Bye stag. Verve will handle it from here on.

Sat with them by the river until she noticed some other weirdo staring at them. Went to confront him. Got him to back off pretty easily, glared. That only meant one thing. He was indeed creeping. Would have none of it, chased him off. What was his problem really. Guilty concience likely.

Went back to the group. Would take care of them alright. Felt her drowsyness return, had to sit down. It became a little too crowded, so led the group off again. Spoke with Lohtu a little.

Spend the previous day at her , resting and working on skinning the two large rabbits Karhu had brought her. Saved the skull and bones as well, letting the fur dry inside her tree. Finally had something to eat, though made sure to save plenty. Took her rest that day, recovering slowly.

Woke up the next day to Lohtu sitting at a tree behind her. Kept the fawn company for the rest of the day, though was told to go sleep soon instead. He'd keep guard. Smiled, but let him do his thing. She could do with more resting after all. Later joined by Djinn and Prita, Djinn leaving later. Spend the rest of the hours with the two, joined on and off by Thais who had been dragged in by Lohtu. Growing appreciative of the other doe her company.
At some point it was just her and Prita. Took notice of some sort of beast ways off, but ignored it. He was far away enough. Though suddenly roughly woken up by three screaming fawns. Tried to tell them to stop, no such luck. Evaded the group instead, even Prita seemed a little shaken up by it. Waited ways off until they went to harass someone else. Sigh. Watched as said creature from before was suddenly pretty close. Shook her antlers at it, definitly not going to let some sort of horned monster eat Prita! Led the little doe off, later followed by the creature once more. Goddamnit. Was going to stash the little fawn in her tree, guess not. Dragged her off again, back to the stashstone. Stuffed her there instead. Pfptpfp. So much for resting.

Most afternoons with the family are just that. And on some others, your sister casts you off into another dimension.
As is the way in the Gerla family.

She'd only been taking care of the pelts Herla took off the rabits she was cooking, and then she found herself in some unfamilair bush way out of place. And it was hot! She'd only just evaded a rock that could've killed her in her fall, when she heard Herla yell. Got up, sprinted over, and found the doe being threatened by this enormous beast she had never seen before. And Herla was pretty stuck, it looked.

Uh. No time to think, started yelling at the creature, calling onto any bug she could get a hold on in the environment to distract it. Sort of suprised by the amount she summoned, but had to run as soon as the beast's attention was on her. Yelled at Neela to help their mother, and sprinted off herself. Weaving inbetween trees, the thing itself mostly just bashing through branches and the unfortunate smaller tree. What the heck was this?

Regardless, managed to shake it off, it didn't seem too bright. Turned and started to make her way back, well aware she'd run quite far and this place was completely unfamilair. What the heck happend. And why. After a bit, ran into Herla, who was a bit more frantic than her. Started to backtrack with the small doe, following their own trail. It wouldn't be as fast as the sprint they had pulled to get here, but it'd have to do. Better be quiet about it, too.

Had an almost casual conversation with the petite mother, when a giant bird-like creature swooped over. And Herla was gone. Dang, did she have to find her now too?
Seemed Herla had cast a glamour over herself, making herself invisible. She cast it over Verve too as soon as that was figured out, and the two tracked back until they found Neela and a somewhat dazzled looking Gehirn. During which Verve completely swatted away any and every attempt at a mention of "hunting" the creature. Heck no.

The group decided it'd be best to find some water to clean Herla's leg off too, and to cool off before they continued. Really had only one thought in mind, and that was to get home. So pretty quickly started to practice Neela's magic with her, attempting to re-create what had happend. Apparantly she'd been making snow golumns, so how about freezing water here?

The tiny puddle of water the tall doe made didn't do much, but the magic was similair according to Herla. Suggested Neela try to freeze the river, which'd gather a lot of magic, and when she sent it off she had to think about home. That was the best she could come up with.

Of course they'd get attacked by giant chickens during it all, and apparantly some joined them in their teleport home too. Pretty quickly discarded them, to her relief. Really, really happy that was over.
And more feathers for the collection!

Has mostly been working on things. Thought to socialize at some point, and found Johan with an odd looking creature at the pond (Böse). At first a bit creeped out by the three heads. Then kind of told herself, well, "more facepaint opportunities".
Played with the two in the water, not freezing at all. Ended up resting with them both in a sun spot later on, until the three headed creature left. Tried to cuddle herself warm on her unresponsive brother, got restless regardless and started to wander here and there.

Today woke up to snow. Oh damn no. Tried to hide in her stash tree, then went off to visit various places in the forest that could shelter her. Sat under the playground rock for a while, though the winds didn't really help the cold much either. Returned to her base to find Ephiré at his home too. Headbutted herself into a space below his front legs, curled up there to stay warm.

Woke up when the sun started to set, and decided this was likely a good a time as ever. Especially with this snow. Wiggled herself away from the raven stag again, lowering her neck to give him a goodbye nuzzle, then set off to find Sterre.

Left the forest with her for a while.

09-02-2014

Woke up to snow, oh bah. Took on her biggest cape and took off. Better to keep moving in this weather. Found Lohtu quickly, after a bit of searching.. Invited him to play, still better to stay warm! Joined by Thais, and that old moose that had been hanging around last time too.
Mostly harassed by random idiots. Tried to tell them off at some point, when she was done being nice mostly. Kept moving to get rid of them. Kept failing! Jumped at the throat of some monarch pelted dude until she realized it was her brother. Oops, sorry.

Played most of the time, thought of trying to include the old guy that just kept watch, but he didn't seem interested. Your loss pall.

Moved over to a tree near dandelion hill, suddenly caught eye of the old guy 'scolding' Lohtu for.. Playing? Moved in between in an instant, taunted back. De fuck, you're not his father? Would've had a few words for him, but found her own family more important. Whatever. You come to stare, you deal with it.

Moved off with Lohtu and Thais to find a place for shelter. Pretty done with both the derps that kept harassing them and the old stag who apparantly thought he was also head of the family. Found a place in the playground, under the large slab. Joined by her stephmother later as Lohtu slept on.

Spends most of her days at her tree, sleeping, crafting inbetween naps. Slowly recovering. Informed Aurora of her parent's trip, but otherwise mostly sleeps. Sometimes with company. Mostly alone. Not really troubled by this. Missing a few faces though.

Crafting a bit. Working on one of the bunny pelts, though it is too small to make it into a cape for herself. A small deer needs that one. Has ideas but.. Hm. Maybe she needs to give out some crafts again. She still has that ram-skull stored too.

Finally wandered off in the evening, found Johan with that stag she has seen around a few times (Fletcher). Thinks he's annoying. Not even sure what that idea is based on, but tends to stick to her opinions. Thought to move on, let Johan have some time with this uh, whatever their relationship is.. Of course Fletcher got up. Stopped. He greeted her politely. How annoying! Said hi back to look polite atleast. Was going to walk away when she saw from the corner of her eyes he invited her to sit with them. Well damnit, why does he have to be friendly! That doesn't match with her opinion at all! >8C

Thought to get over her thick head and sat with the guys. Noticed Johan crept closer to her. Heh.

Woke up the next day to wander back to her tree, continue work and sleep. Found Prita in the ruins later, seemingly hiding something.. Huh?


09-02-2013

Crafting, slowly. So difficult with so little bugs. Spend a little time with Lem, Aurora and Ephiré. Who still can't dance.

Woke up at her tree, went to get a drink. Found Thais, Lohtu and Johan. Starting to think Thais is likely a better parent-figure than she herself is. A bit shocked at that thought. Let it slide for now. Sort of made sure she sat close to Lohtu though.

Prita joined, welcomed the little fawn. A bit worried, realising her parents are around but not together. A bit worried neither seems to come pick the baby up. Perhaps baby is better off with her for now anyway. Couldn't help but notice Prita's slightly worried expression though, the fawn a little less energetic than usual. Thought to distract her. Taught her how to braid hair, testing it on poor Ephiré. Who seemed to obligue kindly though. Feeling somewhat down herself but hiding it. Saw Mori walk past in the far distance, though seemingly not with the intention to even check on his child. Is just going to adopt Prita now 8( All the feels.

Found Prita in the ruins on her own, again. Crawled in the tight space, her neck bend oddly and whatnot. Smiled at the fawn anyway when she woke up. Heh. No pain at all. Relieved when Aurora greeted them and she managed to slip out of the tight area again. Bounded around with them for a short while, worried though. Prita seemed.. Off.
When they sat down to rest, took the moment to leave Prita with Aurora and get a drink herself. Passed by Djinn in the bluebowl, not very subtile.. Had to wonder what they were so busy on they couldn't take care of their child. Snuggling up to other stags apparantly. Wandered back to the ruins, feeling more sad by the minute. Kept Prita company.

The fawn dozed off, saw Djinn in the not-so-far distance now. Still not even passing by. Wrapped a leg around Prita, cuddling her close. Can't help but be reminded of her own mother, feels terrible for the little fawn.

Finally led her off to dandelion hill where Ramsus and Isiel were when it seemed mother was just going to sit on a hill not far off. Damnit. Wanted to tear something apart badly. Kept on the happy face around Prita, very relieved when Mori joined. Saw Prita's face brighten immediatly. Still angry though. Very relieved when Ephiré visited, just buried herself in his fur instead. Wanted to sob but couldn't, really.

Later Ephiré left, Prita now happily dozing next to Mori. Phew. Felt okay leaving now, went to party with Thais to distract herself. Met some white-guy who seemed fun. And some other deer too. Soon passed out with Thais, returned to the hill. Later Thais went to help some others, went to go back to her tree herself. Work to do.
Not sure how to feel about events lately, but hopes for the best anyway. Aware she needs to tame her temper.

Woke up next to her tree. Showered in red flowers. Looked up at the sky. Well, seems it's going to be one of those days. Found a little trinket by the tree. Curious who it's from, and who else can make things like that.. Hmm.

Joined by Jaw-boy most of the morning. Appreciated his company as she laid some final touches on her project. Over and over and over. Urgk. Later joined by Aurora too, who left and came back with a scary looking guy. Er. Greeted him, sat with the group for a while. Joined by Prita, Jawboy gone now. Caught onto Aurora and the stag leaving before she realized Prita had ran off.

Dang it.

Ran after her, found her with Thais in a flower patch. Romped with the two. Had to constantly run after Prita who seemed to really just want to see everything. The weather new to her. Amused, but did give her a little scold. Stop scaring me!

Ended up resting with the two for a while. Later, woke up alone. Went back to her tree to gather her courage, putting Ephiré's gift at his home trees. Would just make a fool of herself if she gave it. Really not good with suprises at all.

Right after she placed it, Lohtu and Thais came around. Yay! Still nervous though so, a bit of hesistant play. Thais had giant antlers, and was rubbing against Ephiré's trees before she knew it. Hey. Now he'd think someone else must've put it there. Tried to re-scent but then just felt really stupid. Didn't seem they understood she wasn't appreciative of the game. Left before she made herself look like even more of an idiot. Sat somewhere alone.

Later went to check on Lohtu, who seemed curled up inbetween a pile of logs. Not waking up to her presence. Sigh.. Thought to just wait until he woke up perhaps. Joined by Seed and a blue fawn. Watched him write with a frown. Alright. Mostly paid attention to the function of her writing device. Was it doing okay? Was it leaking? Was it scratched? Did it function properly? Did it need alteration?

Joined by Leto. Jumped around with him and Seed, then sat down with the lot. Heard Prita's call. Called back. She seemed to be with a group though so, perhaps other family? Watched as Prita did actually come to them, with giant-raven Lem. That's not scary at all.
Played some more, sat down with them once more. Cuddled Prita after Lem left, then watched as Aurora greeted them. Ohhi. More faces. Was suddenly told Prita had to come with Aurora on Djinn's request. Frowned. What for? To see someone who was dead's fawn apparantly. Had seen the group before, was that what was going on? Questioned it, showing her obvious disagreement to Aurora. So why couldn't Djinn come herself? Aurora couldn't look after the thing for a second?
Half-heartedly let it happen, wouldn't keep a mother from seeing her child. Heartbroken though when Prita didn't seem to want to go, had to tell her to go with Aurora. Silently sat down with Leto again, curling herself up in a ball.

Woke up alone, again. Thought to look for Prita, couldn't find anyone. Sat down in the birch, later back to her tree. Curled up once more, watching the flowers fall. Saw Thais arrive who must've thought she was asleep. Greeted her, both apologising. Got a few feathers from Thais. Spoke to the breakdancing-expert, explaining a bit of what was going on and how she felt she had hurt Lohtu again. Was comforted by the other, now thinking of what to do to make up to him.
Still has the wreath he made for her too, afraid to break it, keeping it in the tree. Upset, but glad Thais joined her. Their conversation turning more pleasant progressively.


15-02-2013

Woke by her tree, as usual. Cleaned up, got rid of all the red flowers. Dried a few good specimens. Never knew when you needed red flowers. These weren't poppies after all, so that was interesting.

Later went to try and find Lohtu again. Still working on ideas.. Found him eventually. He had hidden himself pretty good. Cuddled with the fawn, glad to be accepted. Led him back to her tree after a stag approached that was far too cuddly for her tastes.

Joined there by Thais. Played with the tree, joined by a fawn she saw cuddled up to Ephiré earlier. Ran like crazy when she scented Prita, greeting the fawn. Really hadn't been able to get her thoughts off of the child. Worried.
Sat down with the group, keeping Prita close to her. Joined by Ephiré. Spoke with the stag, both seemingly stuck with their own worries. Got thanked for the mask, extremely happy he likes it. Spoke further with the stag, expressed a little of her worries.
Tried to talk to Prita a little too. She seemed okay.. Though suddenly she expressed her mother had a new fawn and was always sad. Taken by suprise. Gritted her teeth a little at the fawn's explanation, angry so much pressure was put onto the little one. Wanted nothing more than to take that all away, but couldn't do anything against a mothers words. Tried to explain a little that the fawn wasn't Djinn's, and that everyone gets sad sometimes. Seemed to relieve the fawn a little, but thought to distract her further. Told her they could make something for Djinn together to cheer her up. That got that smile back on her face alright.

Worked on the necklace with little Prita until she had to go. In the meantime Mori had arrived too, leaning against her tree. Spoke with Sterre briefly, before she started to get quite tired. Thanked Ephiré for his support, curled against him and fell asleep eventually.

Woke in the birch. Yawned, stretched. Realised it was snowing. Dang, had hoped that would stop. Made her way over to her tree.
Screamed her lungs out.
Couldn't believe her eyes. Her spiders.. DEAD!? Crushed, smeared over the floor. Panicked, ran away, hiding in the blue bowl closing her eyes shut.
This has to be a dream. It just has to be. Tried to calm down and only then decided to check again.
Again, panicked. No this was not a dream. Ran away, trying to hide somewhere, trying to dissapear. What now!? She couldn't work anymore! She couldn't finish Lohtu's gift, couldn't do anything anymore. Sat down crying. Has no clue what to do with herself. Would rather die then not being able to craft.
Very cold due to the snow. Shivering.

Relieved the snow stopped a few days ago. Had some hard days of mostly laying curled around and sobbing to herself, comforted a lot by her friends. Felt kind of bad for the constant pity-party. So decided to keep her mourning to herself mostly. It had no use anyway. Slowly started playing with Lohtu and co again.

Woke up in the first forest. Wandered for a while, feeling a bit chilly. Went to the oak. Found a small stag seemingly hurt, remembers them from a long time ago. Unsure of what to do, and what the consequences of her doing anything would be. These kind of figures have big protectors right? Sat with them for a while instead.

Felt energetic, for a change. Went to get a drink but saw a shouty group next to the river. Time to shut them up. Casted some antler spells around, noticed Lohtu and Thais then too. Turned the fight into a spell spamming party. Success! Greeted her buddies, played with them for a while until they sat down. Sat there for a few hours, calming down again. Suddenly noticed this stag staring straight at them. Got up, stood over Thais and Lohtu and stared back for a good while until he noticed. Got a bow. Didn't really trust it, not that fond of staring deer. Circled him for a moment to test his reaction, seemed to stay calm. Gave him a sniff but was sure to keep standing over Lohtu when he sat back down.
Fell asleep later.
Was alone for a few moments until Thais found her. Suddenly sniffed by a stranger, got up to check them out. They ran. Chased for a split second until she stopped. Amused, she's so intimidating! Showed off her muscles to Thais. She was super impressed. They made lots of babies the end.

Wandered off with the doe, bumping into some fawns. The Return of the Babysitting Service. Noticed a small doe chase the stranger from before. Watched them run around the forest about three times. Amused at first, they must be a real scaredy-cat. But thought the chase went on for quite a bit too long. Can't have the little ones get too much self esteem. Got inbetween, giving the zebra a chance to escape. Waved her antlers in front of the small doe a few times, trying to make them feel what it's like to be bullied around. Ditched them to return to Thais. And the children.8(

Sat down later with the doe, keeping an eye on the forest environment. It's a weird day, but very glad for the distraction it provides.

Yesterday woke to, yes, still rain. Oh man. Took shelter at the playground, consistently shivering her eyeballs out. Joined by Ephiré, crawled under him as well as she could until both realized the arena fights from yesterday were back. Went to watch, shaking.

Eph slept all the way through Brooks visiting. Thought they were cute, played with them a while until she started to get chilly again. Tried to crawl under Ephiré, ugh. Lose some weight.

He finally woke, had another chase reminiscent of the day prior, when they ended up around the crying idol. Practiced prancing, and played like little kids in the dirt. Had to shake the dirt out of her ears for a bit.
Found by Brooks again, and this time two owl-like creatures. Playful mood so, just dragged everyone into their game. Was all fine and dandy, until she noticed the owl creatures were a bit touchy. Ephiré seemed to deal with that better than her. Started to evade them, which she felt they might've noticed by their circling. Slowly started to panic, even flinching when Brooks touched her.
Would've had a panic-sprint, but things calmed down. Sat down too, stayed tense for a good long while.

Found by Ross again, who left later. Uhm. Joined by Isabeau, tried to shield her for a while but her mood quickly sunk into the dirt with the rain pattering her head. Let Eph stand over her, Isabeau and Brooks as he was a better umbrella. Took a nap with her head leaning against his leg.

Went on a quick trip to her stash tree to get a headscarf, dim the noise on her skull. Still Eph got her pahetic-expression hint, and they all went on a trip to find a better shelter after Ramsus had picked up Isabeau. Figured it was no use to suggest to Eph that they could go cuddle with Ramsus in their shelter.

Settled at the ruins, moody. Realized she was third-wheeling Thais a bit. Would have to make up to her sometime. Fell asleep with her head on Ephiré's behind, his head on hers.

Today found Herla and Kio at the crying idol, sitting out in the rain. Eh, ah well. She was soaked through now, couldn't get any more wetter so whatever. Spoke to Herla about the crocus' and her use for it. Apparantly a good spice, and some other things. Figured she could attempt to make tea out of it then! Went a bit further into the other effects, and touched a subject the doe had not ever really thought of before. Ended up with a nice mom-daughter talk, something she'd missed. Suggested she could help Herla, and Herla in turn could maybe in the future help her.

Found a large group of deer gathered behind the crying idol, interested in what was going on there. Oh, wait, seen this before! Knows of the group of deer that, twice a year seems to hold some sort of fighting event. This time it was the hinds their turn. Wished she could participate too, but eh. This was their thing, she'd be happy watching and voting.
Joined by Ephiré, mused with him about the fighters and which one they would vote for. Usually matched, not always. Sort of amused by that.

Watched a deer that was pretty clearly either just very unaware or uhm, needed some attention, dancing in front of the crowd. A few crowd members got up and shook their heads at them, but they seemed to ignore that. Used her christ-you're-tall skill to shoo them off. You wanna get trampled? Also, obscuring the view, man.

Watched some more fights with Ephiré. Newfound love for arena battles. Fell asleep, tho. (Lunch, sorry Verve.)

Woke up to rain. Which triggered emu-mode. Chased Ephiré around the forest, headbutting and crashing into him, smacking his ass when she tricked him to look away, got one back (though let him have that, too quick fer u)

Found a stag Ephiré seemed curious about (Gustiro). Tried to wake him, didn't until she cast a spell on him. Looked like the two knew eachother. And proceeded to cuddle away. All fine and dandy, but Verve's too wild for that. Jumped around, found Johan, proceeded to crash into him, dragged Thais into it all.
Finally collapsed after a while.

Joined by Herla, HERLA. Inspected the purple flowers when a voice in her head whispered they weren't tulips. Mused about it with both Herla and Ephiré, but all came to the conclusion of crocus. The type yet to be determined, but saffron, possibly. Cus long stem? Whatever, not a flower expert. Just curious about it's use, definitly asking Herla about that.

Chilling with the group until she saw Ross crawl over. What!? Ross?! Why are you always beaten? Pretty much enclosed him in the group, threw her cape over his head (clever) and shuddered like crazy for the rest of the evening. Listened as Ephiré finally asked what had happend, and Ross explaining. Frowned at him. Damnit, you know Ramsus isn't appreciative of you, and he has good reason! Also, if you're a bulldozer, how can you do anything but.. Bulldoze. Even a hoof-smack from Ramsus would result into a skull fracture. No gentle way to go about it.

Watched Herla work on Ross' wounds though, helping where she could.

After a few days of working on a necklace and doubting herself, approached Aurora with a gift. Has kept feeling guilty about all that happend over all these months. Feels it's her fault her father threatened the caribou in the end, her fault everything happend to begin with. Got pointed out that it wasn't anyones fault really, you could start at any point in the timeline and point at someone.
Chatted with her about some subjects. Apologised mostly. Glad she liked the necklace of course.

Drama with kids the few days after. Got overly frustrated, and finally exploded. Had been so happy to watch Neela and Lohtu play about a week ago, following them from a distance as she herself was just too tired. But days later Lohtu decided to be a bully towards her small sister and ran off to cause havoc instead.
Just felt angry at that point. Led Neela off to sit with her at her crafting tree, trying to distract the young child. Boys were dumb.

Found Lohtu later somewhere in the birch after having been chased around apparantly. Tried to talk some sense into him, of course ended up with an upset Lohtu running off. Rinse, repeat. Sort of lost it at this point. Decided to let him be for a moment, wandered back to where she was with Neela. Joined by Ephiré. Vented at him, one big mass of snot and tears. Poor guy. Figured she was terrible with children. Lohtu was always upset, Prita was gone, she was just lucky with her siblings that they had parents she could send them to.
A complete failure in a position she didn't ask to be in. Also mentioned her worry about Lohtu not growing up. Fears being stuck in it forever, even if she loves the boy a lot.

Calmed down significantly the next day. Somewhat cheered up by both Ephiré's and Neela's company. Suddenly noticed a figure in the distance. Sort of.. Confused but went up to investigate.
It was Prita.
Embraced her joyfully, demanded to be told of stories of her travels and made really sure she knew she was missed. Caught on to her reasons for leaving. Looking for her mother, huh. Told her she had wished she could've been there for her herself. But also told her such a search would never be in vain, surely she had learned a lot about herself on her travels and that experience was worth a lot as well. Maybe a goal isn't completed, the journey shouldn't be forgotten.

Prita expressed worry about her fathers response, she hadn't gone to him yet. Told her she was sure she figured he'd be happy to see her back, what father wouldn't be? Seemed to reassure her some. Chatted with her for the rest of the evening. Joined by a shrubbery-looking figure at some point too, who seemed a little too shy to join in closer (Toir). Kept an eye on them though, worrying they wouldn't feel welcome.

Spend the next day sleeping at Ephiré's side, worrying about Lohtu. Joined by Neela later. And even later, by Prita and Daaé. Prita demanding her piercings now. Responded suprised, and did very much catch onto her emotions. Never really a good idea to do these things when emotional after all. But Prita convinced her, she had wanted them ever since she was a child. Ever since she saw Verve pierce Leto's ears.
Well. Okay. Couldn't really decide for Prita, she was an adult. Didn't make it look any nicer than it was though, here's a sharp metal object I'm going to push through your ears violently. I'll heat it up in this candle. Pish pash posh.
Prita couldn't be swayed, so alright, went ahead with it. It was done quickly, and it did look good on her. Gave her some strict instructions; keep them clean, ask Herla for something to clean it even better, and at the slightest inch of pain come to me. She seemed cheered up at least, and obviously distracted from her worries. Took it as a win.
Neela wanted to pierce her ears now too though. Twarted her arguments, but if she could convince thier parents, sure. Who was she to deny then. After all, there was really little harm in it. The holes were small and would close up again if they took the piercings out too early.

Silently pondered what else she'd like pierced some day. Worried though that when she comes back with a lip piercing, all the kids would want it too. And that did seem kind of painful.

Woke up the previous day and thought to keep Thais company, who was alone and asleep. Doesn't tend to approach others so often so thought she'd perhaps appreciate it for a change. Sat silently with the doe, Herla joining them later. Hoped she wasn't too boring.
The weird dude who spied on them weeks previously approached (Scarecrow). Not sure if he can see with all that hair in front of his eyes, eh. Thais seemed to greet him though even if he was attempting to ignore Verve and Herla. Decided to force a response out of him by stepping forwards. You approach, you acknowledge. The stag bowed, raised her eyebrow. Apparantly that wasn't enough to the tall doe. Wanted to see his reaction, circled him and shoved him a few times. He didn't run! Well okay. Gave him a sniff before returning to Herla's side. Seemed to have unsettled him some. Good.
Thais suddenly turned to her and Verve to say goodbye. Huh? Asked her to stay. Got bowed to again. Nope. They were leaving. Furious in that split second, taunted and spat at Thais. Just the same as all others. As soon as a stag comes by, they ditch their friends. Fine. Be that way.

Ran off. Curled up against a birch tree in the forest, feeling especially lonely. In the end she was just going to be pushed aside for someone's mate right? It kept happening. Loosing faith in doekind.

Cried in silence for a while. Suddenly approached by a stag, dried her tears quickly and went back to intimidating-stare. Questioned his approach as he tried to keep kind. Ugh. Didn't trust it until he showed her a gift he had for her. An emerald? It seemed slightly glowy. Kept suspicious, wondering why he'd give her this if she couldn't repay him. Had no means to craft anymore. What a life. No crafting, no goddamn friends, what was it ending to? Seemed he thought it could grant wishes. It had helped him in the past.
Hm.
Sad enough to accept. Spoke with him about some concepts, didn't see any other way than having her spiders resurrected. No, he couldn't do that. But possibly it could gift her hands?

Drawn to that idea. And all she had to do was do good? Didn't believe she ever did. But he reassured her making others happy with her craft was certainly good.
Finally agreed. Made a vow to do good, and would then perhaps be gifted with hands in the morning? Doubted it but the idea was cute.

Was left with the emerald as the guy made his leave. Kept looking at the emerald for a while, then curled up to sleep. Whatever. Would see in the morning. Little hope really.

Well dang. Decided on her first project, legwarmers. They would sort-of flow over her hooves. Then the hands wouldn't be so obvious.
Slow with the work, but getting the hang of her new muscles. The legwarmers didn't look that amazing though. Kind of feels like a hippy. Oh well. It'd do it's purpose.

Tried to walk with her new hands a little. Went awfully. But managed to stumble to the stash in the birch. Practiced the movements for a while, tracing lines in the sand. Joined by Wayfarer so obviously had to stop. Later joined by a fawn she recognised.

Decided to try and go back to her home tree she hadn't gone to in a while. A bit bothered by the happy bouncy fawns as she kept falling herself. Seemed they caught on and let her be. Finally made it to the tree all dusty, eck. Dusted herself off before taking a nap. Pretty tiring.

Woke up, later joined by Ephiré. Spoke with him, joined by Herla. Was pretty glad to see the large stag again, he had a tendency to dissapear once in a while. Was going to chat about travelling when suddenly Aurora popped up.
Taunted, spat in her general direction. The doe just shook her head. What, if I tell you to leave my home you just stand there and tell me no? How old do you think I am? Told her to leave, was told she "couldn't keep her from her friends". Yeah no, those were here for Verve now, not for you. Pretty clear at that point Aurora had not come to make up with her. She was only here for Herla and Eph. Well perhaps if it's not at her home tree.
Aurora kept having comebacks. Apparantly now would expect Verve'd be interested in smoothing things over. Told her if she'd respect her, she'd leave now. Apparantly even that went difficult, but the doe finally left.

Sat back down next to Eph and Herla, fuming and shaking. Calmed herself down before she would continue any conversation, though trying to evade the subject of her argument with the piebald. Doesn't feel like that's anyone elses business.

Has mostly been looking after Prita, had a chat with Mori about things and told him of some of her worries regarding the fawn. Was actually pretty relieved by their talk. Mori seems sane.

Has been evading a few deer, somewhat resulting into her evading her family. Not very ready to tell them about her change of anatomy yet. Actually not feeling like many things, some events still plaguing her mind.

Decided to sit down with Thais when she found her. Has grown to like the doe's company, someone she can rely on. Sat calmly for a while when she noticed Erza sneaking up on them. Always that problem though, Thais seemed surrounded by very odd stags. Threw a pelt spell in his direction then quickly sat down with Thais again. Ha.
Soon though Thais got up to greet him, watched them do their thing and get ignored herself entirely. Fine. Erza then started with his dominant behaivor, rubbing the tree and Thais. Got sick of it when he started to groom her, still ignored herself. Was she going to have to leave every time some stupid stag came to demand her to? What the hell? Started to push him away, leading into a scuffle with the stag and a battle-for-Thais. Who didn't seem pleased. Ignored Seed when he came about, not really interested at the moment.
The argument moved about as Thais did, wasn't going to give up that easily. Realised after a while it'd be her decision though, and she seemed pretty fed up with both. Couldn't fight anyway, after being hit a few times decided she'd be the mature one and left. Not before Djinn suddenly stormed in to help though. Chased after her a bit to make her leave though she ignored her as well. Then both Djinn and Seed followed her as she left the scene. Kept following her as she threatened, had to chase Djinn then Seed off before she was finally left alone. Didn't need to get assisted by no stag or baby abandoner.

Sat down in the birch, fuming to herself. Left alone most of the evening before her father joined her. He was pretty lucky she had calmed down by then, but of course got asked about her new wounds. Vented out to him, talking about what happend, what keeps happening, and what she's getting sick of. Told in turn Erza had actually harassed Gehirn and Herla before. Atleast she felt less crazy in thinking he was a jerk now.
Turned a bit emotional, let him know about her argument with Aurora, the happenings with Prita and finally, her hands. Scolded at first but, later just broke down crying in his fur.

Sleeping a lot the past few days. Still wakes up tired. Often waking up to Leto by her side, appreciates that. Seemingly unaware of company otherwise. Did spend a day in the company of her family, later joined by Lem and Seed. Also spoke to Prita a bit. Remembering that much..
Otherwise haunted by weird nightmares of herself as a child.

Found Lohtu near the ruins, sat down by him. Later joined by her brother Leto. Had a calm afternoon really, until she started to notice an odd crowd near dandelion hill. Went to inspect it. Found all sorts of familairs! Ramsus, Isiel, Seed, Zach even! Lem came by, greeted some other deer she may or may not have seen before (it's 2:30 am forgive me) and uh. Wasn't sure what the ruckus was about! So bounced around a little. Until her father and Ephiré came by. Both had their expression set to murder. Was quickly told by her father she'd do best staying away from the site. Sigh. Wouldn't argue with that face.

Watched the monsterious fight from a far distance. Felt bad she couldn't help really, but had had enough speeches about that in her life. When things finally calmed down, noticed Ephiré going off on his own. He seemed bloody. Decided, against her gut, to follow him to his home.
Startled by his expression, barely recognised the giant. Offered help but he seemed to claim to be okay. Mentioned she felt bad she couldn't have helped during the fight, and offered to clean his wounds. Then he wouldn't have to get up for tonight at least. He seemed to agree and somewhat turn back to his normal self. Phew. Very relieved by that. Was asked to stay for a while. Felt really bad for the stag at this point, quickly fetched some water and cloth to clean up most of the blood. There. No cloggy fur tonight.
Curled up with the stag as he fell asleep. Would have to check on the others later, though pretty sure Gehirn would be fine. Was sure she saw Herla near the end.

Mostly kept an eye on everyone during the hours. Worried about Ephiré, quite frankly. Everyone seemed tired and stressed, and the mist was not helping her in any way. Got lost every two meters. But still, did her best. Tried to mean something to the rest. Didn't really know if she did or if she was just really bothersome.

Noticed everyone gathering on the hill again. Familair faces all worn out this time. So really, no time to just joyfully hang out. Noticed her father hanging back this time.. And no Ephiré around. Hmmmmmmm. Knows noone would approve. But still. Innocently hung around until the battle started. Quickly found herself in a defensive position, jumping away from blows and fangs, punching and kicking where she could. Got out mostly unharmed. Some scratches and cuts over her stilts, of course, those were easiest to get. A bitewound in her hand, that one does bother her. Didn't care much. Was going to do this for her friends, give them some air.
Well aware of the angry gaze Herla was sending her over during the breaks. Checked if everyone was okay instead of paying attention to it. Quite a few familair faces. Fought alongside Zach and Seed mostly, it seemed.
Battle over; plopped down. Joined by Lem. Hissed at by Herla, though didn't see her until she turned away. Oh. Urr. Had noticed Ephiré did join in the end. Bummer! Had almost succeeded in her 'task' but oh well. He was still looking pretty bad.. Damn.

Went aside an hour later. Her father joining the fight again. Gave him a pat on his back as he warned her to not join in again this time.

Watched from a far distance. The fight seemed incredibly more hectic this time, even now the giants were back. Perhaps she had a calming effect on the battle previously. Some girl-power.

No not likely.

Waited until everything was over. Went to check on the now resurrected stag they protected. He seemed okay! Maybe Ephiré would be happier now?
Jumped on by a fawn. Oh dear. It was happy and it bounced. Found it cute, played with it of course, but really had her mind elsewhere. Bumped into Zach and a friend, and another kid. Said hi to them, hoping the fawn would like this company better. Nope.

Quickly checked on Ephiré, but didn't return until the fawn had ditched her. Sat next to him silently, worried about his expression. Seemed to be in quite the state.. Waited like a creeper until he fell asleep. Still feeling terrible. Lifted herself up, went to get him a warm fur blanket and laid it across his back. There. Now she could sleep somewhat peacefully too. Perhaps he'd feel better tomorrow.

Has been mostly keeping an eye on the many rampant babies in the forest. So many babies. Covered. In babies.
Send help.

Felt suprisingly content for most of the days. Played with Prita most of yesterday, riding a 'crocodile', playing in the mud and jumping off the bridge. Screaming goodbye cruel world. Over and over. Joined by Mori later, left the kid in his care to catch some rest.

Woke up the next day finding Lohtu and a fawn she hadn't met before (Pica) sleeping on a log in the water. Daw. Sat down near a tree a bit of a ways off, keeping an eye on them and enjoying the little bit of sunshine that has been appearing. Went to check a bit closer when she found some shady figures closing in on the pond, and was soon jumped by Pica. Played with the fawn, but found herself oddly dizzy not long after and lost sense of where she was for a moment? Noticed Pica argue with a fawn near a tree when she snapped out of it. Seemed the kid wanted an antler spell, and Pica was mad at them. Uh. From her perspective, it looked a bit mean to the taller fawn. So went over to give them some spells, Pica still taunting. Shoved the small fawn away gently, trying to get her to stop. Seemingly offended her. Well can't have kids throw temper tantrums all the time.
Got a bit tired of the spell demanding fawn soon after, especially when a row of nakeds appeared to get themselves spelled too. Okay so if everyone helps eachother.. Fled >_> Seemed Lohtu had woken up by now too, greeted him happily. And got shoved in the leg.

Still didn't feel that energetic, so decided to plop down next to the willow she was sitting previously too. Watched as Lohtu tried to get Pica to follow. But she seemed to turn away as soon as it was clear Lohtu was leading her to Verve.
Felt like she had ruined something for the little guy. But kids had to be disciplined when they bullied others, right? She didn't do anything wrong.
Watched as Lohtu curled up next to her, and Pica left some time after. Sigh.

Woke up alone. Figured Lohtu had went after the little girl, and tried to look for them herself. Happend upon a scene at the ruins she couldn't quite figure out. Lohtu seemed mad? And Pica was in a rock? Not at first though. Tried to say sorry to her? Didn't mean to offend her after all. Wasn't sure if she saw. Decided to leave them alone after a bit.. Didn't seem like she could do anything.
Noticed later Lohtu had ran off and Pica was yelling after him.

Confused, really. Unsure if what to do. Tried to check on Pica for a moment but she didn't seem to see her. Felt awkward. Went to Lohtu but felt awkward too. Had she just ruined a friendship between two children? Was she really that bad? And why was this stressing her out so badly.
Noticed Lohtu had fallen asleep and went to sit next to him. Perhaps trying to be of some form of comfort. Or perhaps waiting for him to run off and prove she is indeed a horrible doe.

He didn't run. Fell asleep, though suffering from nightmares once more. Watching herself as a child, crying because noone wants to play with the freakishly tall girl.

Slipped in and out of sleep. Joined by Johan who easily caught onto her bad mood. Was she that simple? Got showered in poppies. Pftpft. Well the gesture was sweet..
Felt herself growing attentive later, a stampede going about. Group of deer chasing some sort of oddly marked scary looking guy. What's up with that? Kept an eye out, would've liked to go spy but every time she got up so did her brother or Lohtu. Wasn't going to lead them to their deathbeds oddly enough.
Walked around later when things seemed to have died down, and found him near Ephiré. Creepy. Found him even closer to Ephiré later. Even creepier! Went to check on the stag when it seemed he was back in his home and without creepy dude. He seemed asleep and she didn't really want to disturb him, so quickly checked and slunk back in the darkness. Fell on her face when she realized he had woken and stumbled behind the hill. Noone here.

Failed miserably. Oh well, he was awake now. Could drag him back to the rest.

Sat down with the stag, chatted with him. Mostly curious if he was okay. Well aware he had been dissapearing again, but didn't question it. He seemed okay though, had a chat about crazies and odd forms of popularity. The one where you get chased by a horde.
Fell asleep against his side later after talking how she was doing herself. Felt like she was keeping things from him but, also thought that was perhaps better.

Has been feeling dulled out. Difficulty expressing emotions, seems to block out negative ones instead of dealing with them. Thus, seems kind of okay.

Found Prita alone by the river. Well aware she has been "forbidden" to see the child, but wasn't going to just let her be alone there either. Spoke with the fawn, offered to go back to her own parents. What could be said against that really. Herla was Prita's godmother and Gehirn was her father.

Ignored Aurora's presence entirely, finds Prita to be more important than her dislike for a caribou. Spoke with the kid, offered they could make something for Mori so he'd be less mad. Was told he didn't deserve that. Agreed, but, of course didn't say that. Explained that everyone made mistakes, daddies too. Finds Mori's outbursts to be mistakes. Seemed to relieve the child somewhat. Starting to wonder what her parents even talk about with her.

Stayed with her family as Mori dragged Prita off. Shaking her head. Noticing the confused look on her father's face, but kept quiet. Knows he'd likely go beat on the stag if she'd tell.

Worried about Ciel but not expressing this in any way. Distanced herself more of the others the next days, though easily found herself in Johan's company at her tree. Okay. Later joined by Herla and Leto. Has a feeling death has been having a party in the forest recently, so took Johan the bloodhound out to sniff out corpses. Asked Leto to join too, sure he'd find it interesting. Sort of abandoned Herla >_> Well she did come back later to barf?

Found quite the collection, mostly old corpses but some relatively fresh. Dug them up, removed the head and demonstrated how she reburied it in a hole with a lot of beetles to clean them up. Expanded her collection of skulls quite a bit, pretty pleased with herself. And her brothers.

Went for a bath with everyone in the pond and later the idol. Sat quietly with her brothers as she inspected an older skull they dug up.

Went to check on her skulls, things were going okay. Beetles were doing just fine in this temperature. Felt herself wandering, ended up at the playground. Watched some deer stand around. Felt invisible, which was amusing. Just stared at them for a while. Recognised the smaller one.

Joined by Ramsus on the rocks. Noticed everyone was staring at this paticulair get-together. Got sort of bored.. Tried to sniff everyone. Barely got a reaction, but from Tea. Pft. Still restless. Stuck around for a while before moving off to the pond and finding Leto with a fish hanging from his mouth.
Threatened to steal it and chased the boy for a while, though refused to finish his half eaten fish when he did spit it out. Bah. Went to sit in the water and fish for herself, not satisfied until she caught a big fat one. Went back to her home to prepare it, finds this super easy with hands. ~Hands~.

Still worried they'll one day dissapear.

Lazed around until Ryuu came about. Felt energetic still, ran around and 'sparred' with the stag. Got swarmed with fawns of course. Was all nice and dandy until he started to dance inside her stash tree. Funny how this wasn't actually a rare occassion; other deer always seemed to think that as funny too. Had a pretty angry moodswing, tried to get him out but quickly just left. Followed though gave the stag the cold shoulder. Later moved back to her tree to spend the whole evening cleaning up the mess, urgk.

Woke up near the pond. Disoriented. Took her a while to recover, dragged herself to the crying idol for a drink. Realised only later she had ended up next to her tree, the green stone clutched in a hand. Took a better look at it, still not sure how it gave her hands.. Put it back in her tree before dozing off. Doesn't feel like doing anything. Has taken notice of the goliath beetle in her tree.

Looked through the gifts she was going to make. Put them aside again. Rather slept. Realized someone was nearby after a while so sat up to look decent at least. It was Ephiré. Tried to acknowledge him but felt clumsy on her legs, so sat back down. Took notice of Thais and Lohtu at some point but could barely remember it.

Said bye to Ephiré as he left. Noticed Thais gone and Lohtu at her side in a flash. Doesn't remember. Most of the day slipped in and out of nightmares she can't remember.

Couldn't TAKE IT ANYMORE.

All the CURSING ALL THE LIES. ALL THE HATE! SHE DOESN"T KNOW ANYTHING!

Went to confront Aurora. Spat at the doe, cursed, tried to leave but felt herself...

Falling..

Words. Words she knows so well. Words of hate she made up for herself.

She didn't want me because I was too big. I was female, I'm sure she wanted a boy. I was born in winter; I should've died! I"M TOO TALL! I"M NOT FEMININE!

Watched herself as a child. Watched herself spit at her, hating what she had become and what that meant. She could hide herself behind all the paint; it didn't matter. She was still human faced.

All the likeable does had a deer face, didn't they? Don't lie.

Woke up from the nightmare when the child transformed into someone she did not recognise, yet did. The stag of the emerald.
These weren't her words.


Woke up by a loud bang against her belly. Suddenly feeling everything she didn't feel before. Attacked by a mob whilst unrecogniseable, but most of all, smacked to the ground by her own parents.


Comatose. Lots of open wounds, puncture wounds, broken ribs. Had some violent hits on her head, and oddly enough..

Has hooves instead of hands once more.



4 - 5 - 2013

Lay bleeding on the forest ground, unconcious. Desperate to wake up, struggling to find her feeting. She had so much to do, she couldn't die.

Woke up to Herla's voice. Or, well, 'woke'. Realising at that moment just how much pain she was in, terrified of the consequences. Clueless about what happend. Had one first question on her mind though; is Aurora okay?
Was told by her father to hush, stay quiet, rest, Aurora was fine. Told by Herla she was going to be okay. Felt it was a lie though. Oddly aware of emotions around her though unable to see anyone. It felt oddly lonely.

Tried to speak as little as possible as her senses returned to her, accompanied by an increase in pain. Scared. Asked by Herla to drink some poppy seed oil but couldn't swallow it. Didn't know how to move those muscles anymore.
Suddenly a scent hit her nose. Her mother had been here. In a flurry of panic tried to get up, tried to get away. Screamed but mostly gurled with the blood in her throat. Pinned down to the ground by Gehirn, voices around her panicked but quickly stopped hearing them. Faded into the dark once more..

Felt herself fading, finally. The noise of a heartbeat and rushing water pausing. Stepped through the thick darkness as if she was swimming, until she felt a pull. Her name being called by her parents.
Ran back. Ran, didn't know where, didn't know how she was running. Just knew she wanted out. She couldn't stay here.

Woke up with a gasp, inhaling as if her lungs had been empty for days. Took a while longer to actually get out of her unconcious state, still in an enormous amount of pain. But felt like she could.. Speak, actually. Asked to drink some poppy seed oil. Admitted she couldn't see it. Told by Herla she might've had quite a smack against her head, and that she had possibly gone blind. Well, her eyes were fine. Her brain was just confused. Didn't have the energy to worry about it, and soon drifted off to sleep for the rest of the day.

Past the risk of dying.



9.5.2013


Mostly asleep, trying to recover. Woke up shortly yesterday, Herla speaking to her. Was brought some water to drink, or fed mostly. Finally came upon the realisation just how blind she is. Hasn't improved there at all yet. Was offered some reeds to eat but couldn't bring herself to chew yet, her jaw swollen and bruised.

Asked Herla if she could get the goliath beetle hiding in her stash. Herla returned with the beetle and the complaint the tree smelled awful. Told her Prita and Lohtu had been stashing dead animals in it. Was met with a confused answer. Didn't really know how she knew that, the memory felt like a dream. Told her to ask Ephiré though, he was there? If he didn't know then it must've been a dream.

Used the beetle to locate items in front of her, like the water bowl.
Thanked Herla and went back to sleep soon after.

Woke up to no voices at all the next morning. Let the beetle scurry around to find if anyone was nearby, finding Lem at a further distance.

Still can't move. Trying to get herself to sit upright once in a while, but flops down most of the time. Sigh.
Feeling somewhat lonely.

of her body's inability to reason with her. Later joined by Herla, Johan, Ciel, Leto and Lem. Felt a lot better then, still trying to sit upright once in a while.

Woke up alone first, fell back asleep fast. Joined by Lem. Sensed Herla near her later too. Pretty glad she has a good sense of smell and a beetle to scurry around for her. Appreciative of Lem's company lately, wishes she could thank him in some way too. Again trying to sit upright more often. (At this point I wished we could do tiny actions when sitting XD ;_; )

Often looking around the horizon for the kids, every time coming to the realisation she can't actually see them if they were nearby anyway. Somewhat saddened by this.


16-5-2013

A few events over a couple of days. Has slowly been practicing standing and walking by herself, finally taking the trip with Herla and Johan over to the drinkplaats to clean herself completely. Stayed there for almost two days until she got herself to get out again. Still blind, but slowly coming to see blurry shapes and color.

Trying to practice standing and walking more, but most of the time still sleeping. Approached by Aurora, who she came to recognise upon inspection. Spoke shortly with the doe, apologising for the behaivor of her father. Trying to reassure her that she is not mad in any way.

Still has some thoughts about things in the past haunting her.. But saving them for later. Perhaps when she finds the doe alone.

Found herself again practicing steps, getting better, the muscles in her legs getting stronger again. Sat down by a tree when she felt it brush her shoulder. Woke up to Johan standing over her protectively, somewhat confused why. Later joined by Herla and Leto. Had a gentle pile with her younger brother. Somewhat worried he'll eventually crush her.
Scented Lem nearby as well.

Leto went and got a fish, exited as Herla prepared it. Can't deny she's hungry any longer.

Silently missing a few voices..

Mostly resting and wondering where she is or where she should go. But her vision slowly returning now, still not very good at orientating herself at all. Sat by herself for a while. Realising nobody was around, finally broke down crying. Absolutely sure now the children must hate her. Everyone has come by but them, and she can't go look for them.

Found by her father, quickly hid her tears and was told to get up. Leaned on him as he led her back to what she assumes is his and Herla's little abode. Greeted by the smell of blood and organs on display. Okay. Informed Gehirn had killed a boar on his trip. Raised her eyebrow at this. He's a terrible hunter, how in heavens name would he.
Asked by Leto how to clean a skull and preserve fur. Eagerly shared her knowledge, happy for the distraction.

Improving with the day, spend some days training her legs, resting, practicing living again. But also realizing that each time she'd get up, another nervous deer would get up to watch her.
Slowly got very tired of the babysitters, however appreciated they are.

Sighed a breath of relief when everyone had gone. Finally. Hadn't really been alone since the accident, never had much chance to simply experience her own emotions on her own.
Joined by Johan suddenly. Spoke to him, asked him if he could leave her alone for now. He seemed understanding. Pretty glad she hadn't offended him.
Curled up in the birch grasses, though not long startled by a voice telling her she could've been a predator and Verve hadn't seen her. Got really pretty pissed off at that point. Being protective is one thing.

Herla wouldn't leave though. Figured it was a sign the doe didn't respect her privacy nor her wishes. Very sour about it. Another voice joined, her father, who was able to lead Herla off.

Spend a few days hidden away in the birch grasses from the world.

Finally emerged. Saw a silhouette on the hill, somewhat worried though let them approach. Realized pretty soon it was Syo! Enthosiastic to see her again, spoke with her whilst Ciel, Sterre and later Thais joined too.

Woke up the next day her vision once again improved. Joined by Prita, later Ephiré. Untied Eph as Prita had tied him up in his hair. Had suggested her to try things out to figure out what she'd like to do, as she seemed to be questioning what she was good at. Hadn't expected this direction.

Later joined by Ravenflight, spoke to the doe about death and things alike. Has a very unconcious worry about the death she experienced. Had been peaceful in death, hadn't actually wanted to come back to life and was worried what that meant. Was explained that was actually pretty natural.

All the while kept a somewhat stressed eye on Prita, Jacob and Tea. Pretty well aware they could handle themselves just fine, but was afraid she'd lose sight of them and they'd get in trouble? Likely mostly her eyes making her feel vulnerable.
Sat with Ephiré, Ravenflight and the children in a row. Watched silently as Eph got harassed by a random fawn. *patpat.

Went to sleep later.
Woke up alone. Decided she was actually really thirsty. Got up, tried to find her way to the river by color and blurs. Pretty proud of her tree evading skills. Didn't hit any! Had some trouble descending into the river though, but the landing was soft. Joined by a few blurs who seemed to come from the direction of the idol. Recognised Ephiré, Tea and Jacob. Not sure who the other one was (fletcher!) but okay. Sat with them, though was hesistant to sit in the sunny spot near the idol. It looked really bright in her eyes. Mumbling some rather odd sentences like "that spot looks like a hellpit", "the sky is on fire" and "what is that chicken doing here". All the while getting worried glances she can't see cast in her direction.

Joined by Herla, led off into the birch by Ephiré when a group of red blurs nearly trampled them. Clung to Herla in worry. What is HAPPENING.

Sat in the birch, joined by Lem at some point who she couldn't see. He blends in with the ground really well. Also thought Jacob was a chicken when he arrived ??

Mostly confused. Slept curled up against Ephiré. Thais was around at some point too, and Ramsus and Isiel. Mostly getting a headache from the blur.

Found Herla, Gehirn, Neela and Cian near the crying idol. Seemed the buck had a growth spurt! Played with him for a while, joined by her sister later. Ended up sitting down for a while, Cian left. Watched some new faces arrive from a distance (Kalidas, Rameses, Roanen, Ember, Panumbra, not in that order and not all at the same time XD) Ended up joining in and trying to welcome all new faces. Was good to be social once in a while! Felt she was pretty bad at it.

Alerted by Roanen of something going on further off. Realised Neela had sneaked off, tried to tell everyone NOT to follow her and ran after the sound.

Of course not super successfull in that part, but it seemed only Johan lacked ears. And perhaps she was glad he had followed anyway. Realised pretty soon Neela was riding a beast (Kaars). And well, from the energy, seemed she was attempting to control him. Really didn't know what to do, how to tell her this was a really shitty idea. Tried to knock her off by bashing into Kaars' side where she could, trying to make sure the kids they were playing with earlier didn't get trampled by the rampaging beast running through them.

Switched positions with her father who had seemingly caught up, stayed with the group as he chased after the beast. Waited. Something that seemed to last forever, then switched up with him again as the chasers flew past. He was better at defending, she would do the chasing.

Watched Neela tumble off of the beast, proceeded to chase the boar-thing off. Worried it would try to turn on it's rider. Chased it into the pond, before returning to the crying idol where two fairly shaken up families stayed. Checked on everyone before collapsing herself, realising she had sprained her ankle somewhere in all that.

Watched Neela lay curled up with Herla for a while as she was tended to. Feeling more and more angry by the child's silence of what had really occurred, listening to their parents trying to draw it out of her. When she would finally admit she had indeed attempted to control the beast. Pretty pissed off at this point, told her sister she was ungrateful. And some other mean things. Finally limped off when the other involved family had left as well.
Crashed at Ephiré's trees. Cursing to herself.

01-06-2013

Her vision improving fast from that point on, started to wander around the forest more. Greeted by night, ack. That was blinding. Found by Daaé when she settled next to a tree, romped around with the kid, didn't get to see her a lot. Still ignored by Mori, so simply ignores him back.
Watched as Lohtu sprinted away upon seeing her. Really wanted to just collapse at that point. He still hated her? Wasn't sure how to feel about it. Decided to go after him now, finding him in the oak. No more hide and seek.
Tried to show him she wasn't mad with him. Was met with a lot of sad facing. Nuzzled him to death 8( Again.

Finally got him to play around with both her, Daaé and Prita, until they all sat down to enjoy the night. (I think some others might've joined but it's been a while, sorry!)

Woke up the next day to a more gentle twilight. Found a groupf of deer gathered on red hill. Seemed someone had died; Phaios. Had met her a few times. Sat nearby for a while, especially keeping an eye on the little Pica. Wasn't sure about her relationship with the doe, but it seemed close. Joined by Lohtu who was playing with another fawn. Asked him gently if he could play down the hill perhaps, worried about disturbing the mourners.

Got to speak with Pica. Tried to explain to her that her mommy was likely not going to wake up again, but that it was okay. Painted the fawn's face with some white to connect the soul, allowed her to keep the pouch with the powder when she asked for it. Watched as Pica painted a few lines on Phaios too.

Moved away later, though kept going back and forth between red hill and the blue bowl where Lohtu was. Later went to sit with Herla near Red hill.


Woke to yelling. Ran over to red hill where she found two bulls attacking Pica. Jumped inbetween without second thought, though had trouble fending them off with Pica constantly jumping back into the fray. Got beat a few times before she got to yell for Pica to stop. As the fawn calmed, the two stags left. Spat after them. Jackasses, attacking a child.
Apparantly Pica had been protecting the resting spot of her mother. Tried to explain to her they likely didn't even know that was where anyone died. Asked her if her mom would've wanted for her to get hurt. Was met with a no, likely not.

Tried to explain to her this spot was nothing but a spot. The real Phaios continued to live inside her heart. Seemed difficult to understand for the little one, but tried anyway.. Seemed to comfort her in the end. That was good enough.
Stayed by her side as she dozed off, watching over her.

Left the area when Pica had poofed, washing her reopened wounds. Joined by Lohtu in the sun spot. Spend most of her day dozing by his side, recovering from the fight.


6-6-2013

Felt somewhat down when she woke. Joined Thais and an unknown stag (Zash) for a while before she felt like wandering. Ended up at the idol for a drink, confronted by Jacob. Politely turned his effort to drag her along down. Needed some time on her own today before getting back to being social.

Wandered, found Aurora amongst a group. She looked pretty bad.. Approached by some massive blue boar. Ur. Said hello, didn't think she was doing anything wrong. Would visit Aurora when she was less crowded, though.

Sat in the birch for a while on her own before going back to her tree. Immediatly joined by Thais. Silently happy about this. Could always rely on her.

Later sat on by Idelle! Hadn't seen her in ages! Happily cuddled piled with the doe.



7-6-2013

Woke up to get a drink, harassed by a random stag briefly. Had to get rid of him before she could wander. Found Ephiré in front of the idol at the ruins. Curious, but decided not to disturb him. Perhaps she could ask sometime..
Sat down on dandelion hill instead, feeling somewhat tired. Soon joined by the stag. Had missed his company somewhat, curled up against him. Woken up by Lohtu's approach, nuzzled the fawn fondly. Later even joined by Daaé and Prita. Played with the kids for a short while, feeling very tired quickly. Sat back down, wondering where her headache and heavy eyelids are coming from.

Got more and more annoyed by random stags demanding things from them. Got annoyed with a stag that tried to sit close to Daaé for some reason. Tried to send him off, only to have Jacob scoot inbetween. What. Tried to shove him aside. Stubborn little twat. Lost it briefly, trying to warn Jacob off, hit him with a pelt spell to send him running. Chased the buck, wasn't going to be dominated or told what she could do or can't do by some child.

Went back to the group, now sending the stag off without trouble. See. That's how easy it is. Send off kid-harassing stag, without kids getting inbetween! Of course said kid returned pretty quickly. A bit disturbed by her own mindset, and Jacob's apparant clueless expression at her turning away, she left. Was going for quite the walk until she realised she didn't want to loose Prita and Jacob out of sight either, so settled near the ruins for a while until she found they could likely take care of themselves. Returned to her tree.

Soon found by Prita, Lohtu and Jacob. Nuzzled the first two, ignored Jacob on purpose. Still quite cross with him. Brought them back to Ephiré and Daaé where she settled down with Lohtu on her back. Tired, likely getting sick.

13-6-2013

Spend the past few days feeling tired and sluggish, though got over her upcoming cold. Ha. Beat that cold. Woke up to get a drink, wandered around for a while sitting down at various places. Feeling somewhat.. Down, perhaps, moodswingish. Greeted by some golden deer out of the blue, asked to play. Thought to just be nice for a change. But he left soon after, so she was alone again.

Decided to sit down at Ephiré's trees as she wandered into the birch. Wondered if that would summon him. Tried to draw smiley faces into the sand to summon him too but it didn't work. Got a Lucamo instead. Greeted him enthusiastically and sat down with him to talk. Spoke about travelling, humans, her scars. And of course her crafting. Pretty amused. Joined by Seed too, a bit suprised she was suddenly accompanied by two deer she didn't get to see often. Is that what smileyfaces summon? Also joined by Lohtu at her side. ?.

Lucamo had to leave, romped around with Seed and Lohtu. Who suddenly ran off upon detecting something. Followed him accompanied by the poet, playing at the river until he too had to go. Played with Lohtu before they settled down to sleep curled up together.

Declined the offer to join her family to their trip to India. Tried to tell herself it was because so many deer would be difficult to provide for, but doesn't really seem to agree with that reasoning herself.
Perhaps it's the nightmares keeping her from sleeping. Keeps waking up from phantom pains, feeling a stab of antlers in her side.

Woke up with someone standing over her next to her stash-tree. Rather confused, though they ran away as she woke. Alright then. Went for a quick shower before.. Well. Heading back. Didn't really know where else to go.
Thought she'd be relieved to not have to be around family, but it's awfully lonely. Mostly resting next to her tree, trying not to fall asleep. Gets too much time to think.

Like, why the girls are so sick. Was it because Herla had to try so hard to keep her alive? Or because she had to bear so much weight in choosing between her and Aurora. Perhaps everything was her fault really.

Perhaps you should've died. Why are you still here?
Who do you think cares?

In a mixed kind of mood as of late, has days of being very cheerful and open and days of retreat and exclusion. Haunted by nightmares, reliving visions of the accident where she was nearly killed. As if she is remembering what she saw through the monsters eyes as it was being attacked, whilst she could've sworn she saw nothing of it and just woke up beaten. Found the head from the armor a while ago, but buried it as the visions didn't stop.

Unfortunately, that didn't solve them. Has been trying to seek out deer but often feels like she is imposing on things. Kind of wishes her friends would seek her out sometimes, though feels wrong for even thinking that.

She woke up alone today. Wandered for a while when she noticed two familair-or well one overpowering familair- scents near the ruins. Though Lohtu and Pica were playing in a rather large group, so again didn't want to impose. Stayed nearby in case they'd tire or the group would leave, so she'd feel more at ease approaching.
Instead suddenly noticed they were gone. Maybe they hadn't noticed her? The group was otherwise still about. Went for another wander and found them on Ramsus' sides. A little suprised.. He was so far off. Had they, maybe, preferred him?
Perhaps really, they didn't see her as close as she saw them. How do you ever know anothers thoughts after all. Perhaps she realized she actually saw them around Ramsus a lot. Perhaps, really, that was better.
She wasn't any good figure to be around. Couldn't protect them. Just a solo doe who is absolutely unentertaining. Decided to try and hide herself away for now. Feeling pretty useless.

Awoke with a jolt when suddenly Pica and Lothu stood next to her hiding place. Bolted, ended up near the place where Ramsus sat with them before. Realising he was gone and thus they now came to her. Didn't want to pressure a child but did really feel like a second choice at that point.

And perhaps that was a good thing. She hadn't wanted children had she? They just tie you down. Really, it was time she left. This place was just slowly driving her crazy.

Yesterday found Leto chilling in the birch, joined him for a while and informed him of the giant mushrooms in the forest. Met by a very enthusiastic brother, who certainly was going to beat her in a race to the mushrooms. Sure bro.
Was beat, but got onto the shrooms first anyway so. Tie? Fell off after miscalculating her weight. Grumpily sat under her brother's shroom until he joined her to talk about travelling. Told him of when she went for the first time, and about the places she's visited and heard of. Seemed Leto was eager to go on a trip someday too, but worried a bit about his parent's responses. Was pretty sure herself Gehirn wouldn't really be the problem. How could he be, if he let her go after just two summers?

Watched as he accidentally ripped off a chunk of the mushroom with his horn. Told him he better eat that. Waste not want not. Not really prepared for how large said chunk really was. Might've felt a bit bad for her brother.

Found him the next morning huddled in the old oak. Prepared herself well, bringing water and moss to give him some relief. Wasn't really recieved happily, but after making a cold compress for his forehead he seemed better about it. Spoke a bit about mushroom effects, and that the next time he really should only go with a tiny amount. Used it sometimes to relax herself, since she could be a bit on the stressy side. Doesn't really see any harm as long as the user is responsible. And Leto had learned pretty quickly what responsible wasn't.

Wandered firstly, feeling uncertain and insecure as of late. Once more haunted by nightmares, afraid to look at her reflection. Wearing her paint less and less, and a shoddy headdress after her antlers shed again. Always enjoyed making headdresses when she finally lost her antlers. Seemingly not caring that much this time around.

Finally joined Isiel and Herla yesterday for a long while, before her uncertain feelings bubbled up again and she made for the pond. Pushed into the water by Neela. Pffpftpf. It seemed she thought she had bumped her antlers off by the way her sister started searching in the water. Told her to come follow her back to her tree, where she suggested Neela have the antlers she dropped a few days ago. Worked on a headdress for her sister as they chatted a little. Glad for the distraction, though her mind keeps tumbling. Added some of the feathers Ross gave Neela on the headdress with the two antlers on it, now rid of the large fan-like extensions on the back to reduce the weight. Her baseball bats, really.

Woke up alone, did the same as days before. Wandering, unsure of joining anyone. Ended up finding Herla again, this time with Mieraak, who seemed to be calling her over. Swallowed it up for a moment and went to greet them and Ben. Managed to play with Ben and Mieraak for a while too, glad for the distraction. Got annoyed at a large group of deer yelling constantly right next to them, was about to punch them in the face then thought better of it. Better to walk away.
Didn't think anyone would follow her, but they did. Followed them back to the poppy patch where the deer had now left. Somewhat. Played around some more before sitting down. And feeling her insecurity bubble up again. Went the other way when Herla led Neela off from the chaos, visiting the river first before returning to her home for a nap.
Watched an odd interaction in the distance between some kid she had seen before and a newborn. Remembered the kid back from when Isiel had just given birth, and she didn't seem comfortable with them. Which wasn't too odd given the timing. Watched quietly. Was about to go visit her family again when she noticed the fawn seemed to be scared of the whole interaction, as it looked the kid was trying to lead them away.

Felt her conscience nag on her. Can't leave a newborn to it's fate like that. But was it her place? Where were the goddamn parents? Did she really have to? It couldn't hurt to atleast end the interaction. Right?
Of course it would and did. Kid didn't want to leave obviously terrified newborn alone. Tried to scare them off at least, got clawed. Ouch? Started dealing out punches when the situation didn't seem changing, finally a striped figure came on the scene and took clawy-kid away. Phew. Hung around for a while longer to make sure the coast was clear, or atleast wait until a parent would come show up.
Of course no parent showed up. Frankly, another newborn, an obvious siblings showed up.

Went back to Herla, her sibling, Lieva and Mieraak. Ragefaced at Herla for a bit, who bandaged her cuts up. Touched onto her returning nightmare's, and their age difference. Not that much younger than Herla, but realising pretty harshly she was old and single. Possibly because she was the ugliest thing to walk the forest floor, though decided not to say that out loud.

Has been spending more time with her family and Ephiré, sleeping better with the herbs Herla gave her. Dreamless sleep now, which is alright enough. Just glad to be sleeping again. Has been donning less and less of her usual attire, just a few stripes of paint on her face and a cloth around her head seem to be all she feels up to. Hasn't been crafting a whole lot either, seems to be stuck in some kind of art block. For deer!

Woke up yesterday feeling awfully jittery, most of her favourite spots taken she took to a grassy field in the first forest, leaning against a tree. Realised she was drifting off when there were suddenly three deer in front of her, Thais, Lem and an "unknown". Felt herself freeze up after she greeted them, they had suddenly stopped their antics and just stood around her.
Could feel all of her courage and whatever was left of it fall through her legs and seep into the forest floor. And took a sprint.

Dove into some bushes in the birch, embarassed about her sudden reaction. Just.. Couldn't do it. There was something in the air. One of those random scents that brought up too many memories, feelings she couldn't handle right now. So hid herself for a long time.
Didn't notice Lem nearby at first, and then Mis' pc played up so violently she teleported back to the first forest. (Crashed. Sorry Lem) Still felt jittery, so went to the crying idol to dip her face in the cool water. Sat there for a while until she realized she was shaking in the cold water. Started to wander, didn't realise she was spacing out until suddenly Ephiré stood in front of her. Had ended up on red hill, apparantly. Told him she was okay, he shouldn't leave his guest alone. Didn't seem like he was believing her entirely though, so ended up joining him and the stag he was with at his home. Felt the same nervousness creep back on her, but the stag (Reykat) was calm enough.

Still felt incredibly stressed, jumping up at the slightest movement nearby. Of course Ephiré noticed, and finally tried to explain to him what was going on. Not that she had a good idea herself. Really just feeling anxious and uncomfortable likely, but the stag always had a calming air around him. Got the suggestion to take a break from the forest, travel perhaps.

Finally returned from a long trip to her African tribe with Ephiré. Brought many, many items and showed the stag many things. Evaded lions, bumped into giraffes, introduced him to the humans. Spend most time away from the village, travelling through the desert, savannah and jungle alike. Travelled to the baobab trees, and was asked by an elephant to be painted like herself. Brought back many gifts for her family.

Wearing a large headpiece, horns protruding from her forehead. Somewhat tired from the travels, especially the part where they had to carry a heavy giraffe skull all the way back. Taking it easy for today. Has shed her own antlers though looks more trained and muscular than before her travels. Has taken on dark, skeletal paintings on herself.

Woke up in her family home. Dragged a few more items from the portal to the stone there, though still short on storage. Sigh. Perhaps storage on the other side wasn't a bad idea really.

Tossed a wooden figurine between her hooves until Seed arrived. Greeted him, but as she wasn't entirely done yet, asked him to sit with her. She had a few of these figures.. And of some she was very sure who to give them. But the others..

In the end went with a figurine of a little soldier with a spear. Figured it'd fit, somehow. Asked Seed to follow her to where she thought possibly Johan and Lohtu resided.

Wasn't too sure on how wanted she was, though was greeted by her brother. Sat down on a bit of a distance to wait until Lohtu would make clear what his position on it all is. Well aware she hurt him, can't force him to forgive her anymore. As he hid behind her brother, got up to perhaps find a chance to acknowledge him. He ran off.
Sighed deeply, said goodbye to her brother and went back to wandering. Ended up around the pond, invited Seed to sit with her and they watched some rutting guys further off. Oddballs.
Joined by Thais, later Herla, Kaya, Ziara and Neela. Very happy to see her friends again, decided to just make the best of things as how they were. If others would turn around or not, that'd be left to be seen. Perhaps she'd leave the figure somewhere he'd find it, her little soldier.

Relaxed most of her morning, some company coming on and off. Was curious of someone in the distance but they never seemed to come close. Joined by Neela and Herla later, played with the child for a short time but soon there were plenty of other kids to play with.

They left later, stayed in the company of Isiel. Joined by Ephiré. Decided to dress him up pretty, gave him feathers instead of antlers. Now isn't that nice? Isiel decided Ramsus needed to be pretty too and soon the women carried horns as the men had none. Good, good. Tried to play "stag" and greeted some of the does Tago had not far off. Though the stag himself seemed friendly as well. Wasn't too sure if he understood what she was trying to do.. Maybe she wasn't too good at this. Should she kick his butt?? Questions.

Oh well whoever was nice was fine by her.

Got tired of all the activity pretty quickly though. Flopped around on top of Ephiré for a while trying to get comfortable, until finally his butt was the least bony part to use as a pillow.

Had a few things happen the past days. Made up with Lohtu, spend a lot of time with him. Fought Oira-Oira as he kept invading her space with the does she was with. Had the idea he didn't respected her just because she was a female. Sexist asshole. Beat him into the ground regardless, ha. Girls rock, you suck.
Slept in her home most of yesterday, joined by Kaya. Wondered if she was okay, seemed like she had some kind of falling out with that odd stag(Domino) earlier. Doesn't know what his deal is to begin with, but doesn't like him. Makes her uncomfortable. Never acted rude towards him though.
Later met Thais, played with her shortly until she left. Some creeper-stag stood in her home for a long time, unresponsive. Left to flop angrily over Ephiré's back.

Woke up this morning to mostly wander about. Thought to act stag-ly, mark some trees. Maybe the others would respect her then. Though thought it silly, really.
Suddenly heard Kaya yelling, that guy from yesterday too. Ran over only to see them fighting? An antlerless doe against a stag? Really? Got inbetween, defended Kaya from the bastard. (In the meantime, my cat got up from my desk and LAID DOWN ON MY ARMS. So sorry if Verve hopped, that wasn't on purpose. Try fighting with a cat on your arms HAHA god the pain) Got pretty beat up by the agressive stag, couldn't get Kaya to leave until she went over to her and led her away with the other stag she was with. He seemed calm enough so didn't pay much attention to him other than a friendly greeting.

Sat down with Kaya, cleaned her wounds and spoke to the doe. Apparantly they argued because they were jealous. Explained that was a terrible basis for a relationship, and the fact he fought her is wrong in any sort of way. Even if she started, he was the one with antlers. He should've stopped it if he cared about her, and not try to fight Kaya's friend who came to defend her either. Warned her. This guy seemed like an abusive boyfriend in the making. He didn't trust Kaya, and beat her around for playing with someone else. Very, very worried about her friend now. Well aware love makes blind.

Got chased around by a random stag when she woke up. Annoyed. Hid under the bridge, found by Daneth. Stayed with him after some complaining.
Found by Alisa. Chased briefly by a fawn, Daneth teasing her about it. Teased him back by welcoming another competitor (Convel). Thought this was funny, until he turned extremely persistant. Didn't want to go with him, but he wouldn't leave. Took her own control, smacked the stag a few times before leaving with Daneth and Alisa.

Feeling a bit bossy. Wandered off, leaving Daneth and Alisa to themselves. Noticed Eph, went to greet him. Of course followed by Daneth and Alisa. Noticed there was quite some awkwardness between them all, decided to go for a drink again. Moved back to the hill later, scolded Daneth for "sniffing her too often". Who came up with some lousy excuse.
Had a short talk about antler loss. Moved off when he claimed he wouldn't let anyone hassle her. Went to bother some hill-owning jerk, who stayed a jerk and didn't move. Went to keep Ephiré company, he seemed alone.

Eph left, wandered around. Checked on Daneth's kindergarten. Approached by Convel, bowed politely but wandered of anyway. Chased by him. Got furious. He's on her shitlist now.

Joined by Syo, relieved. Played around with her, went to steal kids from his kindergarten herd. Daneth didn't seem to get it.
Got annoyed at him trying to rub Syo. Decided to try and rowdy up the doe party. Didn't seem to help much, oh well.

Suddenly noticed two other challengers around (Chism and Sebastian) Thought they'd just go for Daneth's herd. Apparantly not. Annoyed by Chism's jerk-behaivor, taunted back at him a few times. Being a difficult judge to say the least.

Stayed with Syo. Watched the two others march off. Lingered near Daneth's herd a while longer, slightly amused as well as annoyed. Not really liking his attitude towards herself or Syo. She's not to be rubbed against!
Joined by Lem, played with him and Syo shortly. Noticed some weird tension going on but didn't think much of it. Should have, though. Followed Syo to the crying idol for a rest and a drink.

Syo had to leave, wandered around on her own for a while. Found by Mischa, bounced with her. She had to leave soon too. Went into the direction of the pond to check on Daneth, who was alone. How mysterious. Kept him company, had a talk with him. Which turned suprisingly sane. As if you could ACTUALLY talk to him! Suprised, to say the least. He moved to the pond to bathe, didn't say a thing but couldn't keep her mouth when she realized he was cleaning a small wound in suicide-lake. Explained to him why she didn't think that was wise. Likely made him allergic to the pond now.

Led him to the idol to wash there instead, talking to him about her not being comfortable with the constant compliments. Seemed to actually get him to understand it slightly. He didn't seem to get it when she hinted about beating him two black eyes but okay.

Fell asleep next to the river, exhausted.

Hung out with Herla, joined by Lem. Decided to go investigate the large group near the pond.
Found out it was pretty gay. More stags than does. Laughed at them, approached by Convel who is on her shitlist since yesterday. Spat at him, led Herla off.

Noticed a jerk attacking a non-rutter. Jerk was a non-rutter himself as well, but still followed by two seemingly brainless mini's. Because women can't think for themselves, duh.
Decided to leave them all be. Found Lem on his own, joined him and went to romp with him for a while. Joined by Ryuu. Ended up in the birch, fell asleep for a while (player afk). Woke to find Ryuu gone.

Played with Lem, ended up alone when he poofed. Figured she could go keep Ourania company. Flyleaf joined, made space so he could sit next to his friend. Joined by Kaya, suprised. Got some feathers and an apology from her. Pretty glad to see her again. Noticed Brazen stumble by. Apparantly got what he had coming.
Kaya left, felt awkward. Went to sit on her own, had Alisa join after a while. Was nice to spend some time with her again too. Noticed two other mini's stare at her from a distance though.

Approached by Ephiré. Was allowed free reign, turned him into a doe so she had someone more to go 'party' with. Looked for a herd with him and Alisa. Found none. STARTED ONE. Put Isiel in it too. Got some territory, got some antlers. Saw Ramsus, thought he'd make a great doe. Dressed him up too.
Led them to dandelion hill. Herd consisting of Ramsus, Isiel, Alisa and Ephiré. Pretty proud. Sure dad would be too. Pretty sure Herla would be uh, apalled.

Got tired, went for a nap. Woke up to well, pretty much her little herd being gone. Went to the birch to watch some rutting chaos, Henna VS Schism. Some seem to forget it's the does who do the picking, not the stags.
Joined Ephiré in watching the battles, who had to leave later. Wanted to go to her stash, noticed Idelle there. Thought of sneaking up on her, was noticed pretty quickly. Apparantly sucks at hiding. Joined her briefly, suddenly noticed Brazen approach. Frowned in annoyance. Ignored him, watched as he started sucking up to Idelle. Left. Returned briefly to mark "her" trees around her stash. Pretty annoyed she can't hang out with her friend because of him. (of herself, really. hahaha)

Went to the birch tree. Sat down for a nap.

Woke up, wandered around shortly before noticing Ravenflight was around. Curious about the doe. Knows she knows her, and that she's Gehirn's friend, but doesn't know all that much about her herself. Thought to keep her company. Ended up next to "her" birch tree with Ravenflight later.

Noticed Daneth in the distance with a herd of mini's. As usual. Seemed he wanted to add Ravenflight and Verve to his numbers. Disagreed, greeted Alisa but then went off. Thought Ravenflight would maybe join her, waited for her but soon realised she was too taken with Daneth. As usual. Felt her confidence sink away into the ground, walked away from the scene quickly to wash her face in the idol. Upset. Feels chased away from her friends. Joined by Johan later, atleast glad someone chooses to hang around her for who she is.

Stayed snuggled with Johan for a while, later woke up, annoyed because she had basically been chased from her tree. She had been sitting there to work. Went back, trying to scatter Daneth's kindergarten. They didn't budge. Tried to atleast re-scent her tree, only to have Daneth overdo it. And trying to rub her. Kept smacking him, not taken seriously. Ran off, upset, seems he didn't mean jack of what they spoke of a few days ago. Just a sexist jerk now.

Sobbed silently in the first forest, upset she can't work anymore. Joined by ClingyJohan, stayed with him.

Later noticed Daneth had finally left, went to her tree to inspect it. Met Zach, ignored Alisa. Asked if he could help her get Daneth's scent off. He obligued, telling her he had also kicked Daneth's butt before. Thanked him for that.
Got annoyed when one of his "does" went to sit inside the tree. Damnit! They were going to squish her bugs! Walked away all grumpy again. Followed by Alisa, yeah right. Taunted at her, not willing to be approached by her anymore. She was very happy to follow Daneth, she could just continue doing that from now on. Went back to the tree, now no-longer crowded. Zach and two other does sitting not far off. Keeping an eye on them.

Noticed Kaya alone somewhere off. Went to fetch her, joined by her at the birch tree. Zach and two does not far off, still. Watched him play with some fawns, finds that kind of sweet actually. A stag who's not obsessed with numbers of females!
Zach left, watched how the does seemed to just hang around the spot. Dead does. Zombies. Scary. Domino joined, watched him seemingly becoming uncomfortable. Found herself the cause, or something in that direction. Went awkward, decided to leave them be. Wandered around, got a drink, watched Eph from a distance stuck with some morsel. Poor guy. Sat at her tree again, joined by Lem and later Ryuu.

Played around with Lem as Ryuu went into zombie state. Sat on him. He never noticed.. Ryuu finally woke up, the three broke out into a mini party. Joined by Starling and that stag-who's-name-I-still-don't-know. (he who shall not be named? Voldemort? >_> XD) Had actual fun, danced and jumped around with the lot. Joined by a fawn once in a while. How cute.

Saw Daneth from a distance. Tried to ignore it at first, just having fun with her friends. Got fed up when he marked her tree, again, figured he was just mocking her at this point. Went to smack and shout at him, he just kept laughing. Absolutely done with the stag. Went back to the group, ignored Daneth as he finally "obeyed" her and left. Jumped and danced some more, slowly calming down in her own way. Getting rid of some pent up frustrating energy with the group. Another doe joined in the meantime, zombie pelted!
Finally sat down between Ryuu and Voldemort(I swear I'm a retard) when everyone got tired. A bit bold, sitting between two guys.

Joined by Kaya in the morning. Painted on by Kaya. Stayed asleep until a long while after, pretty suprised at her new decorations. Seemed Kaya was.. Pretty colorful too.
Went to the crying idol with her, washed up and played around. Good at digging. Wandered around again, noticed Zach was in the forest. Went over to him, found him playing with a fawn on the playground. Awww. What a nice guy! Joined them with Kaya, played around.

Noticed Daneth arrive. Glared. Got up as he approached, watched him circle the group. Went ou to smack him together with Zach, eventually got him to back off.
Moved the group away from him. Was assisted by a swaggy nameless. Played around with the group some more before they sat down for a rest.

Playing continued later with several namelessess. Pretty suprised by Zach's ability to attract nameless and fawns. Joined on and off by several, and later Johan too. Suddenly noticed another competitor trying to approach. Oh no you don't. Pretty done with competitors, likes being where she is. Shoo'd Kaya back to Zach's group, threatened the competitor off. He started to cry. Grinned.
Rejoined the group with Zach. Leto joined as well, having a sibling-party. Poor Zach.

Playing boss, deciding who gets to join the herd and what stag even gets the chance to prove himself. Enjoying Zach's company, not going to let that slip so easily. Knows the others will follow her if she tells them to. Bossy Verve has awakened.

Rested with the group a long while. Saw Brazen approach. Seems it's shitlist-approach day. Zach went in to tell him off, which he seemed to ignore. Just shook his head. Rolled her eyes, watched as he kept marking the tree. Watched Zach smack him again, now Brazen seemed to react. Rolled her eyes further. Zach decided to let the young buck hump the tree, went over to throw a taunt and a pelt spell at him. Doesn't get why he is even TRYING.
Watched as he finally left. Relaxed in the group, Zach having to leave later. Kaya going to her boyfriend. Stayed with the new blue fawn that showed up and Johan.

Stayed there for a long time. Fell asleep. Woke up, decided to go back to her tree to work. Yes. She's doing something. Joined by Kaya at some point, weather suddenly turned night! Jumped up, ran over to jump on Ephiré to wake him up. Ran around with the three, lost Kaya at some point and just ran around with Ephiré. Climbing mushrooms, arguing over the mushroom, teleporting deer around. Likely sniffed too many spores. Saw a glowy small deer, curious about it but kind of scared too.. Tried to sneak, rude. Eph just went to give the good example and greeted them, felt ok to go greet them then too.

Certain zombie deer arrived. Certain zombie had harassed Kaya in the past. Became a little scared for her when the zombie moved away, stood over Kaya shortly. Soon joined by Eph and the glowy deer, played around spelling masks and the like. Finally sat down for a rest.
Joined by Herla! Hadn't seen her in a bit. Delilah and an unknown stag (Kalma) joined too. And then another large stag (Samson). And then it became chaotic, and they started dressing Eph up. Took her distance, leaving not long after. Wandered blindly, found by Lem. Ran around with him, dancing for a moment as well. Returned to the now thinned out group (Delilah, Kalma, Ephiré, Brooks, her and Lem) and sat down with them. Some other doe approached, ignoring everyone but Kalma. Watched Lem leave, bit confused. Poking Eph subtile-ly so he hopefully wakes up sometime 8(

Seemed not! Wandered off, back into the birch. Nope, tree-to-be was surrounded by rutfolk again. Ugh. Considering abandoning it and going for something else, even though it was perfect.
Joined by Idelle. Very flattered she would leave her herd to hang out with her. Joined her in play, ended up killing a lot of fireflies. Covered in their guts and juices, all glowy. Decided to go paint others. Ramsus didn't like it, Isiel seemed happier. Then next were Phaios, Henna and Ephiré. Joined the smallish herd on the hill, pretty ok with it now it seemed calmer. No chaos. Brazen knock-out. Perfect. Spoke to Ephiré, who seemed awkward. Told him some of her troubles, bullyed him for being old. In a very subtile way.
Joined by Herla, later Jerara too. Getting tired.

The rut had started. Promised her player she'd be nice this year. No reason to put me back into competitor. I'll be -nice-.

Found a group near the ruins as she wandered. Invited by a gorgeous looking doe to join the herd, though was very, very put off by the scuffle taking place right in the middle of it. Uh. Would rather not get trampled. Felt insecure and nervous, but took the invitation with some hesitation. Greeted most of the figures in the herd. Wasn't really sure about all this. Especially the amount of fawns was kind of odd..
The males (Romulus, Atrium) kept duking it out without keeping any sort of eye on the herd at all. She and Grete seemed to have the same idea, and started to lead the non-freezing deer away (Galene was there too.. So it's almost 12am and I slept really badly and had work so my brain is a puddle, okay? I WILL forget people. I AM SORRY.)

So sort of made a new herd with Grete. Thought that was neat. Slowly.. Getting more arrogant.. No Verve..
Romulus came back and just stood in front of the herd like he owned it. Wait, what? You did nothing to deserve this. Bumped his butt with her head. He didn't seem to care. Ugh'd really loud, left with Grete. Went to check on Atrium, see if he was less of a douchenozzle. He seemed okay, didn't try to keep deer around him with his antlers and all that. Less of a prick for sure. Not that the other judges cared about that. Pricks are attractive....???

Romped around a while, chilled a while. Group slowly got bigger. Atrium left, played poker with the judges. Thais joined. Severa. Others joined. I knew all of you 5 minutes ago but it's gone now. Mieraak was there. Joined by Draven, greeted him. Also seemed okay. Hm. Maybe not too many dweebs this time around.
Oh no, there's the dweeb. A white stag suddenly marched in. Got really annoyed when he started scent marking over her marks. Step down son. Started making really clear to him she didn't enjoy the macho behaivor, a bit puzzled Draven didn't step in at first. Look, dude, I might be tall as a tree, I don't actually have much for weapons.
Apparantly the white stag could not read forest language. He could sure as hell yell it though. Moved the group away, poor Draven. Had to leave Grete behind as well as a blood sacrifice to the dweeb gods.

Rejoined near the river, group became bigger. Didn't really care too much, had fun running around. Draven came back. Then about 5 competitors circled the group. At this point lost her sass, wasn't going to fight five. Decided it was time to leave.

To her suprise, followed by Thais, Severa, and Mieraak. Didn't really lead anyone this time around, but very flattered they stuck with her. Fell asleep for quite a long time, woke up to only Severa still being around. Aw, you're really nice you know. Had a short cuddle with brother, Severa left. Got up, walked around to do one last check for interesting stuff. Seemed most had died down, so went back home to sleep.

That was fairly terrible and I apologise.

Wandered for a while, perhaps judging what groups there were to join, but it seemed too early for any of those. So sat herself down on the bridge, watching the water. Pondering perhaps. Until she was joined by a figure she had spotted earlier (Muiel). Felt really flattered by that. Later even Atrium joined, him and Muiel seemed to know eachother so that was nice! Had sort of not really ever expected to be the only judge sitting with a competitor and a challenger though so. Gosh, flattering.
The group wandered all playing to a flower patch where they were joined by Thais. Hey buddy! Neela and Ciel joined too, the latter not all too pleased about the circumstances it seemed. Muiel left, unfortunately. Might have been somewhat sad about that.

Had to move a few times due to a very loud deer, but ended up slowly gathering more deer. Draven and their judge (Aine) joined, and then Atrium poofed. So Draven was basically handed the group. Raised an eyebrow at him but eh, he didn't seem bothered by her loud role as lead-judge. So led the group off elsewhere (when it was pointed out to me the poppy patch is a safe-spot. Oops).
More flower patches! Finds them easy as some kind of established space. Group kept growing, slowly started to have issues keeping up. Tried to greet everyone though. Then Kato arrived too, yet no fight broke out between him and Draven.
...Hmmm. Bit too much bro energy here.

Felt unimpressed at the tag-teaming the males were doing. Couldn't really leave because player had to AFk a lot and so did the people who were with Verve originally. Had hope when Leviathann arrived, but they were apparantly also not going to lead anyone off. Aw? Aww? What's with the teaming up!

Unimpressed but stayed with her sister. Joined by Grete, and later La with whom she spoke about antlerloss and the season. Had to pass out soon after that.

Today found herself wandering again a little. Seemed the forest wasn't in a very rutty mood. Fine by her. Ended up near dandelion hill where Ephiré found her. Started a game of chase, butt-nuzzling the stag and running off a lot. Then of course headbutting the poor sod. Splashed in the pond for a short moment when she realised that's actually really cold. Ephiré came to realise that a little earlier than her. Led the stag around a little, ended up looking again if there were any groups rutting. Not really, so settled down with the moose in a flower patch for a nap.

Greeted Mjölnir when he came by, had seen him around but never had the chance for a proper introduction. Eph woke up too, seemed somewhat eeh? at first but, it didn't seem Mjölnir came for trouble. Sat with the stag who seemed to be trying to gather others to join them too, unsuccessfully. Sorry dude. Romped around for a moment when it looked like Ephiré tried to invite the other for a spar. Oh yay an actual spar! Hadn't seen one of those yet!

Cheered on the two, it took a bit for them to get into it though. Mostly felt extremely flattered even though she didn't really want to assume it was for her. But it -could- be, right? Mjölnir admitted defeat, even giving her a bow of goodbye. Aw! Such a gentleman.
Regardless the victor won her attention, cuddled the stag as they sat down together again. Even gave him her best attempt at flirting! A bit overthrown by the warm fuzzies until she realized he was kind of sad Mjölnir had left. And had just been trying to be a good couch.

Ephiré had to leave, so joined Mjölnir's herd for a little while. They did seem nice after all. Tried to greet Rossamund who most probably just didn't see her, and decided she was perhaps not really in the mood anymore. Said goodbye to Mjölnir and his (I realise now her, oops. But for IC-ness, Verve interpretends them as a guy. :") ) judges, and went off to the birch for a nap on Ephiré's couch.
Noticed Draven bounce around on red hill. Gave him a greeting when he found her, decided eh. Let's keep my player up really late tonight. Bounced around with the stag, feeling pretty frivolious. Didn't let the stag too close, seemed he was a bit more into the game than she was going to let him be. Regardless, amused, didn't really feel harm in flirting with the stag. Needs to up her skill.
Joined by Thais. It's always two for the price of one. Happy to see her friend, silently rather practices on her. The little doe Aine joined as well. Thinks they're pretty sweet actually.
Rested with the group for a moment, before it was 2am and I decided it was enough damn it Verve >8(

Sat by herself for a while before joining a group consisting of Joro, Alice, Muiel, Acidya and Levana? I don't know but it did at some point. Spent most of her morning with them until the group got a bit too crowded. Doesn't really remember who left or came, but decided her time was over. Went to look for Thais who she had realised was around.
Found her with Draven and Aine. Draven who was quite heavily asleep. Painted him green. Had to pass out for a moment herself, woke up blue. Thanks Thais you don't discriminate.
Feeling somewhat anxious. Had maybe hope a certain stag would show up and spar for her again. So she could perhaps see it wasn't just for the hell of it. Noticed him wake not far off, in the middle of a rutting group. Had to chuckle, poor sod. Yet her mood shifted when he went off the entirely opposite direction. Hmpf. Okay.

Watched as Thais became the man when Draven left, and suddenly challenged the clearly stronger competitor from the other group. Thais! Found herself upset with concern, and definitly not with any form of excitement. Scolded the doe before making a hasty retreat into the birch.

Found not long after by Thais as she was spacing out. Got an apology, realized she was overreacting though. Overall in a shit mood. Took the doe to a trip to the pond for a drink before settling down in a sun patch near a tree. Ended up napping with her friend for a while before thoughts got too bothersome. Spoke with the doe, both of them admitting they were very unsure about their predicaments. Didn't really figure anything out but, sort of settled on being okay at some point. Surely.

Tried to brighten her own mood by visiting/bothering her brother with Thais. Found him with a pretty doe she had seen a few times before (Salome). Sat on a mushroom circle, could not let those spells go to waste. Ended up being the one to become a mini. Well damn. Squeaked around, feeling adorable. Pretty distracted from her thoughts at least.

Joined her brother with Salome on a mission to be less restless. Found a large group near the crying idol, greeted by someone from long ago. Kusa! Enthosiastically squeeked at her old friend, suddenly the small one. Happy to introduce her to her oh-so-handsome brother too of course. Look at that guy.
Found some new and some familair faces in the group that seemingly got left behind by their competitors. Got a nice little herd for Leto anyway, so didn't mind. Happy to see Severa again too. Settled with the group, brother had to leave.
Woke up later to the group being a lot smaller, and Draven in the area. Had watched him poof multiple times today. Played with the group, slowly realising she wasn't really taken seriously as a mini. (And later near murdered as a frog thanks guys >8( )
Couldn't really get a lot of attention out of Draven either. Slowly started to feel pretty crap again. Insecurity's a biash. Decided it was time to head off, bid the group goodbye and went back to her crafting tree to vent on a wooden mask.

Woke up fairly refreshed. The previous day had been extremely calm, no rutting whatsoever, so had a chance to rest up. Found by Muiel and Ti, ended up sitting for a while before playtime broke loose. I think the group slowly enlarged too at this point with rutters and non-rutters alike. Ended up with quite a crowd on red hill, even joined by her sister! Embraced Sterre enthosiastically, Ephiré joining too. Happily sat in a large row on red hill, Eph on one end. Tempted to push him so he'd roll down.

Noticed another rutting challenger had appeared, got up with the rest of the group. Fight, no fight? Seemed like they didn't really come to cause trouble, but Sterre seemed deeply unsettled. Didn't really know what was going on, but very suprised when the stag (Virgil) nuzzled her. Uh oh. I'm supposed to know you huh. Curse the ages.
Sterre ran off. Was about to follow her but realised the stag was going to as well. Maybe they needed some time. Spoke to Ephiré about the incident instead, got explained who the stag was and of course by this point recognised them too. He and her dad had been close when she was a tiny child, but with her own dissapearance and the stag quite a lot of years had passed. Perhaps somewhat embarassed she hadn't recognised her babysitter. On the other hand, she had been very young.

Watched as Ephiré seemed to be visited by nostalgia as well. Laughed, told him to go off to have fun. She had something to do as well. They'd meet up later.
Found Sterre at her birth tree looking upset. Joined her after asking permission, talking about what had transpired and Sterre's feelings on the matter. Understood she found it unfair. Tried to point out to her that, even though that was true, it was also nice Virgil had returned. Nothing bad there. Hoped they'd be able to get on one line again perhaps. Seemed to cheer her up somewhat during their talk, keeping close to the doe all the time. Spoke about Sterre's potentional abilities with ending nightmares. Admitted she had been having a lot of those herself, and had been sleeping with medication which caused her to have no dreams. Gave Sterre permission to practice on her. Silently worried for sleepless nights to come.

Sterre left, so went off to wander again too. Saw Ephiré had found some fun at least. Let them be for now.
Couldn't really find much excitement herself, so sat nearby a tree to think. Joined by the raven stag. Took a nap with him before she awoke restless. Gave him a nuzzle and went to find Thais looking somewhat lost. So Draven had gone off to get a judge? And you stand here.
Took the lead and brought everyone together, in a nice herd with Draven, Kaya, Severa, Thais, Luyu, quite a few more at some point too but I am a loser who is bad at remembering names.

Watched Draven fight against Midas. Pleased by that. Finally some actual fighting! Cheered them on, gave the winner (Draven) a nuzzle afterwards. Good job boy.
Draven poofed later. Joined by Ross. Watched the odd angel she had mentioned to Sterre as potentionally helpful(Altijd) join the group as well. Two challengers, alright. Was kind of getting a bit tired.

Ross fell asleep and Altijd got droven off by Lieva and Midas. Still not very fond of teamplay, and Thais had left as well. Made her own leave, found by Ephiré again. He smelled of mushrooms. Laughed at his story, then told him she was tired and really up for a nap. Led the stag back to the birch and his home, where he was used as a couch for a good long period of time. Spoke to him, in a really good mood at that point. But very happy to take a nap with him after. Socializing was exhausting.

Woke up on her back as the stag had woken and gotten up to explore again. Pft. Followed suit, found him and Tieff. Apparantly Ephiré being a bit puzzled about what the other was trying to converse. Eh. Found herself romping around with Tieff quite quickly. Gosh they had a lot of energy! Was suggested she go find a party, pft. Will try? Found quite a group of rutters near the ruins, thought it could be fun to watch them. Joining didn't really seem something she was up for, as it was Kato and Draven again. And teaming up had been put on her list as "not really charming at all."

Played some more until they settled for watching the groups nearby. Tieff tried to lead her and Ephiré off towards the birch at some point. Sadfaced. Kind of really wanted to watch. Made Tieff sad by going back ;_; Sorry Tieff. Watched the groups from a nice vantage point. Noticed Draven had been watching her, didn't respond to it. Got a bit pissed at him for coming up to them and trying to rub against her. Ew!? Where'd respect go prick!

Pretty pissed for a short while, but decided to just focus on the raven stag instead. Joked about the handsome deer out there. Was met with suprice-agreeing, and had to laugh. No, she was lying. None of those deer out there were handsome Eph.
Extremely suprised when he commented there was one handsome one for him, and a scratch on the base of her neck with his mask. Had likely turned into a living lantern post at that point. Wut. Say that again. Commented back half stumbling and stuttering there was one handsome one for her too, and then Indira sat inbetween them.

Likely threw her the oddest glance ever. Of course Ephiré retreated the moment her sister joined. Gash darnit. Oh well. Would've likely become incomprehensable if that had gone on much longer anyway.
Commented back and forth about the rutters they were watching for a moment when Neela joined. More sisters!! Damn sister party today. Happy to see her again too, but also getting worried now she had two of her younger sisters near quite a bunch of rutters. Or, near. The distance was safe, and Ephiré was around. So it'd be okay.

Of course that was also when Draven decided he was done watching. Came to pick her up? Got rubbed against again, this time got really angry with the stag. Hey, you were cool previously! Tried to smack out to him with a hoof, Ephiré getting inbetween. Hmpf. Frowned really madly at Draven from behind Eph's back. He seemed fairly persistant, at which Ephiré seemed to get fairly annoyed and started to drive him back. Watched the spar, fight? Go on for a while, all the time making sure her sisters stayed out of harms way firstly. Felt somewhat bad, as if it was her fault. But also very impressed by Ephiré's fighting. Thanked him afterwards, throwing Draven a lot of killer-gazes. Wait till I got my rack back son.

Both Ephiré and Neela had to go, felt pretty done with the rutting groups at that point. Left with Indira, sitting in a calm part of the first forest overlooking the pond. More time to think, and sleep. Whew.

Woke up, found Ephiré, continued to nap on and off as her player had some awkward issues with having to hide downstairs because they're breaking her room open. Sad.

Woke at some point in the first forest, went to look for Ephiré but he seemed to be in company. Let them be. Somewhat suprised the nagging voice in her head wasn't telling her he didn't really care at all and had already found someone else. Really not actually worried. Feeling happy confident. Wandered around for a while, found Draven asleep. Frowned. Time for revenge. Tried to peacock him, nearly succeeded, but he woke up. Frowned. Okay, no forgiveness then. Walked off to sit on the bridge when she realized he had followed her. Spoke to the stag for a while, with him apologising for his behaivor. Gave him some explanations about why it had really bothered her he had tried to rub against her like that, and how to handle things better in the future. Seemed to come to an understanding. Let him go, but felt a lot better about the entire ordeal.

Found Ephiré with Rossamund this time. Hey kid. Sat down with them and spoke to Ephiré about Draven's apology. Both kind of came to the conclusion Draven had likely learned from it. Got an apology from the raven stag too, he felt he shouldn't have jumped in like that. After all, Verve was her own person and didn't need him protecting her. Explained to him she was glad he had anyway, her sisters were there and she had no defense to speak of at the moment. And well, didn't really think him fighting for her was a bad thing. Trusts the stag, knows he respects her. She wouldn't think he was trying to be posessive. And wasn't it kind of a compliment at this time of year?

Jumped at him saying he'd join as a judge next year. Yes!! Would love to see that! The stag dropped a vague hint about it not being anything unknown to him. Didn't really catch onto that.

Joined by Grete, Thais (who she commanded over), Genty, Potato, and later Kusa. Ephiré left, joined by Leto. Yay! Small herd! Kusa got bored and left. Meh. A lot of others left too. Pft. Joined the group on a little outing near the pond where they spied another group. Watched Grete and Leto both make attempts to sneak some judges away from them. Pretty successful! Slowly felt awkward though. Whatever she did, didn't seem to get Kusa to play with them. She had different intentions it seemed. Doesn't really mind her flirting with her brother, but feels their ruts are entirely different from one another. Starting to realise, maybe she has nothing in common with her old friend anymore.

And then got hit by an antler spell. Frowned. Wasn't going to feel bothered today. Challenged her brother, who didn't give it her all in her opinion. OR she was a lot better than she had calculated. Actually, likely was that. Snorted at him, got commented he didn't know what he was doing. Okay, more practice for you bro. Won Kusa over, ha. Winningg. Won the whole herd actually. Showed her brother how it was done, strutting her stuff and nuzzling the judges. Watched another challenger (Eve) approach. Oh yeah. Sparred quite intensively with them, but managed to drive them off. Phew! Worried the group was upset with all the running through them though. Then started to realise what she was doing. Hey! Leto! Get off your ass >8(
Kusa left to go to the other anyway. Somewhat let down by that but, figures that's just how it is.
Quickly jumped in front of the next challenger anyway (Ryff), but with some confusion. Perhaps they saw through her disguise.
Leto had to go. Was pretty tired herself. Shed her disguise, said goodbye and left the group.

Woke up later, went to find Thais. Draven stared at them from a distance. Told him to come over. Sat with him, Thais and Genty. Tried to discourage Draven from jumping over them. Kwidjwio.

Woke up, had a short wander but found Muiel with a group of judges at the playground pretty soon. Joined them briefly, before she realized Thais was about. Said goodbye, then sprinted off to find her friend.

Mused about how competitors don't seem to get out of their way to get judges very often. Both looked at Draven from a long distance. He wasn't going to come, huh. Figured he should become less lazy, and went off with Thais to establish a "territory" by tree rubbing and loud moo-ing. If anything she was back at her competitor days. Knew there were plenty about, but none of them seemed interested in moving their butts.

Finally one joined. Draven. Frowned. Could've just gone to him from the start. But ok, he joined, that's a good sign! Jumped around with them until a face showed up she would rather evade. Led the two off, with of course the face following behind. Because telling someone to leave them alone doesn't indicate you yourself should let them be too. ?? Okay

Regardless at some point found by Muiel's group, suddenly big herd! Draven seemed either confused or back to being lazy, since at no point did he seem interested? Wasn't sure. Regardless the group grew, had some moments of passing out because real life, but came back to a bunch of em. Of course, big groups attract trouble. Likes trouble.

Virgil came to look at the group, and it came to a duel between him and Draven. Woo! Dueling! Got a bit worried at some point though, it seemed to go on so long. Tried to somehow let them know it was enough, by awkwardly running around them. Thais hot on her heels. Pushed the doe around for a moment. Pftpft you're not my shadow.
But the fight did break up, and both of them seemed a little lost as how to continue. Virgil seemed to have a group nearby, Draven on the other side. Then a doe from Virgil's group waltzed in and nuzzled the red deer, before turning on Draven (Devashana). Ran right in and lashed out with her front hooves. The fuck woman! You don't get to decide who fucks off! You fuck off! FUCK
Seemed to at least get a point across as distance was managed. Scared Thais. Sorry.

Through the chaos though took notice of Mjölnir, who so far is definitly the most handsome challenger. But Draven had sort of gained friend-status and she was worried about him. Also player would have to leave soon again ;_; Would've otherwise likely joined them. Kusa was around too. Got to greet them but got little interest back. Figured she herself was too boring for the older female. Sort of getting to accept that things were different now.

Fainted, came back, still some form of chaos. Thais had to leave. Started to feel extremely exhausted by all the socializing. Said her goodbyes, and went to find her brother to snooze against.
Went back to find Draven all by himself *sad violin* after her brother left. Spoke with him for a short moment. Kind of amused by his embarassment when she made it very clear she was raised by a single father and wasn't unfamilair with certain kinds of male-jokes.
Anyway, told him he should take care and take it easy for a bit. Then went to sleep.

Feeling a bit tired, decided to take it easy at her home tree. Joined by Thais, yay. Then Draven draped his behind over the both of them. Aah @_@. Joined by the doe with an arrow stuck through her snout (Arry). Has been seeing her a few times now, thinks they're nice but tries to evade looking at the arrow. Unsettling.
A new face appeared, Cadaver. As Draven seemed to be passed out a little, took the opportunity to meet a new face and joined the stag with her friends. Moved to the first forest where the group settled in a flower patch, ever expanding. Joined by a few faces she didn't know yet. (Uh.. Gia for sure).
A different competitor approached (Acaji), and after some terrible connection issues, started duking it out. At first enthosiastic about the battle, until little Isabeau kept trying to get inbetween. Got mad at the kid, didn't help much. What also didn't help is that both fighters kept getting far too close to the judges for comfort. Moved them away a few times, but it kept happening. At this point pissed with both of them, left the area with Thais and Aine. Was too slow in finding a new place to stay, followed by Cadaver and Isabeau. Learned the connection of him being a father was indeed correct as he scolded the kid, and apologised to the group. Eh. Okay. Tried to give it a second chance, but Isabeau would soon again run off to Acaji to do god knows what to him. Cadaver not looking. Knew Thais was uncomfortable as well, Aine had cleverly gone back to Acaji, so poked her friend. Time to run. Rejoining Acaji would likely just make Cadaver follow, so best to be gone entirely.

Rested with Thais back at her home tree. Went to look for a short moment how Acaji and Virgil duked it out, but when Maria tried to get her to come with her, stepped back and returned to her home tree with Thais. Nop. Kinda done.

Thais left, joined by Ephiré. Hopped into his direction with clear glee, glad for the added sanity he provides. Went on a forest stroll, quickly bumped into now-Virgil's herd and decided to stick around for a while with the raven stag. Watched Virgil fight another golden stag (Rutilus), though it mostly seemed to be a good bromance.
Unsettled when a dark blue doe came barging in to attack a small stag she'd seen around a few times (Zafeiri, Envy). Stepped back at first, but got really done with the doe very quickly. Started trying to smack her back too, though it only seemed effective for short periods of time. Finally had to start yelling at her to gtfo, before she seemingly got the message. Steaming, upset her time with Ephiré in a group was ruined. Told the stag she'd like to leave now.

Had a nice nap hiding in his hair back at Ephiré's home, until he had to go. Fell asleep for a while alone until she was woken by hoofsteps. Approached by Zafeiri, unamused firstly, told her she had some gut. Wanted a why firstly, got some explanation and had some things to say about that herself as well. Hoped the blue doe would take some of the advice at least.

Rejoined Thais who was with Draven in the first-forest. Sat on a distance from the herd with her friend, glad for the calmth. However much she's enjoying the socializing, getting pretty exhaused by it too. Thinking about sleeping for a week or so.

Actually a very calm day. Spend her time working on her new mask, which likely won't be finished for a bit. Joined by Kaya, spend a long time just napping with her. Woke up suddenly from someone behind her, jumped up with quite the yell. Convel, apparantly. Again!? Thought she had been clear! Shouted at him for a short moment, then almost panickly made her way to the crying idol. Washed herself vigourisly, as if she was covered in lava or something. Kaya just looked on confused, poor doe. Couldn't stand the idea of a stag like that having touched her.

Finally collected her nerves again to sit back at her spot with Kaya, again for a long time just relaxing. Got a bit restless, got up and wandered aorund. Visited her family for a moment, Herla, Gehirn and Johan, who were joined by Lucamo and this stranger. Alright. Didn't get much of a chance to hang around when the others seemed to get a little unsettled with the weird white stag around them. Moved off with them the first time, the stag being quite attatched to Lucamo. Ah, decided this was awkward. Moved around alone a bit again, bumping into Lucamo in the birch. Alone this time. Invited him to sit with her next to the tree as she worked, not that familair with the stag but it seemed her family approved of him. That was okay.

Noticed Ephiré in the distance, alone as well. Secretly kept an eye on him, went over when he sat down on red hill again. Sat with the large stag in silence, nodding off and falling asleep. Tired over the past days events, but feeling okay.

Spend her first waking hours working on her mask, before she wandered off. Smelling something awful. Found a corpse, an oddly familair corpse. Bit freaked out but okay. Wandered towards the river, bumping into Neath. Told him about said corpse, led him to it. Followed him for a while as he dragged the corpse to the pond, the head breaking off in the middle of his dragging. Took it with her.

Dragged it past Daneth, who seemed curious about her actions. Warned him she killed this stag by breaking his neck, and that Neath had helped her remove the head from the body. Quite the lie, but seemed to convince him when she made up a technique to quickly actually break a stags' neck. Seems Daneth isn't the smartest in the bunch.
He seemed convinced enough, though still walked off winking at her and whatnot. Blach. Seemed he STILL didn't get it.

Took her time to bury the skull, releasing her beetles on it. Seemed this would take a bit longer with the lower temperatures, but okay. Wandered back to the pond, should be taking a bath. Watched Neath, and later Daneth and his odd herd arrive. Watched on with a grin as Neath woke up, Daneth still badly wounded and carrying a tiny fawn in his herd. For whatever reason. He seemed to quickly drag them out of the water as Neath showed his face. But they didn't actually leave. Found this a little weird. Watched on for a while, getting slightly bored. And still annoyed Daneth thinks she's some meek female like the rest of his bunch.
Finally decided to take things in her own hooves, running up to the group trying to scatter them. But especially trying to scare the fawn so it'd run into the water. Figured the live, struggly fawn wasn't going to be too interesting for Neath who had a corpse already, but liked the thought. Daneth in turn FINALLY called her a psycho and walked off. Not sure if that is the respect she wanted, likely not, but didn't seem any other way for him to stop looking at her as if she was a piece of meat. A psycho is definitly the better option.

Saw Ourania join her briefly, but realised she was smelling terribly of corpse juices. Went to wash herself in the crying idol (player afk)

Didn't rut. Let's start with that.

Sat at her tree, feeling guilty of last days events. Stress, frustration and pressure playing a big part on her sudden outburst of agression. Doesn't feel like herself, the rut bringing up the worst in her. Good to discover just what that is atleast.
Worked on a small, fawn-sized necklace to make up for past deeds. Or attempt, really. Crafting mainly makes her feel better, even though it doesn't make up for lack of sleep.

Joined by Herla, spoke to her about what had transpired. Didn't mention she tried to hurt a fawn in her craze, but was reassured by Herla's words anyway. Didn't think what had transpired exactly was too important now.. Felt sorry, was going to apologise, that was enough to the tall doe.

Noticed her mother approach them with the stag she has noticed hangs a lot around Kaya. Confused about this.. First glanced at her enormous belly, of course. Returned the greeting, was asked if they could join her and Herla. Had a moment of hesitation, but figured this was too soon. Felt abandoned for the longest of time, didn't really feel like playing nice now. Had a lot of stress on her mind as it was. Decided to say bye and move off, later followed by Herla. Feels bad about it, but thinks it's better to focus on one thing for now. Angry, actually, dissapointed she was never told of the pregnancy. Herla again reassuring her Trees loves her in her own way. Sighed.

Kept chatting to the doe, bringing up the issue of her bugs freezing to death in winter. Mentioned she had been working on hollowing out the dead birch tree further, making shelves and enough room for her to somewhat sit in. Herla offered her candle to keep the tree warm, and perhaps a look-away spell? Asked if she could cast one on her butt too. That'd keep them from looking.

Slept besides her crafting tree, just.. Working, quietly. Relieved the rut is over. Joined by Kaya, later Isiel. Kaya dissapeared, Isiel stayed. Ramsus joined, greeted him. Seemed alright, actually, gets the image he just doesn't bow. Sniffing is his way of hello. He really needs a minty though....

Noticed Ephiré popped up too, asleep. Idly decorating his antlers with little bird skulls that have been painted shiny black.

Some calm days, resting with others mainly, or alone. Got her mask on her face, a red skull with lines and other decorative markins.

Decided today to apologise to Daneth when she found him alone in the drinkplaats. Didn't feel like making it a long conversation, but liked her slates clean. Made it clear they'd better not hang out anymore, they clash too much. Only gets frustrated and angry by him, a bit hurt he didn't really seem to understand what she spoke to him about during the first day of the rut. Oh well. He had his friends, she had hers. Said her goodbye, then left. No mockery about antlers or brainless girlfriends.

Sat by her tree, joined by Herla. Later went to join her to find Ephiré on dandelion hill. Crazyness had it they all wanted to sit on the same shroom. Bumped off by Herla 8( Both does seemed to realize this amazing super long night was having them really cold. Bit through her discomfort with touch, crawled next to Ephiré with the small doe. Who sat on top of him. Entertained by this.

Fell off the mushroom though, it was kinda small.. Went to find a bigger one with the rest. May be slightly confused why they just didn't all go to a flowerbed. Breaking bones is more fun?
Broke her bones a few times rolling off the mushroom. Ugh. But atleast feeling slightly warmer.

Rolled down the mushroom eventually, running around with Herla shortly. Followed them to Johan who was with a stranger, greeted them both. Short playing around with the group, joined by Isiel and Ramsus. Saw a huge squirrel in the distance, and Herla running up to it. Followed; squirrel! Suddenly this other doe was onto Herla, trying to attack her? Stood over her quite simply. Stressed slightly when Johan seemed to go all attack-ish. Decided to just lead everyone off bossy Verve style. Watched the now two offending deer seemingly amused on the hill. Snorted; if that's your amusement in life, you're pretty sad.
Got frustrated with trying to lead the group away. Didn't feel like watching Ramsus fight in his current state. Or Ephiré having to collect all the blows because Ramsus would fight and he really couldn't and then there would be chaos. Or Johan going all fighty with his barely visible stubs. If visible at all. Got annoyed with all the slow deer, started shouting commands. "FORWARD, LEFT RIGHT LEF-" nah, did no such thing. Eventually got them on red hill; all stressed out.

Spending the long night curled up under her blanket, trying to preserve her own heat. Little sleep and lots of worries, her spiders and bugs with her under the blanket. (Should've put up a warning sign, don't pull on blanket unless you like your does covered in creepy crawlies.)

Has been spending her time in the sun trying to warm up. Even with the sun back, the temperatures are low. Seems to constantly carry some bugs with her in hopes of saving them with her own body temperature. Mostly hidden under her cape on her back. Moving bumps in the fabric are not uncommon.

Joined by Lem, spend a long time just drifting in and out of sleep. Thought to visit her family, found Gehirn and Herla with Morikah and two tiny fawns. Herla couldn't have popped those out without her noticing the pregnancy.. And they didn't look like them much. Stayed on a distance, asked Henna if she could sit with her. Relieved when the other doe seemed fine with that.

Still, Herla came trotting over to drag her to the babysit corner. Terrified. Putting on her best cute face to not scare them off. Very scared of doing something wrong? Tried to play with them, they seemed to like her atleast. I mean, that's what trying to bump your crotch means right? Right? Wait...

Spend the morning alone at first, working at projects. Most of her insects having died to the cold, her progresses are significantly slower now. Sleeps even less, works even harder. Decided to take a break and visit Kaya; a bit suprised to find her in the company of a stag and some newborn fawn. Uh. What had happend here? Raised an eyebrow at her but she didn't really seem like a doe who had just finished giving birth. Played around with her, until she asked her to sit down with her and the other two. Didn't like that much. Has seen the stag before, Domino. Feels oddly uncomfortable around him. Settled behind Kaya, later bowing to her to say goodbye when she scented Herla. Watched over her shoulder as Kaya settled besides the fawn. What the heck was she doing with a stray fawn?

Spend the morning with Herla, later went to work on her projects again. Spend way too long staring in a concentrated manner at spiders and mantids, her last survior's. Scared to lose them, so carries them around constantly now. Wandered around the forest for a while during her break, stumbling upon Herla, Gehirn, Prita and Daaé. Joined the group, welcoming the distraction. Soon Prita woke up from her nap and started to play around. Followed her, joining in somewhat. Trying at least. How hard can this be? Watched the fawn follow her into the river. Uh. Brought a muddy fawn back up again. Almost drowned her? No clue? Joined by Castallion, feeling better slowly about babysitting. Another fawn joined. And then another. Realised only after a while she had been keeping up with four fawns, a bit shocked at the realisation. They soon all plopped down tired, spoke to Herla about the upcoming winter and the loss of her bugs. Oh, and about how she was now hired as a babysitter. Not sure if that's the best move. Ass must be a very easy word for a fawn to pronounce..

Has been working like crazy. Buried in bland skull masks stolen from the BZD, the doe has been busy painting them to fit different deer in the forest. Is going to run out of paint at some point. And bugs. The terror.

Joined by Trees. At first a bit unsure what she should do, but decided to welcome her. She'd be working mainly anyway, even though she was by now quite tired. Drifted off quite often, feeling embarassed she kept doing so. There was work to do! No time to be lazy! Kept painting skull's, sitting next to her mother. Shifted away slightly when she felt Trees' side digging into hers. Not very interested in kicking babies, or touching in general. A bit weirded out by her own discomfort, as usual. Why was she not normal? What did normal mean again, make a lot of babies?

Oh yeah, that's why.

Greeted Lem shortly when he arrived, but soon fell into a coma. Woke up with a shock, both her mother and Lem being gone. Sigh. So how long had she been out? Worked some more on skulls, greeted by Lem and invited to play. Had to deny, sad about that. Work to do!

Ran around with Herla when the BZD moved, excited for the most part. It turned to rain, she got wet, was turned into VerveFawn, she was adorable. All kinds of exciting stuff. Bumped into Daaé at some point, noticing she has a tendency to keep an eye on the fawn. Protective? Isn't even all that familair with the parents, at least Herla and Gehirn are.
Played, ended up at the twin gods all wet and with Prita, Daaé and Herla. Rested for a while until the rain stopped, and she turned into her normal self. Phew. Led the group to her dad, who was dry. Magically. It had just rained! The heck, magical dad. Rested with them for a while, curled up with Daaé. Later Prita joined the cuddle nest too. Doesn't even feel really awkward anymore. Did notice their father arrive from the corner of her eyes, Prita later joining him. Likely for the best.

Kept an eye on a fight in the distance for a moment, joined by Isiel, Ramsus and Ephiré. Fight didn't seem to go anywhere though, took a short nap. Woke up to Ephiré gone, decided to go hang out with dad and Herla.
Later realised she hadn't seen Prita for a bit, went to look for her. Scented her in the old oak but not with parent. And she wasn't alone? Rushed in, coming between her and a Quadda who had seemed to scare the child. She was buried into Big Bunny. Frowned, the doe backing off, Verve nuzzled the fawn who did indeed seem frightened. So what had the other doe done this time huh? Glared at her angrily, spat in annoyance into the oak, then noticed the doe taunting her. Was she becoming a danger to the child now too? Taunted back, pretty fed up with her, keeping an eye on her from inside the oak. Not too pleased with how close she is staying. Focussing her attention on Prita.

Spend most of her day resting with the young fawn she has been taking care of. Joined by Djinn, later Herla too. And Big bunny of course. Moved the group after the BZD, ended up with the same clutch now resting in a flower patch. Joined by Johan who came to apologise, forgave him of course.

Fell asleep, woke up to Idelle next to her. Wo had apparantly been defending her against a hugeass scary crow. Lifted her head up to see the demon on Idelle's other side. A tiny thing. Raised an eyebrow. Terrifying stuff right there.

Frolicked around with the group. Ended up near the crying idol, at the edge of the birch, where they joined Phaios. Felt a bit nervous around her. Had seen her before, so wasn't sure why. Awaited her turn to greet anyway. Warned a hungry Johan not to eat too many blueberries, or he'd get as fat as dad. Had a short discussion about weight problems and antler growth.

Joined by Isiel and Ramsus, who later started to sniff BB a bit too often. Went to stand over the bunny, giving Ramsus a warning glare. Seemed to work for a moment, until he actually did start chasing them around. Chased after Ramsus with the horde of does, trying to faceslap him good when they got him to stop and back off. Jerkface.

Watched Prita come up to them, played shortly with her until she seemed to get sad. Wondered why. Decided to bring her to her father and other babysitter, which seemed to cheer her up.

Rested for a bit, then watched Idelle go after Ramsus. Unsure why. Suddenly was stuck between keeping an eye in Idelle who was forcing Ramsus to apologise, and going to Prita who seemed alone?
Aah! Went to check on Prita shortly, she seemed in company. Okay. Went to check on Idelle, still screaming. Okay. Then Idelle chased Ramsus around. Uh. Was Prita alone now? Eh. At some point went after Idelle, only jumping in when she thought Ramsus had started to fight back. Likely his good right after all that harassment, but was by then too angry to put up with watching Idelle getting hurt. Smacked the stag again, smacked Idelle, smacked. SMACKED. No she didn't actually smack Idelle. She did want to though.

Spoke to the doe, proposing it was likely a waste of time to teach Ramsus any manners. And it was Isiel's task anyway. Came to the agreement that Ramsus smelled bad.

Went into the direction of Herla's scent, thought Idelle was joining. Seemed she had branched off to the playing group in the distance. Uhm. Idelle? Seemed some sort of fight broke out immediatly, to Verve's perspective everyone against Idelle. Thought she had caused it herself so left her to her devices. Then saw Prita's babysitter run in too. Did he just ditch a newborn to fight a teenage girl? Is everyone insane? Eyebrows raised so far they left her face. Ran over to Prita to check on her, she seemed sad again. Nuzzled the fawn, joined by Herla.

Decided after a bit that Prita was ok with Herla. Went to check on Idelle who still seemed in some sort of brawl. Tried to pull her out, she insisted to go back in. Wat. Got damn pissed off at some point, tried to get inbetween forcefully, causing herself to sort of stumble into the brawl. Oof. Yelled at Idelle this time, called her a brat. Didn't believe a word when she said she didn't start it, or that she had been defending Umay. Walked her back to where Herla was apparantly yelling at Kody.

Has a bloody headache.

Completely exhausted. Had a prior day of running around in the rain with Neela. Her muscles aching and displeased with her. Sat down at a tree, fell asleep. Got brutally poked awake by Muiel. Aah. Sat with them for a while, fell asleep again. Woke by the arrival of two faces she was unfamilair with (Ehretia, Samson). Felt immediatly awkward. What was up with that, why did groups not unsettle her during the rut, but now all she felt was like she didn't fit? Told herself to get over it, and played with the group. Thought they were pretty chill really, especially Ehretia was a gal to her tastes. Sat down in a flower patch, passed out -again-. Poked away by Muiel AND Leto. By now bruised to no tomorrow.

Danced anyway. Joined by some other deer, one paticulary shy apparantly. Group tried to approach them when a skull deer jumped in to attack them. Uh. Watched for a while alongside the rest, until she started to hate the idea of just watching. Jumped in to defend the newcomer, rest joined too. More bruises! Got nacked a few times before the deer seemed to leave. The newcomer seemed to have suddenly changed too, no longer shy. Sigh. Thinks they're to blame too somewhere.

Regardless, play continued for a while until the agressor was suddenly back. Suprised when everyone went to happily greet them. Looking at her pretty blue side, was not able to agree with that. Gave the group a quick goodbye, then went towards her home tree rather quickly. Maybe groups are just not for her.

Joined by her brother later. Somewhat sad to dissapoint him with her anti socialness today. Didn't seem to bother him, and they chatted about travelling. Tried to help Leto the best she could.

She’d come home to a bit of paper on her stash tree, a drawing of herself, an arrow, and a different birch tree.
Fairly clueless on it’s meaning, and finding a tree in a forest didn’t provide much of a hint either, but on her way she went. Only to find a tree covered in candles, a basket of food at it’s roots. All accompanied by the purple hue of the forests twilight, and.. Ephiré? Apparently he was just as surprised to find her. Immediately got nervous. If he had no clue either then, someone set them up? Guh. Had to be her siblings. Apologized to him, was questioned why. Well, uh, only my siblings could pull something like this off. Not because I talked to them about liking you, not at aaall.

Had an awkward standing around moment with the other giant, proposed the kids were just practicing cooking. And wanted to test on the both of them. He agreed, and both sat down to try this first meal.
It was absolutely disgusting. Had a laugh about her using hooves to taste, and him using his entire face. Okay, only his mouth, but still. Was actually fairly amused, until Ephiré jumped up at the smell of burning hair.
His hair, to be exact.
Candles in a forest? Candles near really long haired deer? Bound for trouble. Had only one immediatle response, and that was throwing the icky stew in the poor stags face. Ugh, great going Verve. He was grateful for her putting out the fire at least. Helped him wash it off in the crying idol whilst apologizing profoundly. Felt really bad about it all, but he didn’t seem too fussed. Noticed how terrible his hair looked when all the goop was out. Uuuugh. This entire daaaay. Proposed she could attempt to cut it short, if he’d like. He somehow seemed okay with that, which came as a surprise.

Brought him back to her tree, where she managed a setup with a tarantula and a knife in her mouth to gently start cutting his hair short. Sort of felt awful doing it but, what else was there to do? He sort of looked a but funny with half short hair. Silently pretty happy to just spend quiet time with him, as opposed to a weird forced situation involving decorated trees and whatnot. Her siblings attempts were nice but, she wasn’t sure if they were the way to go.


Had to admit though, Ephiré with short hair was kind of handsome. Was informed though that that was also her winter blanket now cut off. Aw! Shoot! Gonna freeze to death now! Embarassed herself by suggesting he’d need to use the rest of himself as a blanket now. He didn’t take it the wrong way though. Phew. Did not silently hope he would at all. Neup. Pretty upset at her brain at this point.
Also blurted out he was handsome, seemed to embarrass him with that. But got a compliment back, so it evens out. Realized she was actually kind of having a good time, just hanging out and being dorks, as they always did. At the same time, upset she felt unable to confess her feelings to him. It felt as if she was lying, in a way. Well aware that after two years of feeling that way it stops being a crush that’ll eventually fade. Knew she was hopelessly in love but, too terrified to say it. Sort of slowly broke down again with her thoughts, resting her head on his back and apologizing. Again.
Asked why she was. Thought about lying again, she was having nightmares right? That’s why. Or uh, for burning off his hair. Also a good reason. But perhaps it was just time to say it.

Admitted she liked him, and that she hadn’t meant to. That she was afraid it’d ruin their friendship. There, said it. Prepared for the worst. But he apologized back, for the same reason. Was asked not to stop feeling that way.


She had closed her eyes tightly in anticipation of the words. Perhaps there was going to be disappointment. Maybe he just saw her as a little sister, she’d feared that one too. What she got though was not really what she had anticipated. Or, maybe had deeply hoped for. Verve lifted her head from his back to be able to look at him now. Her cheeks were wet, though it didn’t seem like she’d been crying for long. It wouldn’t ruin it? He actually liked her back?

“I, uhm..” Uh. Okay. She hadn’t prepared for that. Hesistantly, she’d bring her head forward, gently bumping her forehead and nose to his as she closed her eyes. “….Promise, then. I admittedly don’t know if I’d have been able to stop anyway…” She whispered back. The doe was tense, still. Perhaps in disbelief at it all. Relief hadn’t really come yet. But this was a start. A change, something new, and also a little scary. She chuckled slightly, moving her head to nuzzle past his cheek, resting her forehead in his neck. “We’re both kind of dumb, aren’t we?”


“Yes,” he replied, a strange mix of emotions in his face. Exasperation, sadness, amusement, joy. “We are.” He closed his eyes, leaned into her touch. “We are,” he repeated, quieter.
He felt calm. This was what they had been slowly, hesitantly working towards for so long now - on the surface it felt like coming home. He knew, though, that the large tangle of dark thoughts in the back of his head would make themselves known soon enough. He should tell her things - the dark things, the ones that made him sorry for her. But not now, not in this precious moment. There would be a time for that later.
“I… promise too.”


Ended the evening on a quiet note, napping away next to each other as usual. But had an oddly calm night of sleep, something she wasn’t used to. Scared, still, and worried perhaps. But some form of relief was undeniably there, after two years of keeping silent and trying to feel different. Whatever would happen, was sort of glad to still have him by her side for it still.

Woke up in a thick mist. Unnerved. Tried to cling to a familair spot, wasn't even sure if she was at the right tree. Momentarily joined by Herla, curled around her. Went to check on Daaé by the twin gods, who was with her mother. Good. Okay. Back to finding the tree. Uh.

Curled up under her blanket. Popped her head out later, wandering back to the twin gods. Found Daaé alone this time. Tried to play with her briefly, but felt unnerved. Kept the fawn company until she decided that crowd was evil. Led the newborn off, got lost immediatly. Clung to the first tree she found, trying to keep Daaé warm.

Woke up later, was joined by Kaya after Daaé had left. Cuddled close to her, freezing still. Was woken up when Trees arrived. Still highly unsure, welcomed her anyway. Rested with the two for a whole.
Noticed Herla and Johan standing nearby, looking for her likely. Got up, greeted them, then had the awkard moment of uh. What now. Herla decided to go to dandelion hill, stood inbetween for a bit. Found this a weird situation. Decided to go with the peacock feathered doe and her brother. Kaya and Trees later followed, which was good.

Trees left, Kaya left, joined by Lucamo who had candles. Later joined by Ravenflight, ended up next to Lucamo when Herla went to sit next to Ravenflight. Appreciated the warmth from his candles, though didn't dare sit close. Nope.

Suddenly noticed some large zombie antlered stag staring at them. With some scared-emoting scrawny thing under him. Bit of a typical sight. Was a bit annoyed with their staring, decided to take measures into her own hooves. Doesn't really trust large unknown males around with such thick mist.
Decided to scare the smaller one off. Then the large one would follow. They seemed to insist on hanging around, got a bit more fierce in her pursuit. Didn't really mean to hit, might've. Evaded the large male's antlers. Realising how fast she really is compaired to the slow brutes of the forest.

Finally chased the smaller deer off, the large one eventually following. But they were still acting scared in a distance, staring. Rolled her eyes. Herla seemed it a better idea to just move, joined her and Lucamo in the birch to rest.
Cold, still.

Still been freezing. Lost the last mantis, only has two large tarantulas to work with still. Trying to keep warm. Watched on from a distance as a group of stags seemed to be fighting, some does getting caught up in the arguing. Did some form of realizing herself. Feeling like some pitiful girl, decided to isolate herself.

Joined by Herla, asked if she was okay. Didn’t let anything out, of course.

Woke up, joined Kaya after some doubting. Found she was sick, tried to keep her warm with her own blanket. Drifted off, woken up harshly by someone yelling. Immediately pissed, was already yelling back before even looking who it was. Sterre? Oops. Should’ve looked first. Obviously distraught the enthusiastic doe, who hadn’t expected Verve to respond so aggressively. Stayed still, but, in the company of the other.

Stayed with the does.

Spend the next day alone, curled under ferns. Seems to be the best way to stay warm.

Woke up, another day of being alone. Wandered, suddenly not feeling like keeping warm. Watching friends from a distance, feeling like she didn’t really belong. Seemed to bump into Sterre, again. Dragged her along on her wandering shortly, before they went to sit down at the tree. Had a talk with her, about the tree, Sterre’s travels, her shell. Apologized for her previous behavior. Sat with the doe, later joined by Herla. Had to smile, really, the small doe always coming to visit her. One of the few, she feels. Watched how Ephiré quickly followed the small doe.
Sat silently. Feeling out of it.

Spend the previous day talking to Herla about the cold, about how she was considering leaving the forest for a while. Wasn't going to survive this winter otherwise. Noticed Herla's sad face about this, offered she could join her perhaps for a day or two. Just to see where Verve went. And it could be a nice holiday, right?
Had a sitting day with Herla, Eph, Ciel and Sterre.

Woke up the next day near her tree. Stayed next to it, suddenly joined by Herla who had dragged the whole family along. Looked confused for a moment, but greeted Ciel and Gehirn pretty quickly. Noticed a new face: Kaikias. Seemed like a happy type of guy. Played around with him, feeling pretty welcome from his open nature. Followed the group in a move to the playground, joined by Isiel. Couldn't help but notice Kaikias' expression towards him. Took her distance, let them play instead. Nothing interesting compaired to a mature, pretty doe of course. Wandered off later when everyone sat down.

Had a drink, washed her face and reapplied her face-paint in a spider-like pattern. Sat near the idol for a while when she was joined by Kaikias and a fawn. Hesistant at first, but decided to frolick along with them anyway. Sat down for a rest, with a big distance between her and the others as usual. Still, feeling pretty alright someone came to play with her.
Kaikias and the fawn left, ended up alone. Went to visit a dozing Ephiré in a sun spot, keeping the giant company.

Woke up after a while, realising Lem had been helping someone else with pelt spells. Ruined that. Woops. Noticed Johan nearby too. Greeted both, awkward introductions, then play happend. Had the most funky dance party with Lem. They kind of suck at synchronized dancing. Oh well.

Woke up alone near her tree. Decided she was done moping. She was an independent, strong doe. Damn right. Decided to work on an on-and-off project. A big project, to her at least.

Snapped out of her concentration by the arrival of Ephiré. Actually kind of suprised to see him approach her, but flattered none the less. Quickly hid her work. For once working on something she'd like to keep secret. Usually pushes her work into everyone's faces after all.
Spoke with the stag, about the weather of course. Seemed he was fairing well, she less so. He asked what she was going to do with the forecast of the temperature dropping further. Suggested getting over her awkward disposition and make use of others their body heat. Shared a laugh with him about this, but got offered to make use of his anyway.
Feared being a bother despite the offer. Got over herself, shuffled over to him to sit close. Smiled as she got a hair blanket from him. Grateful.

Mentioned if the temperature was going to drop further, she would likely have to leave to go back to the savannah. Recieved a sad expression from him as she had from Herla. Damn. All those puppyeyes. Well, told him she had suggested to Herla to join her for a few days. But he'd likely have more problems with the heat. Was told he shed, too. Speed shedding it is then. Oh well, would see about that when the time would actually come. Secretly pretty excited about showing off her 'home'.

Worked, napped, woke up by Kaikias who sat in front of her. Stayed in his company for a few hours, later joined by Kaya as well. Lazy times. Joined by Herla, more lazy times! Ciel joined too, wasn't sure what was going on with him and Kaikias. Giving him a frownface anyway.
Joined by Lohtu, later Prita and Daaé too. Relieved to see them again. Joined by their mother, greeted her.
Was playing with Lohthu when she saw Sho arrived. Slowly. His creeper approach or something. Ignored it for a bit, would take him way too long to get here anyway. Finally creeped out enough. Decided to take matters in her own hooves. Chased the stag around, turned into a game of course. "Sparred" with the stag until they both were tired. Sat down with the group.


10-11-2012

Spend the last two days in the company of Herla, Gehirn, Ephiré and others. Kaikias, Ciel, Lothu for example. Working on projects on-and-off. But actually sleeping a lot, trying to keep warm. Met up with the rest, sitting cuddled into Aurora's fur for warmth. Joined by Herla too. Later on had a move-around, sat inbetween others. Actually keeping relatively warm.
The group lazed, noticed someone sort of spying on them. But they were scared off by another deer. Okay.. Noticed them return later. Got up. They ran. Ran after them! They kept running though. Didn't feel like just.. Running senselessly, for whatever reason, so went back to the group.

Woke up alone next to her tree, temporarily sat on by weird spellspammers, later joined by Kaya. Kept eachother warm, happy to quietly sit next to her friend. Joined later by Herla. Fell asleep for a while, Ephiré had joined in too together with Lohtu. Cuddled with the fawn. Went to sit atop of Ephiré when he fell asleep, being an awkward long legged blanket of sorts. Lohtu in return jumped on her back. Deer-pyramid. Slept soundly, woken up by someone sniffing at their backs. That weird horse from before again. Seemed familair looking to an animal on the savannah, though. Let it be for a while, but got up when they seemed persistant. And her dad was in a coma apparantly. They ran, of course, so gave chase.
Gave up again after a while, went back to the now awake group. Shrugged. The raven-stag went to stalk the weirdo. Herla in the meantime followed Ephire to stalk him. Eh. Weird.
Sat with the group some more. Lohtu had to leave, decided to curl up next to Eph. Slept.

Has been hanging out with Herla a lot. Stalkishly approached by the zebra-doe again, this time cast a mask spell on them. Secretary mask. Hehehe. They seemed rather confused about their sudden loss of vision. Had fun laughing at them, Herla dressing them up entirely. Finally felt a bit bad for the creature bumping into trees all the time, cast the mask off again to give them their vision back. This seemed to suprise them too. Fooled around with them for a bit, but quickly got tired of it.

Had another encounter with them the next day. A bit tired of their butt sniffing fetish, really, it gets old. Not sure what to do with them.

Spend a while at her tree the next day, working on projects on and off. Suddenly joined by Djinn and Nidhem, plus a doe she hadn't seen before (Miyako). Welcomed them, a bit suprised about the sudden amount of company. Noticed another stag approach from behind, though he didn't seem paticulairy interested in the group. Just a bit creepy. The new doe approached him, which seemed to unsettle Djinn. Then from the other side another large stag approached, who atleast greeted her politely. But got quite unnerved now. Excused herself to Djinn, escaped to find Herla.

Stayed with her the rest of the day. Sat on Ramsus' head.


Woke up this morning by her tree. Worked, again, until she was joined by Kaya. Snuggled with the doe, resting for a while. She had to go eventually. Felt oddly lonely after sitting alone for hours. Decided on a stroll, visiting the pond, resting on dandelion hill, eventually ending up in the birch again. Sat at Ephiré's trees for a while, wondering where he was. Drifted off, woke up at hoofbeats approaching. Hi Herla! Stayed with the doe, soon went to look for Lohtu with her. Found him, played with the fawn and doe. Ended up in a flower patch with floaty flowers. All tried to sit on them. Suddenly joined by Sterre. Brief romping around until she left again.
Was too fat to sit on the flowers from there on. Fell asleep, got Lohtu laying on her back for a while.

Woke up alone, strolling off to do more work by her tree. Suddenly noticed Ramsus run at her? Frowned. He cast an antler spell.
Oh it is on.

Went to cast him into a crow. There you go. Later made him a squirrel. Got in some way, magically transformed into Herla. Hid with Ramsus in a tree to suprise her when she came back.

Messed around with the two, turning Ramsus into a semi Herla.

Some drama with has-Isiel-drowned-or-not. Chased away from the pond by her father. Dude. She's old enough to watch corpses float up.

Oh well.

Found Johan alone, seemingly awkward and a bit sad about the Isiel issue. Dragged him off to help her paint her tree! Showed him the paints, how they worked. Showed him how to draw lines and circles, dots and squares. He copied nicely at first. Then he started putting the paint all over himself and plainly rubbing against the tree. Oh lord. Hopes his mother doesn't find out. Though it's hard to miss who's fault that rainbow is.


Woke up the next day, spend most of her morning with Kaya. Napping. Frolicked with two fawns briefly, some spell-wars and whatnot. Ended up alone at her tree in the birch. Noticed Ephiré at his own little turf further away. Still had a creature spell..
Sneaked up to him, cast him into a frog. Had hoped for something more furry. Or a mini-Eph. But no such thing. Ran away as if it wasn't her fault anyway, soon found by her frog-pursuer. Got frog slime over her hooves! Tried to gently nudge him instead of full-out kick him, but off course he suddenly turned into a stag. Found he still smelled like frog, though. Got frog-goo rubbed over her, eew! Jumped to his home and rubbed it on his tree instead. Ha.

Ran off, ran to the crying idol with the raven stag. Had a brief spell-war interrupted with cheaty red pelts.

Found the first forest a bit too chilly, and soon returned with Eph to his home. Slept curled up to his side, still pretty chilly. Not after sitting up in a tree though. Uh.

Realized she was out of materials basically. Gave all her capes away, bone masks were definitly a thing of the past at the moment. Needed to travel, quite clearly. Had the feeling Ephiré was itching as well, and decided to leave the forest with him the moment it started snowing in forest. No use being cold here if you can be cold somewhere else, so joined the moose on a trip to his lands. Not to his home this time, went the other direction so to speak. Didn't really inform anyone. Hopes they can assume she leaves when she pleases. Hopes to find more capes, really.

Yesterday, wandered through the forest, staying at her home tree shortly before moving on. Had learned in previous days there were newborns at her family's home rocks, not suprised as her family hasn't been around it much in past weeks. Arrived at the scene to witness some sort of scuffle going on between two deer, one she knew he father had been helping (Z'ev), but the other was unfamilair at first. Couldn't see at first who was the actual troublemaker, and especially with her knowing one had her vision blurred. Regardless, noticed in seconds it was Z'ev, and helped the other (Rui) chase him off. What the fuck brat, why attack children??

Spoke shortly with Rui, sharing introductions and learned what family he hauled from. Oh, possible oops, perhaps not mention who she is indetail. Though figured they couldn't be bad, helping out kids he seemingly barely knew. Figured it'd be best if she wasn't mentioned to the parents of the kids later though, you never know what enemies she could drag along that way.

Left when it seemed the kids were properly protected, but felt terrible there was no more way she could help. Not a healer or a herbalist, just.. Made dumb stuff to decorate yourself with. Reminded of the uselessness of her work in a way.

Found her brother, father and Lohtu at dandelion hill. Played with Lohtu briefly, had previously tried to evade the kid as she only ends up upsetting him, but perhaps she'd do better if she'd just accept he wasn't fond of other fawns near her. She didn't know those fawns, Lohtu didn't really hurt them, she had to prioritize.

Spoke to her father, explained what happend in the birch. Learned he was aware of the newborns, and that Z'ev possibly had a very negative relation to that family. Regardless, both agreed hurting newborns is the worst possible way to go. She herself because kids can't help it, her father because a parent with a hurt child is an extremely dangerous opponent.
Well aware he knew what he was saying there.

Stayed with Thais as Lohtu left, and her father went to where Z'ev was residing with his sibling and the Ramsiel family.

The next day, wandered again to find one of the newborns alone in their den. Settled nearby, just in case. Figured the cold was going to take a toll on a hurt newborn at some point, thinking of how she could, in how her uselessness, help out anyway.

Woke up with Thais by her side, that seemed to happen more often than the dark doe was used to. Not that she minds, but wonders if the other feels quite alright.

Joined by Ross, who again, looked beat up. What else is new. He seemed nervous, and after a while asked Verve if they could move because a worrying figure was not far off. Glared in the direction of what he seemed worried about. Ugh, really, you're making me leave my workshop?

Fine. Led the two away from the birch, joined by Neela. Thought of joining Isiel at first then realised that was a bad idea with Ross. Went in the direction of dandelion hill, where Greitai was. Also a bad idea! Got pretty grumpy at this point. Or, more grumpy really. Sat down with a giant frown in the ruins. Joined by Ephiré too, who seemed to catch on to her angry face pretty quickly. Commented she didn't enjoy being a babysitter. And that her sister was trying to throw pebbles at a demon or something. Halp. Might've headbutted Eph's flank in frustration. Sorry dude.

Got overran by strangers. Was about to explode when Ephiré decided to lead the bunch away. Fine, you try. Settled in a flower patch. Things seemed calm for a while, minus a few derps. Got groomed by Eph as she complained. Had put her grumpface on him instead. Good, you suffer.

Woke up later to Ross and Neela back with the demon at the ruins. For fuck's sake. Immediatly went between, apologised to the guy and smacked both Neela and Ross. Lectured Ross for trying to be a hero whilst heavily wounded, but turned out he also was just hoping to pester the creature.

.. Are you serious?

Pretty fucking done. Got flowers from her sister later though. Fine you brat, you're forgiven. But we never forget. NEVER.


Today woke up alone. Phew. Noticed a mini deer with two fawns nearby. Wow, they keep getting younger. Another deer seemed to follow them who seemed to not be welcome by the mini. Eh. Decided to keep semi-nearby, until she noticed the fawns had spotted her.
Inner screaming. Nooo.
Got greeted by one of them (Rikkonel). They seemed alright and calm. Okay.

Thought to visit Ross and Pica, but didn't feel that was right. Perhaps a good brother/sister time for now was better. Maybe some other time. Returned to a tree semi-nearby the newborns and their babysitter(s)? Just in case. Never know when you need a giant doe to do some stomping.

Arrived to some weird scene at the pond. A group of huntery-deer at the bank of the pond, seemingly harassing Neath? And Ramsus and Herla at the other side, standing around. Weird. Hadn't they sought there previously, and not found a thing? Waited until the chaos subdued, then went to her stash for an especially smelling thing. A sick rabbit she had caught a few days ago. It had been skinned, thus looking like an odd fleshy mass. The skull in her posession as well of course. But otherwise, she couldn't eat sick meat, so why not save it for Neath? He could, likely, and she still owe him something. Would likely feel like that forever, couldn't have gotten her skulls without his help.
Hopes to be able to stay on his good side, so she can have more skulls in the future.

Lifted the bunny to the pond. Ew. Would need to clean her mouth badly after that. Offered it to Neath, silently. Felt a bit bad for the crocodile, always being poked at. Flushed her mouth after that, before going to Ramsus and Herla.

Was told Ramsus was hurt and needed some herbs. He had gotten bitten? Eh, alright. Went to Herla's stash, bringing back the items she needed. The pair at the idol now. Couldn't help but sort of question it, wondering if Neath had gotten hurt? Perhaps that was why the other predators were poking at the bank. Was met with a lot of hypocrisy. Wait what? How was Herla not concerned about things that tried to eat her? Pretty sure Ramsus is a predator as well. And since when had Neath hunted them on purpose? Pretty sure they were seeing things, Neath cleaned the forest and was actually useful. Tried to tell them that, again met with hostility. Got pretty furious herself now, calling Herla out on her hypocrisy and calling Ramsus dumb. Especially unamused by Herla threatening to 'tell Gehirn'. Not a little child anymore. Seemed that hadn't gone through her head yet. Stormed off; done. Wasn't going to put up with others who thought she was a fawn still. She was an adult, she made her own decisions, and if she wanted to worry about someone that had helped her out in the past she would. Ramsus had never meant a thing to her, but he apparantly got all credit.

Sat next to her stashtree, joined by Kaya as she slept. Crept closer to the doe. Sat with her for a while until she had to go, then was joined by Lem. Again as she slept! Everyone keeps creeping up on her. (Or your player is just afk too much) Sat with the stag, later joined by Herla and Sterre. Always nice to have company. Felt slightly restless though, so went off to wander.

Noticed Daneth in the far distance, went to look what he was up to. He was with does, of course, predictable. Was more interested in the tiny fawns said starry doe had with her though. Doesn't want to be a parent, not anytime soon or perhaps not ever. But who doesn't like tiny fawns. Except Gehirn. Had to go look at them once in a while, before going back to her other company.

Later wandered more, found the group with the babies by the playground. Where Daneth fell asleep. He-he. Perfect peacocking opportunity. Some other doe (Alina) seemed less pleased with Verve coming to join them. Laughed at them. What you going to do punk? You look half dead, go fight someone your age. They stumbled off. Ha. Got inspected by the fawns, one seemingly especially curious about her make-up. Gave them some facepaint later on, they didn't appreciate it. Had a giggle about their fit, baw.
Worked on peacocking Daneth together with Vivian. Hehe. Said goodbye to them when they were done, felt bad about leaving her company too. And why not blame another for it. Hehe.
Met Lem on the way back, romped around with him. That stag has such energy. Really wonders what he eats sometimes.

Woke up in the birch, to snow and night. Immediatly ran, hoping to warm up in some sort of sense. Came across Vala who was playing with a peculair looking deer. The red mini immediatly inviting Verve to join them. Recognised the doe only a bit later; Auriea. They changed into a beautiful deer not long after, wearing a red and black pelt, golden mask and golden curled antlers. Well blimey, show-off. Followed her and Vala, as she slowly gathered a whole bunch of followers. Ended up at the twin gods, where sooner than later a whole bunch of screaming deer appeared. (Jesus chrishtht people, really no reason to moo constantly ;_;...)
Got a make-over by Auriea. Blue. Blue tacky face-paint. Cringed, but kept it on for politeness sake. The doe later sat down and got crowded. Wonders what is up with these deer.

Sat down from a distance to watch, forgetting all about the snow. Soon found by Ephiré, who led her off to shiver under a mushroom instead. Invited next to him, curled up into his side as they chatted about her tacky make-up, to which Ephiré agreed it didn't really look good on her. Auriea could use with some classes in uh, drawing. Err.

Spoke with the stag about various subjects, ended up talking about the cold. A bit worried it'll keep snowing for days, but grateful for the warmth the stag offers.

Herla plopped down inbetween, amused by this. Aware she must be having a hard time too. Watched as she hopped off later. Followed the doe for a bit, worried. The cold weather and the talk with Ephiré about freezing to death had been unnerving her slightly. Found her with a small doe (Tea). Phew. Greeted the two, then went back to the mushroom Eph laid under.

Joined by the two does later, watched as they huddled together. Later on watched some toothy stag come by, apparantly here to pick Tea up. Got up, warned him off. Not too keen on predators near Herla. Didn't really care the child seemed to trust him, will make up her own mind.

Sat back down, they got the hint it seemed. Rested for a while until everyone got up, a doe approached who seemed to know Ephiré. Greeted her(Lemon), seemed alright? Mostly stayed under the shroom.

Later noticed Sterre not far off next to her tree, ran to her. Played with the doe, jumping on the big shroom and stuff. Later, when everyone left, fell asleep under the shroom with Ephiré and comatose Ramsus.


Woke up, found Ephiré with Lohtu on his back. Amused. Stayed with them, when suddenly the snow stopped! Pretty relieved, Eph seemed slightly dissapointed. Chased the fireflies, approached by a very 'serious deer'. Er. Said hi. Bit creeped out, honestly, but they didn't seem violent. Sat down with Eph and Lohtu, serious deer sitting very close next to Eph. Who shoved away a little. Seriousdeer followed. Watched in a musement, pretty relieved when the other stag left though.

Spending most of her days curled around Lohtu, trying to shield him from the snow. Not really aware the fawn is likely not very troubled by it to begin with. Still prioritizes the fawn over her own health, viligantly staying by his side.
Shielded by Ephiré after a paticulairy long day of sitting in the snow. Frozen over. Trying to withold sneezes whenever the stag's about.

Yesterday found herself greeted by Kaya, Lohtu and an umfamilair fawn. Played with them later rested with Lohtu. Found the snow gone.

Woke up today behind Herla, Djinn, Seed and an unfamilair doe playing. Joined them, doing some hopping games with Seed and Djinn and whatnot. A bit confused by the magpie pelted doe, apparantly Herla's new best friend. Okaay. Amused though.

Sat down with the group, glad to rest. Trying not to show that too much, but atleast the exersize helps her warm up. Is afraid to catch a cold, might ask Herla for something to prevent that from happening. Dozed off for a second when she felt a pair of hooves against her side, likely about to sit down next to her. Jumped up like she got bitten by something, almost rushing against a tree to escape. Turned around to see Seed pretty confused about her reaction. Oww. Embarassed, tried to tell him it was okay. Doesn't really understand why she had such a bad response to that. Still likely not as far over her fear as she'd like to be.

Sat down next to Herla, Seed now on the other side of the group. Embarassed, but calming her breath. Looking quite pale.

Calmed down, fell asleep and woke up with just Herla. Seemed Herla was interested in a clutch of picto's, or something, but couldn't really seem to find it. So ended up mostly standing around. Awkwad. Two deer not far off seemed to catch onto them. More awkward. Greeted the male and female (Topsail and Galene) and had a short romp around with them. Mainly with Galene. Herla went to sit off somewhere and so did the stag. Watched several nameless and fawns came by, later Topsail went to get a doe (Laurette). Seemed nice enough. Feels a bit weird in the group but heck, meeting new faces, good!
Awkward moment with Topsail, had to take some distance again. Went to sit with Herla, later Djinn joined too.

Sat for a long time with Herla, but found the first forest a bit too crowded. And it was colder than the birch in her idea. So went there, thought about visiting Ephiré's living room. Found him actually home! Sat with him, Herla, later Lemon too, and Uuo-Raven at one point. Thought she scented Lohtu, feeling like she could do with a stretch she went to look for the fawn. Didn't mean to wake him up, but things happen. Saw a giant bunny and raven in the distance. Yap.

Went back to the poppy patch to run around with Lohtu, noticed a couple of other deer not far off. Greeted Geisha, later Ravus and Aniu too. Rested on a distance with Lohtu, after gaining a pair of bunny antlers. Yehaw. Bunnies and mini fawn resting not far off.
Watched as a stag suddenly came to stomp on them. Stood over them, ignored. Of course. Tried to smack them off a few times, spat at them. Childish. That she had to tell Lohtu not to stomp on them was one thing, but an adult stag? Gosh. Mature.

Seemed Reed didn't like it much either. Relieved when the two bunnies sneezed back to their original forms, later left with Lohtu to go back to Herla and Ephiré. Joined by an unknown doe (Emily). Rested with the group.

Finally found Johan, after he ran off the day before. Was somewhat offended.. But wouldn’t linger on it. Got him to speak to her a bit, talked about his troubles. Explained him some things as well, things she thought could play a role in all this. But could of course ultimately not make the choice for him. Concluded they really needed to talk, and uh, listen to each other.

Went to wander a bit later, leaving Jo alone with his thoughts. Had come onto a few touchy subjects for her too with the buck, felt rather down but wouldn’t want to let him notice. Wandered, noticing everyone was sitting next to someone else. Pft. Finally found Sterre alone, or so she thought. Was met with some awkward expressions when Ciel arrived too. Oh. Felt her mood drop to an absolute zero, left. No questions asked.

Sat by her tree for a while, sobbing silently to herself. Joined by Lem, surprised at that. Saw the small red doe approach first though, but it sort of seemed she was there for Lem, not for Verve. Appreciated the company though, especially in a mood where she felt she was always some sort of last resort for friends.
Had a bit of an awkward moment with the red doe. Was not in the mood for touching, so stepped back when she was nuzzled. Felt bad, tried to apologise. Seemed things just got confusing. Decided to leave in the end, saying goodbye and making a run for it.


Woke up the next day feeling somewhat better. A nights rest always helps. The scary stars were still around, the giant tulips were around too.
Mostly slept around her tree, being snowed in. Brr. Finally went to the oak to warm up, almost killed by a murder-star. Napped there for a bit until it got crowded. Ran out again, back to the tree.
Wandered more after more napping. Saw the stranger who had been in Ephiré’s home for a while had left, so went to scent it up with some cinnamon. Hehe.
Joined by Karhu in the birch. Later Seed too. Glad to see Karhu, glad for her warmth too! Was afraid she was a bit boring for Seed, perhaps. For both really.
Felt better, really. Her bad mood was certainly gone.

Ended up alone, wandered later to the river where she found Johan. Kept him company. Joined by Ciel. Surrounded by boys! Awesome. Can do a wish now.
Watched some drama behind them, later with Ciel and Isiel. Johan left, wondered why.
Stayed there for a while, later wandered off again. Restless in a sense. Found Ephiré and Herla, sat with them.
