Thought it'd be kinda fun to RP these two, so... have a RP post! 8D

A buck tilted his head, antlers bizarrely high upon his head and lengthening his already extreme height. Quietly approaching the lone Allison, he gave a timid smile and bowed his to the lush earth. "Hello, I hope I'm not intruding..?" Sthenelus swallowed warily, keeping his distance from the doe.
Yay for RP post! ;D
~
The doe watched quietly as the buck had approached, her body staying as still as a statue's would be. Her eyes veiwed the stag, his height, feeling a bit intimadated by it. If it were earlier, she would have run away, but she had now gathered some of her thoughts together and felt less frightened.
She looked up to the stag, slowly shaking her head. "N-no.." She spoke quietly, her ears partially pushed forward, curious.
WOO! :'D
_____
The buck managed a small, understanding smile. Though he lacked the sense to interpret body movement, he knew how to speak english, and he knew what a stutter was. She didn't want him close. "I'm sorry if I frighten you, I don't mean to be so tall." He blinked apologetically, a bit of warmth spreading over his ebony face. "What is your name? I didn't quite catch it earlier."
Allison's eyes took an apologetic note. "I'm sorry, I'm just..." she looked away looking for the right word to use, "new.". She finished, feeling bad that she wasn't completely welcoming him. She took in a deep breath, attempting to relax herself.
"My name is Allison." she spoke, her eyes drifting back to the stag. She gave a small nod towards him, "May I ask what is yours?"
He nodded, he didn't blame her in the slightest. He'd been new, once. Actually, he was still an amateur within this forest. "We all are at some time," he assured her quietly. Allison. "Sthenelus. I'm somewhat new myself, or, well... Let's just say I don't know all the mysteries of this place just yet." With a smile, the buck relaxed himself. "Where do you come from, Allison? If I may be so bold."
The doe's tail gave a flick. "I've never heard of the name Sthenelus, but I like it." she spoke, a small smile on her face.
She gave a flinch as he asked her of her past. She gave a slight shake of her head, "My past..." her voice trailed off, her eyes on the ground. "It's not well." She didn't feel comfortable discussing it do quickly with one, she would tell him more after she felt more comfortable with him.
She let out a sigh and twitched her ears forward, lookin back to the stag. "What about yourself?"
Sthenelus couldn't help but be a little put out. Nonetheless, it made the doe all the more intriguing. His face crinkled as she mirrored his question, and he focused his attention on her twitting ears. "I was reborn into the forest," he answered slowly. "I don't remember much, other than that I wasn't normal back then." He shrugged, as if it didn't matter. In fact, it bothered him a great deal. What if he'd been a horrible person in his past life? What if he'd been a treacherous, murderous beast? With a frown, he did the best thing he could to distract himself. He pried. "What are you so afraid of, Allison?"
Allison nodded quietly as she listened to him. Reborn? That must have been what happened to her as well, then?
She watched the stag quietly and listened attentively until he directed a question at her. Her hair rose slightly on her back and she stood still once more. "I'm afraid that he'll find me." She immideatly looked away. Her breathing quickened just thinking of him, of the things he'd do to her if he found out she had left him.
The stag jumped himself, but not in terror. No, his instictual desire to protect the shivering doe was what stirred him. However, he didn't lurch to her side to brandish his antlers at whatever threat lurked, as he knew only memories chilled her. Though he continued to refrain from looking at her, he spoke quietly. "Well, so long as I'm sitting here you have little to worry about, unless someone bigger comes hopping along," his voice was joking, but he couldn't help but wonder if the humored remark would send her into another spiral of fear.
The doe gave a slight smile. "Thank you." she spoke looking down. She slowly creeped closer, still nervous and wanting to be closer to the stag who was offering protection. "I'm also scared, that this is all just a dream, and soon I'll wake up next to him again." she spoke, still looking at the ground, ear's swiveling as if they were listening for him to come any moment now.
She shook her head slightly, this couldn't be a dream, it was all too real. "I'm just...thankful, that I'm here." she spoke, lifting her eyes from the ground. She watched the stag, hoping there would be a change in subject, her body still slightly shivering.
Sthenelus nodded a quick your welcome, at a loss for words. He heaved a sigh and answered the doe, again, with a quick, sympathetic smile. Only when she approached did he feel the need to continue reassuring her verbally, actions only helped to an extent, afterall. Standing, he slowly offered a tender nose to the doe's forehead, retreating to his original position just as slowly. "Did that feel like a dream?" He inquired, tail flicking curiously.

The doe flinched as she saw him go into touch her, shocked to find he had nly nudged her. She had expected something more violent, atleast that's what she had gotten before from him. She looked at him, confused a bit by her eyes. "Maybe to someone else it wouldn't have, but to me it did."
She looked down, feeling a bit embarassed of herself, that she had never been 'kindly' touched for a long time. Her ears were still flicked forward, though, still so curious.
He felt his eyes widen in surprise, rather shocked that the doe was still caught in her tragic fantasy. But he did not question her. "With time, then." It was a statement, but sounded something like a promise. Smiling, the black stag foraged a flew flowers from the ground, inhaling their intoxicating scent before swallowing the buttery petals. "So, what have you been doing since you came to the forest? I could use some ideal past times." His attempt at casual conversation was obvious, but he wanted to relax the doe - he wanted her to trust him.
She gave a small shrug, she hadn't really been up to anything, really. "I don't know, confused I guess. I felt so lost, going to sleep in one life and randomly waking up in another." she let out a slight chuckle, watching the stag. She gave a smile, "I'm suprised at how well I'm accepted, it's nice."
She let her eyes drift across the Forest, she hadn't even been in it for a day and it already felt like home to her. "This place is already somewhere I could call home."
She let her eyes drift back to the stag, they were no longer full of the fear they held only a few moments ago, his change of subject had worked.
He visibly relaxed, pleased to have retrieved her from that tragic place in her mind. Even if it was temporarily. "It is, isn't it? I remember my first day, which was not long ago, mind you," he laughed comfortably, though a bit too inappropriately. The laugh had been loud, somewhat bizarre, and as if someone had told a hilarious joke. He'd always been awkward. "I met quite a handful of deer, and they were all rather pleasant." He glanced around the forest lovingly. "Mmm, couldn't agree more. In fact, I dread spending more time here. Who knows what deer might come along to ruin the peace," he shook his head sadly. "Tragic how there's always one treacherous being, the one who feels harmony isn't good enough." A dreamy look glazed his eyes, one slightly alight with dread.
"Hm." Allison, hummed, thinking about his concept. "Perhaps that will happen, but everything perfect does have its flaw." she spoke, slowly, wondering where that had come from within her.
She focused in on a butterfly that fluttered near to them, watching it flap it's wings slowly. "I guess we just enjoy the good things while we have them." she spoke, a small smile on her face. Her tail gave a flick contently, her ears relaxed and only twitching when a random noise would go through the Forest.
She pawed at the ground, looking back up at the stag. "Care to sit?" she questioned, only now realizing that they had been standing this whole time.
He couldn't help but think that her response had summed up his rambling in one elegant, insightful statement. Why couldn't he do that? Stifling a childish sniff, he shifted his eyes upon the butterfly she, too, stared down. "I suppose so, and hope any times of evil are long after us," Sthenelus responded thoughtfully.
Only when she brought it up did he feel the dull, throbbing ache of his long legs. They had been standing for a long period of time, he was shocked he hadn't realized it. "Don't mind if I do." Comfortably folding his knees beneath him, not too far from the doe, he heaved a sigh of relief. "So, this is probably a stupid question, but do you have any family in the forest, Allison?"
Allison walked to his side and sat down beside him, already feeling her legs feeling better from the relief of not having the pressure of her weight on them.
She turned her head to face him, listening to his question, her ear giving a flick. She hadn't thought if there were some of her family in here, she had assumed not. She hadn't come across any familiar scents or faces, or personalities or names. She took in a deep breath, and exhaled it slowly. "I don't think so, and if there are, I haven't met them yet. Biologically speaking to this body, I have no idea." she gave a shrug.
He nodded, it was the same for him. "I may not remember my past, but I'm sure that if I met kin, I'd recognize them..." Sthenelus mused, a slight shrug rolling his muscular shoulders. "Though, I do have an adopted mother - Helena. She's more like a teacher, though," the stag gave an affectionate, somewhat childish smile. No part of him saw anything wrong with a fully grown buck being adopted, as he was far from mentally grown. "It's not the same though, I'm sure."
Alli nodded as she listened to him talk, he was right indeed, there was nothing wrong with being adopted. She stayed quiet for a few moments, enjoying the peace of having another in her company and not have to worry about doing something on accident that would accept the male.
"Sthenelus," she spoke, looking up at the male, "thank you, for making me feel welcome on my first day here." she spoke, her eyes big and thankful.

That's fine! My friend wants to start a plot anyways, so it's all good! ^^

The stag stared at her for a moment before dipping his skull, a pleased air in his motions. "The pleasure is all mine, Allison." Rolling onto his side, a little to quickly, his legs flailed bizarrely where he lay; flailing about in the grass. Moving his burly form to and fro within the flowers, he nudged a stay daisy toward the doe. "There! Now whenever I'm not nearby, you can feel safe. Though...flowers aren't very protective."
Allison let out a giggle at the male wiggled in the grass, kicking up stray blades. She looked down at the flower, her eyes squinting. She nudged the flower, picking it up gently. She set it down on her back unable to be able to set it behind her ear.
"Mm, I feel protected already." she she said, letting out a chuckle. "Care to help me?" she questioned, looking at the flower nudging her ear, asking him to help her put the flower behind her ear.
Sthenelus cocked his head, obviously puzzled as to how he was to do this. Nevertheless, he scrambled to all fours and -- clumsily, due to his abnormal height -- managed to grip the flower in his jaws. Managing to wrestle it into place behind her ear, he was completely tensed. It was in his least interest to spook the little doe, and a massive stag looming over her could easily do so. Much slower than he'd stood, he took a step back and settled back to the ground. "There." He gave a contented smile, angling his skull to get a better view of the doe's face. "Lovely! Protective and stylish."
The dow giggled at the stag as he put the flower into place. Her eyes sparkled, she was actually much fonder of this life than her old one.
"Sthenelus," she took a small pause, looking up at the stag, "can I ask you something?" she asked, a tilt of her head. She felt dumb and stupid for asking it, but she was actually curious about it, or even if it did happen.
He looked mildly surprised, but pleased that she'd warmed up to him enough to go so far as ask questions. He nodding permittingly. "Of course, Allison."
The doe gave a slight smile. "Only reason I ask because it seems like an awkward subject to talk about, but do deer get married here?" she asked, her brows furrowed and her ears pushed forward out of curiosity.
He felt his forehead crinkle slightly, brow kneading together in thought. Pursing his lips, he shrugged. "You know, I'm not entirely sure, I haven't been here long myself. But, considering the scent of of pregnant does and the sights of cuddling deer, I'd say the odds are yes." Sthenelus answered, settling his head on the ground. "But you know, there's a first time for everything if not."

Allison nodded, watching Sthenelus lay his head on the ground. "Hm, I suppose there is."
Alli hopped up and trotted up to the stag's side, feeling a bit giddy now that she no longer felt any fear around him. She reared up on her hind legs and playfully pounced on him. She let out a giggle as her two front legs went over his back but her hind legs still on the ground. "Come on Mr. Big Guy, I can take you!" she said, a partial giggle coming out as she did so.
Yeah, so I kinda fell asleep last night without saying bye. :'D

______________
He was just about to respond when he saw the doe leap to all fours, hooves swinging over his resting back. Snorting, Sthenelus cracked a grin. "Oh, is that right? Come on then, little doe. Let's see whatcha got!" Wriggling from beneath her lighter mass, the stag stretched to his full extent. Bucking out his hind legs, he felt his nostrils flaring with elation. He hadn't played in quite some time. Careful of his massive, scarlet antlers, the stag pushed half of his weight into a half-hearted shove, something he hoped would send the smaller doe toppling. But as he'd said, there was a first time for everything.
Baha, it's fine!
~
The doe felt her legs wiggle off the stag as he also jumped up, her hooves hitting the ground with a thud. Her eyes brightened at the stag's participation, her letting out a giggle. She made another playful rear, letting out a small snort.
She felt her body shoved in a direction away from the stag, which caused her to run a few feet to try and re-gain her balance, and then fall to the ground. She jumped back up and whirled around to look at the stag, a mocking face of shock on her. "How dare you, mister!" She spoke, trying to make it sound like she was really angry until the last word came out in a giggle.
She trotted back up to him, her tail flicking wildly in the air. She stopped at his side, rearing back on her hind legs and planting her head into his side, her sad attempt to see if she could push him.
Sthenelus' voice convulsed in a boisterous laughter, his tail cheerfully perked upon his rump as she shouted at him. He'd have been entirely consumed with shame had she not faltered at the end, giggling spiritedly. "You started it!" The buck replied, his voice a bit petulant, like a child pleading to his mother - only there was a playful ring to it.
He couldn't help but allow her 'shove' to displace him, pointedly falling to the ground as she clearly wanted him to. "O-ho, it looks like you are pretty tough. Too bad you don't have any antlers." Grinning mischeviously, the stag clumsily unfolded himself and rose to all fours. Backing to a safe extent, and careful not to ram the pointed ends into the fragile doe, he bowed his head in a mock offer to spar.
Sorry I left so quick in the Forest, my computer freaked out at me so I have to restart it T.T
~
The doe let out a giggle as he fell. Even though he had done it on purpose, she still puffed out her chest, a grin on her face.
She watched as the stag got into place, as of he wanted to spar. She let her hooves stomp on the ground, making tapping noises. "It is too bad because then I could kick your butt!" Another grin on her face as she held in a laugh, making it come out in a muffled chuckle. She put one hoof into the air, kicking it in his direction. "Don't deny it!" she said with a mock threat.
It's fine. Computers and the Forest viewer really don't get along >u> You minimize and, POOF. You crash.
Sucks. :c
_____________
He laughed along with her, looking from beneath the shadows of her antlers as she outright laughed. Raising his head, he cocked it to the side. "Oh, puh-lease. You're all talk!" Grinning, the stag stepped out of the way of the incoming hoof - even though it a rather great distance from him - and playfully launched himself toward the doe, arching his neck so his antlers didn't jab into her. "I will happily deny it," he grunted. "Because, Allison, we both know that you'd be finished as soon as I sat on you!"
Maybe someday we can all get along, but untill that day, I'm going to throw my computer out of the window ;D
~
Alli only slightly budged as she saw him run at her, she playfully partially standing on her hind legs to kick out her front ones. She set her hoof on his lower neck, so she could balance herself as she could get as close to his face as possibly. "Wanna make a bet on that?" she asked playfully before hopping down to all fours once more.
She gave him puppy dog eyes, "but you coudln't sit on this face, now could you?" she asked, a cock of her head.
Ahaha, I might join you with that! LOL
_____________
Sthenelus smirked, a snort causing his nostrils to flare playfully. "I'd bet everything I own - which is nothing, mind you," he felt her hooves fall over the base of his nape, and he shook his head as she lowered them back to the ground. Turning his eyes to meet her own, wide, pleading orbs - he laughed. "No, but I could lay on it!" Chuckling loudly, the stag shifted himself to drape his own legs over her back, careful to take the majority of his weight onto his hindlegs.
AHHHHH NOOO I FREAKEN MINIMIZED IT!!!! D8 /ded
~
"Hey!" Allison yelled at him, as he put one of his legs on top of her. She flicked her tail up and down, quickly, and looked up at the stag with a fake annoyance. She raised her head and gave a small rear, nipping at his neck playfully & gently.
Suprisingly, she wasn't frightened that the stag would actually do it, going from being totally terrified from him earlier. She was very glad he had seeked her out to talk to her, he was now the only deer she really liked in the Forest.
DD: I HATE when that happens! :C
___________
Sthenelus was pleased in the turn of events. From terror to surging through flowers like two lost fawns. It was either a dream or he was absurdly charismatic. Rolling his legs from her back as she reared up, he let a tinkling laugh erupt from his jaws. Innocently turning his head to the side, he smiled teasingly. "Hello to you, too!"
I know right!! D: My computer is officially out the window~
~
The doe turned her butt to him and flicked her tail dismissively, and jokingly, and walked a few feet forward until callapsing on the ground and rolling over.
She stretched her hooves into the air and a light smile came across her face. "blah blah blah." she said, randomly. "That's what I hear when you speak." she smiled bigger at her lame joke, something she had used to say when she was much younger to her little brother.
She puffed a sigh from herself, beginning to relax once more. She looked towards the stag to see if he'd join her on the ground.
So does that mean you're outside now? O:
_____
He sneered at her in a taunting manner as she mocked him, a smile twisting her lips. "So I could call you anyyy name I wanted to right now?" He inquired, tilting his head playfully as he walked over to join her. Laying at her side, he couldn't help the high from playing that kept his muscles taut and breathing uneven, waiting for her to spring back to all fours and pounce on him.
Chillin' like a villian B)
~
"Hm," she hummed, rolling back over to her side to face the stag, "perhaps, it depends on the name, I guess." she spoke, a slight smile on her face. She scooted closer to the stag, watching him closely a he seemed a bit tense, which only wanted her to mess with him more.
She waited pateintly, though, to see what name he had come up with, then she would do whatever.
I may steal borrow that phrase.
__
He was a complete amateur when it came to body language, but socializing was a completely different story. In the art of speech, he was more of a whizz. Therefore, he knew that saying a few obscenities to a pretty doe would be far down the lines of offensive. Snickering, he rolled his tongue over his teeth. "Let's see here..." Golden eyes flicking to the daisy, nestled and secure behind her ear, he invented a cheesy nickname that he found adorable nonetheless. "How about Flower? Or is that too unoriginal?"
Psh, I stole that from one of my friends so that's fine with me /smacked |D
~
Alli let out a chuckle, almost totally forgetting about the flower tucked behind her ear, thankful it hadn't fallen out during the time of play. She let her ear pivet slightly, feeling it as she flexed her ear muscles.
"Hm, I think it's fine." She said, gazing up at the stag, a smile on her face. She then rolled over towards him, pushing him with her hooves playfully.
____
His eyes brightened joyously, grateful he hadn't lost his 'charismatic' touch. Orbs glittering playfully, he gazed up at the sun - not the brightest idea - until her hooves kneaded into her fur. Sthenelus shot her a grin, eyes narrowing with mock bitterness. "I wouldn't go there if I were you," he threatened, his lips twisting into a broader, elated smile.
The ultimate theft!
~
"Oh, you wouldn't?" she asked, cocking her head, an innocent look on her face. She continued to push on him, her eyes giving a gleam at him. "Now why is that?" she asked, still pushing them into him.

It's fine. Computers and the
Sucks. :c

Maybe someday we can all get
Ahaha, I might join you with
_____________
Sthenelus smirked, a snort causing his nostrils to flare playfully. "I'd bet everything I own - which is nothing, mind you," he felt her hooves fall over the base of his nape, and he shook his head as she lowered them back to the ground. Turning his eyes to meet her own, wide, pleading orbs - he laughed. "No, but I could lay on it!" Chuckling loudly, the stag shifted himself to drape his own legs over her back, careful to take the majority of his weight onto his hindlegs.
AHHHHH NOOO I FREAKEN
D: My

So does that mean you're
Chillin' like a villian

Psh, I stole that from one of
It'll be a double steal then,
~ "Oh,
~
"Oh, you wouldn't?" she asked, cocking her head, an innocent look on her face. She continued to push on him, her eyes giving a gleam at him. "Now why is that?" she asked, still pushing them into him.
