picked up on a familiar scent and followed it, soon discovering that it belonged to Eris. eased up on the sniffing this time and was pleased when the other doe greeted her in a friendly manner. stood around Salem's tree with her for a while, rubbing on it to wear off his scent a little. continued to be pleased when Eris didn't seem to mind.
her eyes soon locked with a buck's (Ciel) who seemed to be staring in their direction. immediately tensed up, watching him suspiciously. began to taunt in warning when he moved a little closer, rubbing on the tree to further her point. looked on in annoyance and also amusement when Ciel went to Salem and consequently made the vampire nervous. confused by Ciel's intentions, but will take no chances.
calmed down when Ciel moved away after a while. the flower patch was soon invaded by does (Herla, Lin and Idelle), which helped calm Emmy even more. was intrigued by Lin and gently scent-marked her, though was soon distracted by the incredibly adorable Idelle. played with the fawn for quite a while, having a blast in general and charmed by the child's energy and endurance. rough-housed a little, but not too much. when both were drained she was beckoned over by Idelle, and joined her in a cuddle pile with the does. feels quite happy and has almost entirely forgotten of Ciel's presence nearby.

"You're welcome, miss. I, uh...thank you," the silver doe replied, her pale cheeks reddening slightly to match her wry smile. Coming from another doe, the compliment was all the more meaningful to her. "Your eyes are beautiful as well. Dangerously so," she continued, her smile broadening slightly. "My name is Emmy, by the way. How about yours?"
Her smile still remained as she laid close to the other doe. the compliment and the blush to the other does features made Vivian give a small chuckle, she found it rather adorable in fact. " You're welcome, and thank you also for the compliment " she took a deep breath and looked to her round belly a moment, a small movement made the does ears fall slightly before the child settled, and her attention returned back to the other. a smile yet again on her face " Emmy, what a lovely name." She commented, her eyes falling half lidded , she seemed to be pondering, as if she were trying to remember her name" My name...Its Vivian. Its a pleasure to know you Emmy." Viv tenderly nuzzled her new friend, taking great care in not harming Emmy with her curled horns.
The silver doe grinned and bowed her head slightly at the other doe's thanks, her gaze following Vivian's to settle on her swollen belly. Her eyes widened slightly with a little grimace when she noticed movement there. "It doesn't hurt, does it?" she asked, her voice coming out a little softer than intended. Although, Vivian's smile was reassuring; she certainly didn't appear to be in pain.
Yet again the silver doe blushed, feeling uncharacteristically sheepish. She couldn't remember the last time she had been complimented so much. "Vivian...that's a very pretty name. I'm happy to have met you," Emmy replied, her eyelids falling shut with a soft sigh at the nuzzle. The simple gesture filled her with a pleasantly warm feeling, and she returned the caress with a broad smile. She then inclined her head after a small pause, indicating to the pregnant doe's belly. "When, uh...when do you think you're due? You really shouldn't be alone, you know."
Vivian shook her head. " Not all the time, but lately it has...At times I do get pain when my little on try's to reach out to company." She sighed heavily and smiled to the doe after being nuzzled back. her tail giving a small swish.
Her smile grew a bit more at the compliment, as her mood had begun to shift . " hehe thank you" She followed the does gaze to her belly. her ears falling back at her words You really shouldn't be alone, you know.
She knew it yet she chose to be, even if she didn't wish to be. She looked a bit troubled in her thoughts. " I'm not sure, the pains are beginning to become a bit more frequent, and my little one is becoming restless while my health is slowly declining..I'm not terribly worried about it, its my child I'm more concerned of..that date, i'm not terribly positive on. but at the rate that this is going it will be soon.." Even if she didn't want it to be , there was no telling when the creature growing inside of her would decide to break free. Back to the last question that was still weighing on her mind, She gave a smile as she thought about it "I'm not really alone now am I?", no she had company now.
The silver doe nodded her head slowly as Vivian spoke, her eyes narrowing at the mention of pain. She had very little knowledge of pregnancy, even feared it, though she couldn't help but be fascinated by it at the same time. Even so, the little one seemed to be more social than she was, and she smiled bemusedly at the thought.
Noticing the other doe's troubled expression, her smile melted into a soft frown, and her ears tipped forward as she listened intently. "I don't know much about it, but I guess when they start to become more active that means the time is near. You need to make sure you'll keep your strength up, and to be around others you trust as much as possible." It was pretty standard advice, but it was all that she could really offer up on the matter. Emmy could feel her concern for the other doe growing, as well as the need to protect her. Warmly she returned the smile, her eyes bearing a noticeable shine. "No, you're not. But before I came to you, you were. So, try to break that little habit or I'll lose some sleep worrying about you," Emmy replied with a chuckle.

Her emotions were like a roller coaster, she couldn't tell if the hormones were getting to her or if this was a genuine ache. she shook those thoughts from her a moment as she focused on enjoying the company, she did not want to dampen the wood with her own
negative thoughts.
" I believe you are correct Emmy" she gave a tired sighed and rested her eyes, before opening them again thinking about her friends and family." hmm.. I suppose, I usually do well by my self" she smiled as she cuddled up to the doe in an affectionate way. that shine in her eyes drew Vivian like a moth to the flame, she seemed captivated by those fiery eyes yet again. again that smile spread across her face at the does words, she really was so caring to a complete stranger " Hmm..Alright I'll break the habit, I don't want you to be losing sleep about me. After all that would be rather unhealthy for you." she nuzzled into the does fur again having found a decent and comfortable spot. "I'm glad that you did end up coming over...Though" she probably would have remained alone the rest of the night before finally going back home. Her long blue hair flowed like trickling water down the other does side as Vivian carefully nestled in there making an effort not to harm a hair on the other does body with those gnarled horns on her head.
As the pregnant doe rested her head upon Emmy's back, another faint blush spread over her cheeks. Quietly she willed it away, as she believed that blushing would show weakness. She certainly didn't want to appear weak to her new friend. Even as the blush faded, however, the warm feeling remained, and she smiled down at Vivian. Close contact like this occurred in few and far between instances for her, and so she savored it whenever she could.
Gingerly the silver doe met Vivian's gaze, once more taken aback by those lilac eyes. One could so easily get lost in them. "Yeah, that's very considerate of you. I'd be more concerned for your sake though, so thanks for making that commitment," the silver doe chuckled with that same soft grin. As the pregnant doe got more comfortable, Emmy shifted her weight to curl around her new companion as best as she could. For a moment she looked down at Vivian silently, though she continued to smile and her eyes retained their shine. Seeing such a beautiful doe curled up against her just made her feel complete all over again. Nothing may come of it, this she realized, but for her it was the companionship that truly mattered.
