Why do you guys purposely try to find anything even remotely similar in my work to something else? Then accuse me of copying/stealing? Its not cool. I've been meaning to say this for a while.

Ya know it really hurts. I hate posting things so freaking much. Its stupid because everyone should feelvwelcome and the attention should be divided equally. You guys deny it but this place is 100% based on how good you are at art. amazing art= immediate popularity. Yep. Its stupid. So many people get looked over.

Seriously, a bundle of you guys need to leave me alone. And this isn't like super recent but you KNOW who you are and just... ugh... im not being a drama starter. Im stating what I've been meaning to say for a long time.

Some of you know what the 'incident' was. What a bundle of crap that made people choose sides. Turned a lot of people on one another. I feel like ever since then im walking on half-rotten eggshells and im carrying weights. Yeah.

:c

^ that.
Deny it as you will TEF but it's true, better artists get more popularity, and you'll deny it, but it's true.

This isn't accurate.

I'll speak for my case since I can't speak for others. I know I'm very good at art and I won't deny it, but it wasn't my art that got me "recognized."

It was from how much I reached out and interacted with other members and had my characters interact with other characters. My art, even now, is only a minor thing and hardly has an impact. At least that's what I think in my case. And I've been here almost two years.

As for people comparing your stuff to others, I think you remember what I said when that one incident happened. (:

Sorry you feel that way. I

Sorry you feel that way. I don't agree with you though, about the art popularity thing. For example, it wasn't art or writing that made people recognize me at first, it was just in forest acting.

G'night.

^ a few people on here are

^ a few people on here are not even On the community site but seem actually "popular" to me. They get "How are you" screenz and plpl wanna know about them just because of their acting inforest. For me, this is the definition of beeing "popular" on here :3

Okayokay, I'm beating a dead

Okayokay, I'm beating a dead horse that's already been established, but yes. Artists get alot of attention. However, I wouldn't say that your skill at drawing is the only factor of becoming 'popular'.

There are writers, screenshot manipulaters, and people who just play the game without a single post on the comm that are relatively well-known.

Although despite this, many people do get over-looked... as sad as that is.

I don't know anything about

I don't know anything about the incident of which you speak, but I do have some general comments.

It has been my experience here and on other communities, that the more you reach out to other people, the more people will reach back to you. So in essence, give and you shall receive. Trying to be interested in OTHER people’s characters, art, writings, and screenshots, and giving support to them, you’ll find you then have that many more people supporting you. Feeling lonely and ignored? Look around and see who might also be feeling that way and reach out to them. See a piece of writing that appears overlooked and has no views or comments? Go comment on it, reach out to that person! Feeling like a lonely fawn in the forest? Are there other lonely fawns that could use your company? It’s a perfect opportunity for you to build a new friendship.

Of course this takes patience and effort. And time. One of the things that I’ve done through the years when I join a new community is to make gifts for people. I’m an artist so I will draw “fan art” of other people’s characters. Of course, who doesn’t like fan art? Or just gifts in general. So what ever your skill is, make it into a gift for others and you will receive kindness in return.

Many of us would like to step into a community and just receive instant “fame.” For what? Our general awesomeness? It doesn’t really work that way though. Friendship is a two way street.
