General
Continuing Wendingo's idea of organizing an Out of Character Day, we would like to invite you to this year's OOC Day. The event will take place on October 14th and is going to be held in Memory of Flyleaf.

Flyleaf, our dear friend and the Good Spirit of the Forest, passed away on July 24th, 2018. The deer that represented him in the Forest was Fly. His request was:

We would like to fulfil his request and throw a big and bright party, with a lot of dancing, games and laughter.

Rules
1. Please do not disturb IC characters or those who have asked to be excluded from the event.
2. To participate in the OOC Day you have to apply to do so and fill out the Google form. If you're unsure of whether someone is participating or not, simply click on their pictogram on the map and look for their entry on the spreadsheet.
3. The general location of this event is going to be the area around the tree with the sunspot (aka Tau's tree) at 459 x 13, the spot Fly enjoyed and visited the most. However, you are free to venture anywhere else in the Forest. Just remember to keep the first rule in mind.
4. Please be courteous and respectful towards others. Don't spam the moo button, spell spam, enact anything obviously inappropriate, or the like. Use common sense.
5. The event will begin at 12:00 AM CT on October 14th and end at 12:00 AM CT on October 15th.

Y'all considered hosting this on a regular basis?
I believe this year's rut showed this is what people's been missing in the day-to-day play.
Laid back interaction, parties, hanging out, reaching out, beyond players' usual IC and OOC circles.
The OOC days would cater to all the above, and let the Rut meet the players' expectations as a competitive spectacle.
People don't have to wait for twice-per-year events to get together, after all.
