8/18/17 - Woke to Dae lingering over him, speaking with her briefly and learning she'd touched bases with Alison this morning. Hesitantly headed over, giving the doe a considerable berth, before overhearing spoken words and finding her company (Cadaver) rising to stare at him, Alison soon to follow. Passively amused by the Dragon's question to the Flower, who in turn simply told him to go away. Lingered for a few moments, eyeing both, but in the end opted to say nothing more. Assumed Ali had already told the other stag of the events, and there was nothing that'd be heard out from him. For that reason, just as disappointed in his ex-mate as she very likely was with him.

With the Black Jade's presence nearby, sighed and turned to briefly catch her gaze before departing altogether.

Wandered the forest, visiting old haunts, and soon settled to overlook the pond in a mounting, dismal mood. Slunk off not long after, curling up in the oak. Hurt by Alison's quick sharing of the events with a stranger, and, moreover, by the clear feeling of being closed off (in part by said stranger) in something he'd wanted just as badly, where his children had disappeared in the past. Aching quietly, rebounding to a passive sort of neutrality otherwise.





8/17/17 - An eventful day. Approached by Alison in the morning, who asked a surprising question that the Red Raven was quick to indulge, although not without a few gentle queries of his own. In the end, agreed to her wish for a child and 'selflessly' wasted no time in granting it, curled up together for the remainder of the day.

Stirred in the evening to Dae's presence within the woods, seeking his partner out and guiltlessly admitting to what'd been done, belatedly seeking her approval and wholly unsurprised when he received something akin to the opposite. Followed her to where Alison rested, less than ironically, at the birthsite of Jareth and Jezabelle.
