January 30th ❧
Has been, for a long time now, enjoying her time with her family in Sauvi's world.

Being in Sauvi's world meant getting used to different fore-legs, but Ame ook to the change rather well. While in the more...humanoid world, the leaf child could often be seen sitting on the rocking horse her grandmother got her and her twin, while also clinging to her penguin plush and sucking on the pink teething ring.

When not playing cowgirl, she was very much interested in the plantlife, which was likely due to her natural affinity. However, the teething ring was hardly ever out of her mouth. She also seems very interested in water, often reaching down to splash, but doesn't seem to cope with any type of submersion without a very high pitched, angry screm.

In other news, shes a pretty happy child, adapting well to the different worlds she's been to, unfazed by the changes she takes within each.

Today came to the forest with her parents and Sauvi. Enjoying her mother and "Aunties" company.

Later on was joined by Khayru and snuggled with their plushie. Was obliged to share her teething ring with the Rhino.

December 18th ❧
After her little adventure with her family in her fathers world (more like Yumi's but she doesn't know that yet), is a little confused about the changing into a faun and back to fawn so #confused but I got my snuggly blankets and plushie so it's good.

Today, experienced rain for the first time. Familiar with darkness, but the rain was new. Didn't...particularly like it. More annoyed than anything that she couldn't go outside (child you can go outside you're just being a butt). Also because she will do this. WHAT IS THIS WET STUFF NO.

Sat in the entrance of the den. While she doesn't like the feel of wetness so much, she certainly enjoyed the sound. Liked watching the drops hitting the soil and rocks, and the grass that bent with the impact. Noticing little things, not understanding them, but very entranced by it all. Curled herself up in her blanket and plush, and cuddled against fox!Dad because this is also something thats normal.

December 7th ❧
Still snug as a bug in the den, comforted by her family and the various gifts. Cuddled up with the raccoon plush. Who knows, maybe she'll come out today!

Yep, came out alright. And quickly scrambled to wedge herself between Dad and the rock he was sleeping against. #suchbrave

Dozed for a while, but roused when Mama did. Got up and imitated her actions (tapping and nodding head). Yep, no idea what this means but ima copy you mom! Felt pretty damn good, because she can do what mom do. #Princess Didn't notice Qaazi and their baby near by, because too intrigued with following Mom and Dad...and they were hopping around (towards Qaazi and Roo mind you) so just gave them a look:

Didn't join in the bouncing because wtf even.

And then met Qaazi and their BABY. OH MY GOD OTHERS LIKE ME BUT I'M HELLA SHY. Did quickly warm up because Qaazi is a tap tapping headshaking ENABLER. Yeah, we saw you tap tapping. #taptapnodyeah

Also during this little nodtap fest, Dad mooed (accident but we canonized it ok). Was scared but intrigued like HTF did you do that and please don't do it again? Just...stared at her dad like he was the weirdest (and best) thing she had ever seen. AND GOT A NOSE BOOP. HOLY MOLY.

Completely forgot/got over her MOO FEAR. #fistbump. But then everyone started bouncing again and was like "WHY U DO DIS!" Put on her big girl pants and did the same thing. No really. Totally.

Also dancing is the SAME THING OK. She don't got rhythm yet. Might never.

Got pushed over by bro shortly after dad's pelt got changed. Was going to cry but forgot because THANKS FOR REMINDING ME OF MY SHORT TERM MEMOR- SQUIRREL. Yep, the memory of a toothpick. Didn't really care either way so just sat there all smiles with her bro and eventually her dad (Mom's player had to go sleep). Happy and content, even after being moved back into the den for the night.

December 6th ❧
Still hasn't gotten the guts to poke her head out of the den yet. Did however, receive a couple of gifts from her grandmother Yumi. Immediately took to the raccoon plush, gumming the ears and nose all the while being turned into a baby burrito via dad. All interest of the outside world gone (for now), while she dozed with her head on her new plush and warm within the beautiful blanket.

December 5th ❧
Born the second of two fawns at 2:30PM to Celeste and Hirouji. Mostly just sleeping, soaking in the sunrays (thanks to her fathers contraptions), and quickly growing a mop of foliage on her head, tail, and hind legs.

The majority of her first day was spent nursing or sleeping, and catching glimpses of those who had come to see her and her brother. In the end though, settled down for a long night curled up with her family.
