✿ Well developed at birth like a typical fawn, a lot of leg and a small body.
✿ Somewhat feline in appearance with noticeable traits such as her tail, whiskers and stripes all inherited from her tiger mother.
✿ Her long ears and whiskers act much like solar panels. Small ‘sensors’ will absorb energy from the light and possibly other life forms around her.
✿ The ridge of her back is covered in longer fur.
✿ Shiny soft scales cover her back that shimmer in the light, inherited from her alien mother.
✿ Has various 'diamonds' on her head and shoulders. Much like Kio, these are exposed parts of her skeletal form, like an exoskeleton, these are extremely hard versions of the scales on her back.
✿ Her pupil isn't black like most animals. Xiao’s pupils are a lighter shade of colour to her iris. Her eyes may sparkle and give the impression of literal ‘stars in hers eyes’.
✿ Though her teeth are predominantly cervine, she carries a set of small cat-like canines.
✿ Her cheeks are extra fluffy, much like a tigers face.

✿ Very cat-like in nature in terms of her behaviour and how she presents herself. Very eager to show affection and rub against everyone and everything she can. Shows signs of hunting instincts via play, though she still lacks the skills to hunt any living prey.
✿ Made it clear at birth that she carries a decent set of vocal cords. Isn't one for staying quiet and will happily move around whilst chirping/meowing to herself.
✿ 'If it moves, its a target'. Tails, ears and shiny/glowy things, Xiao is easily pleased whether its pouncing on others or chasing their tails, everything is a potential game. Likely either really cute, or really annoying to those that deal with it on a daily basis.
✿ Curious but has yet to gain the confidence to leave the den area or parents/siblings. Hesitates when following her mothers if they haven't made it clear she can follow. Tries to turn it into a game of moving closer only when her mothers aren't looking.
✿ Beginning to show signs of sass as her confidence grows, mostly aimed at family or others of similar size to her.
✿ Wary to some extent of those she doesn't know, mainly those that tower over her in size.
✿ Hatched 29/08/15 along with her siblings Dia and Amadeus who were born hours later.
✿ 30/08/15, her litter sibling Kshanti hatches.
✿ 31/08/15, Given a cat plushie from Nikhil and Shardul.
✿ 07/11/15, Experienced a degree of unease and wariness, triggered by her tiger mother Shahla, due to the presence of Walter. Doesn't understand the reasons, but reacts to a 'threat' when her parents do.
✿ 16/11/15, Doesn't like 'change' within the family. Becoming somewhat aware that the huge world around her can alter daily routines and force her out of her comfort zone.
✿ 21/11/15, Given an enchanted orchid in the shape of a mouse by Circe.
✿ 25/12/15, Received Christmas gifts from her older siblings. A circlet of gold beads in the shape of flowers with pearl centers, an ornamental piece at the center of the necklace, with a tear drop pearl dangling down from the bottom of the ornament. As well as a small white bear coat, all from Tsa. From Nik and Shard she received a snow leopard plush, a mouse toy with a father tail, a soft triangle-shaped toy with tassels at the end of each point, a necklace with a tiger claw at its center, a story book to share with everyone, and finally a candy cane that was most likely devoured upon finding it. (I hope I got everything sob).
✿ 04/03/16, Given a Wyvern Plush by Sonali.
✿ During March 2016, learned that even the strongest fall, as her older sibling, Nikhil, and her mother succumbed to serious injuries in some form (Nik being poisoned, and Sha being mauled in a violent attack). Fears the loss of family members, though has yet to see death befall a loved one.
Parents✿ Kio. Flower Mother. Imprinted. Views the alien with equal immense respect and adoration as Shahla. Cannot favour one over the other, as both are of the highest importance in the Jade’s life. Overly affectionate towards, seeking attention and praise on a regular basis. Perhaps a little less rough when it comes to play, if not simply because her alien mother isn’t as much of a bitch so easy to rile up and ‘anger’ (it’s fun to annoy parents okay). Appears to be a more calming presence, and although the Jade is awestruck when Shahla becomes angered, Kio’s presence somehow helps to balance out the mood, like Ying & Yang, which ultimately creates the perfect sense of security between both parents. Loves Dearly.
✿ Shahla. Striped Mother. Imprinted. Views the tigress with immense respect and adoration. Wishes to always do ‘right’ in the eyes of the tigress, though can’t help but rile her mother up from time to time via rough housing, along with her other siblings. Extremely affectionate towards, often demanding attention from to seek acceptance and reassurance that she is loved, and is indeed doing what is ‘right’. A role model, wishes to be as fearsome and awe striking when she’s older. Loved dearly.
Siblings✿ Dia. Sister. Imprinted. Though she is the smallest of the litter, the Jade often finds herself following Dia around, as she seems much more confident than the Jade when it comes to adventures. Only really takes note of the size difference when it comes to giving affection, since it’s a lot easier to smother Dia than it is to smother her other siblings and parents. Loved dearly.
✿ Amadeus. Brother. Imprinted. The only male in the litter, but doesn’t think much of it. Likely spars with him the most as they both share a similar level of playfulness. Seems to be influenced by her brother and she often ends up mimicking him when it comes to tormenting parents or decorating siblings in flowers. Loved dearly.
✿ Kshanti. Sister. Imprinted. The last to be born in the litter, and perhaps a little bit protective over as a result, though she tries not to show it. Loves Dearly.
Half Siblings✿ Circe. Sister. Imprinted. Recognises as an older sibling and thus has a level of respect for. A babysitter at times as well as a canvas for the Jade’s artistic skills. Loves dearly.
✿ Tsabhi. Sister. Imprinted. Recognises as an older sibling and thus feels comfortable with seeking affection from whenever the feline is spotted near the den. Likely isn’t aware of any ‘unease’ she may bring (because of issues with Nik? Idk for sure tho ;;), and so loves dearly.
✿ Nikhil. Brother. Imprinted. Likely seen as the standard respected and strong older brother that will protect everyone. Has a great deal of respect for because of this, and often feels very safe whenever he is nearby. Though she doesn’t strive to be like him when she’s older, she still harbours a sense of adoration and awe towards the Ember tiger. Is also highly fascinated by his glowing tines. Loves dearly.
✿ Shardul. Brother. Imprinted? May not be as ‘constant’ as Nikhil despite the two often being seen together. Perhaps feels more distance with the male, though this certainly doesn’t hinder her views about him. Respects and loves dearly.
✿ Sonali. Recently learned that she is related, that she is a ‘sister’ too. Doesn’t know how to feel about this piece of information, particularly since the doe seems so reluctant to get close to the family. Is not imprinted, and so doesn’t feel much connection with the doe, and as a result, is relying heavily on other members of the family and how they feel about the female, to determine whether or not she is good or bad.
✿ Jyoti. Recently learned that he is related, that he is a ‘brother’ like Deus, Nik and Shard. Doesn’t know how to feel about this piece of information, since the tigress has been hostile towards him, which in the Jade’s eyes, means that the male is bad. Has been warned about him, to be careful around him. Likely going to rely heavily on other family members, in particular her striped mother, to determine whether or not he is good or bad.
