Ooh, loving the CSS Kama <3 Can I ask how you changed the 'add new comment'?
I'd be happy to throw something at her. Pick a character of mine! I can't think of anyone in particular.
Sure! Just put ".node .links{display:none}" in the codes, then create a normal link at the end of the bio using this link: "http://endlessforest.org/community/comment/reply/101181#comment-form" with "101181" replaced by the node number of your post.
Also, hum. I do not know either. Why not Aurus? (I wanted to try with Yi but hum...maybe another time. ^-^)
The rabbit approached the Pond, careful to keep his paws on the edge. He had slipped and fallen the first day he'd arrived in the Forest, soaking his paws and dewlap. It was unpleasant but far better than muddy water - the Pond was beautifully clear, so he didn't mind too much. Aurus lapped up some water and moved away slightly, turning to a willow tree.
The willow hung with branches like curtains, its leaves almost touching the ground. Aurus saw this tree as an interesting plaything and hopped over to investigate. The branches were tantalisingly close; the small rabbit could just reach if he stretched up onto his back legs. Aurus grabbed a branch and pulled, hard. Snap! The twig broke free with a tiny crack and the rabbit silently cheered. He chewed it, stripping the twig of its tasty bark. Rather pleased with himself, Aurus stretched up for another twig to chew on, but froze.
Shikatori yawned, waking up from a nap at the Playground. She got up and stretched out, then looked around. Nobody on sight? Too bad. The deer-bird wanted to have fun with someone but it turned out it would not be for now. One of her bird friends appeared flying towards her and stopped before her. They sung a sweet familiar melody to her. Yamiki responded by another melody and they sung together. The bird flew away at the end after goodbyes and the cream-colored deer-bird trotted fast towards the Pond to quench her thirst.
Arriving nearby, she trotted slower and stopped on the edge before bending and drinking until she noticed a small creature under a willow tree. Out of curiosity, she tilted her head and slowly came closer. "Oh, hello, little one!" She exclaimed when she discovered it was a rabbit.
With a start, the rabbit heard a lilting melody from afar. It was unlike the usual birds he heard - it had a certain quality that only came from more intelligent creatures. Aurus lifted his head a little more and smelled a strange scent. It smelled sweet and fresh, but also... bird-like.
Aurus watched anxiously as the creature neared the Pond. He knew the Forest was strange, but this beast was the strangest he had seen. A large bird with a bright and vibrant feathered crest cantered towards the water, taking a drink at its edge. It had a thick, tapering tail tipped with leaves, but perhaps the strangest thing about it was its legs. Aurus inspected them from a distance - they were unmistakeably cervine.
The creature had spotted him. The rabbit ducked into a small hollow when it spoke, slightly alarmed by its enthusiasm. He had seen deer, dogs, and many a bird before, but nothing like this at all.
"Oh, I...I'm sorry...I..., Shikatori stuttered when she realized she might have scared the poor little creature, lowering her feathered crown. I didn't want to scare you..." Some of her bird sounds eventually interfered with her voice. She approached the hollow where the bunny was and sweetly rubbed her beak on its back to show it she did not want to harm it.
"What's your name, little bunny?" She asked softly. She did not want to hurt the little creature, who could harm such a cute little thing anyway?

Oh dear, Aurus is very flighty. I apologise xD

The strange creature seemed to retreat a little, flattening the crest atop their skull. Aurus stared in horror at the beast, fur bristling. He hadn't noticed before, but it had... a beak. A bird creature with a beak, hooves, and a tail tipped with delicious-smelling leaves. What was he to do with it?
Aurus could see above him. He could see the creature trying to touch him, and he did not like that. That was what birds did when they wanted to eat rabbits, Aurus was sure. So, Aurus did what he knew best. The rabbit jumped, twisted in mid-air like a cat and gave a forceful kick to the bird-monster's face. He used it as a springboard of sorts to pivot and run away, bounding into a small burrow he had dug closer to the Pond and lying there, little heart pounding.
Shikatori stared at the rabbit, trying to understand what just happened. She had been shaked by the face-kick she had just received. She could not understand. Why? What had she done? She just wanted to calm down the little creature but got rejected. She meant no harm. She just wanted to play and to make a friend.
Shocked, the female stepped back and moved under the big willow tree, and sat down, looking at her reflection on the surface of the water. Was she a monster? She started to cry and her tears fell down into the Pond.
The rabbit hid. He shuddered. His heart pounded.
This was not right.
There was a monster outside the burrow, and he did not like it. It had the body of a deer, he was sure, but the face was nothing like he'd ever seen. He'd seen people-faces on deer, deer-faces on deer, even the odd dog-face, though he would never approach that sort. It was both a bird and a deer simultaneously. That was not right.
But, Aurus decided to be brave. He decided to approach the creature. After all, it was not a predator, as far as he could see. It had scared him into flight, but he would not let it scare him again. The small rabbit exited the burrow and reared onto his back legs, scanning the area. He could see it. It was making small, sad noises and its eyes looked sore. Was it hurt?
Shikatori laid down and lowered her head between her two legs, closing her eyes as she was still weeping with her tail around her, the leaf-like petals of her flower touching her cheek. The winged creature tried to calm down, but it was the first time such thing happened to her.
She remained like this for some minutes, she then lifted her head and as she opened her eyes, she spotted the little rabbit out of its hiding spot. She felt she wanted to try again. Yet the deer-bird knew it was no use. The small critter would flee, again. Shikatori lowered back her head and moved a bit on the side, back turned to the rabbit, and kept crying.
