Try using the map if it's working.
If it's not, you can try building the pictogram of the player you want to find.
If that's not an option for some reason (I know not everyone can open .psd files and I haven't got both .gif versions up yet), posting a blog with a clear screenshot of the deer's pictogram and the title "Who is this?" is also usually effective.
In the top of the menu at your left, you'll see "Home," "About TEFc," "Recent Posts," "Map," and a couple options after that. Click "Map" and it will take you to a (usually) real-time map of the users in the Forest; you can see where they are in the game by their pictograms' locations. Find the pictogram you want on the map and click on it. You will be redirected to that person's user page.
