For the antlers, I mean the white ones that like, Moss has.
and for the pelt, on my first day, I played around with a deer that had a black pelt with little white dots on it.

Hnnnng. It's not...

The antlers that Moss has are the white default antlers for the koi pelt. They are the normal antlers that the default appearance has, though they are varied among the different pelts. The orca pelt gives white antlers too.

As for the black pelt with white spots...was the deer that had it a fawn too?

Maybe you want the day of the dead pelt ,called Dodt pelt .
It looks like a skeleton pelt .
Only players with an older version of the game can cast it on you .

I ask because there are fawn only pelts.

The only right off hand pelt I can think of is the magpie pelt...that's the only one that has a black hue to it, and a white patterning with some spots. Other than the magpie pelt there's the: orca pelt, swan pelt and space beluga, those are black and white.

I think I found it after screwing around with a sleeping fawn or two. Then got caught right after I was pasting the screenshot to paint.

Someone else mentioned a pelt similar to this, but I can't find the thread at the moment -- hence why I screwed around in-game.
Funnily enough, it looks similar to your avatar, so I'm guessing it might be it?

If this is the pelt you're looking for, this is a fawn-only pelt. It's basically the "fawn version" of the light grey pelt on adult deer. I can't think of anything else that matches your description.
