This spell is random and consists of several creatures: frog, dove, crow, rabbit, bat, squirrel, and mini deer. Once you get the creature you want, then you must resize it, which you can find out how to do in the tefc directory.

Yes, but if you are saving and reloading, you will not always be a giant crow, as you have to go through the resizing process each time you load your animal spell.
