Hi Nameless.

Once, within the forest, two deers were standing next to eachother. They couldn't talk, they are deer. But they are deer, so they could use body language.
"Hello nameless!" Said one stag, dancing as they bowed.
"Hello *." Replied the nameless, a glum look on his face.
"Why are you so sad? Maybe you should find a name for yourself and I can cast on you the finest antlers anyone has ever seen!"
"No thank you *." Sighed the nameless.
"You do not want a name?"
"Correct."
"But why?"
"I will die, *."
"Die?" Cried the grey-pelted stag. "How can you die if you get a name? This forest is endless, you see! You can't die in an endless forest! Why would you say that, nameless?"
"Everyone I see that dies here has a name."
"Oh."

They began to walk together.

"But don't you want to dress up in the magical pelts that the Gods have given us?" Asked the named stag.
"I would love to." Sighed the nameless. "But I would also become a fawn, and no named deer wants to be a fawn anymore."
"That's silly! Why would you say that?" Questioned *.
"Because named deer want to grow up too fast and wear their magic permanently, not knowing how to be patient. I would be the only fawn. And nobody pays attention to fawns."
"Oh."

The two deer reached the pond.

The named deer bellowed before taking a sip from the water. "You are so negative! Don't you want to play games instead?"
"Of course."
"Then will you play a game with me?" Asked the named one.
"No thank you. I'd rather stay to my personality and sit beside the pond instead."
"What? You are a nameless! You don't have a name, so how can you have an identity?"
"I was kidding, silly."
"Oh."

Both of the stags looked into the deeper part of the pond.

"But...would you play a game with me?" Asked the nameless.
"Sure, I love games!" Laughed the named one.
"Will you toss your identity in the pond and dance as a frog with me?"
"What?"
"Your name, your forest magic. Just for a moment, to have a dance?"
"I c-c-can't do that." Cried the named one.
"But, why is that?" Asked the nameless.
"I'll lose my beautiful pelt!"
"But, can't you always just get it back by asking someone to help you?"
"It would be too much work." Sighed the named one.
"Oh."

And so the two deer parted ways.

Your a really good writer, I love how you pointed out some of the easy things that deer in the forest overlook. We care to much about our deer's personalitys to just fling it away and have some fun.

I agree with Ephra. If we do

I agree with Ephra. If we do take action, I wonder how, or if, the forest will change. Does everyone remember when we were all nameless that one time? I'd love to do that again. I had so much fun :]

When I got my new computer

When I got my new computer and hadn't gotten Queze his set back yet, I played for about a month as a nameless. I actually enjoyed just getting to sit quietly, ignored by the rest of the players. It gave me time to explore the little places in TEF I'd been too 'busy' running off to meet with Queze's friends to see. I'd recommend a 'nameless retreat' to anyone feeling annoyed or fed up with inter-player drama. It did me a world of good! Smiling

Density - I think the forest

Density - I think the forest would change for the better if we took action. But will we? I dunno. Sticking out tongue People see things like this and say, what a good message, and then continue doing what they were doing before.
But anyway, playing as a nameless deer is surprisingly fun! And hanging out with them is fun too, they're so quirky sometimes Laughing out loud

Especially when you know all

Especially when you know all the tricks like button mashing, flying, walking/dancing on the water, etc. It confuses everyone else!
