Bealo's soul will remain in the forest as a solid object after his body fades. His pictogram, made of yellow tourmaline, is under the protection of the little bird who took care of him during his illness. If no new soul sprouts from the gem, it will return to the stars. Time will tell us which will occur.
I only watched part of the making of this, but this is beautiful. Absolutely stunning. It's amazing to see all the little art bits I watched come together into... this.
