Though if your computer is currently affected, something you can do to stop a program from running at startup is to immediately open up 'Windows Task Manager' and search for the unknown program in 'processes', then click on 'end process'. But a lot of trojans and worms are hidden in files, and so you can't to that for them, and you might not use Windows ><
