healing rate - 1 bar every 2 days on average. Less if exercising a lot and more if sunbasking.
details - Thick, tough hide can be difficult to penetrate unless a lot of force is involved. Vulnerable when rearing up for a strike with his claw, as his stomach is exposed. Powerful hindquarters and a strong kick, but has a hard time noticing anything behind him because he lacks much of a tail to feel air disturbances. About a #17 on this chart, more prominent shoulders and deeper barrel-chest. Twisted and gnarled antlers as well as an extremely long claw on his left leg that can cause severe burns and literally boil the flesh. This can be fatal on its own or by secondhand infection; the power of this attack varies by how much sun he has. Tends to tackle adversaries when possible, usually just to pin them into submission or to claw them in long cuts. Can run well and for a long time, but wears himself out quickly when actually fighting because he attacks wildly and indiscriminately, practically flailing. Also a good ambush attacker, can hide in very unlikely places. He has a weakness to water; it burns him.
