fawn glitched

I have a little problem.

I made this account today but when I log in my fawn turns into a frog, when the frog vanishes I'm left with the same antlers and mask they also vanish shortly after.
I also can't save my fawn as I get "failed to saved data" message.
I don't know what to do, I installed the newest version and tried running it as an administrator.

Has anyone some clues?

to be honest, I have never had or seen this kind of glitch before.

it's a glitch which can occur

it's a glitch which can occur during registration. Save the data until your fawn grows into an adult for a cool surprise! Laughing out loud

i've also been dealing with

i've also been dealing with this ^^'. i've tried registering a few different ways to get around it, as the registration glitch was the first thing i heard about, but no luck. used different versions, ran as admin, turned off my firewall, went on a different connection and a different laptop altogether, still no luck. based on what i'm hearing from others with recently made accounts having the same glitch, it seems like most if not all of the newer accounts right now just aren't able to save data. Sad

what is save data? will we not be able to change our appearances when we grow up?

I totally missed the original

I totally missed the original point of this blog saying you're unable to save your spelldata, sorry about that! Apparently this is an issue with recently registered accounts - the main developer of the game is being notified about it soon, so hopefully this glitch can be resolved soon.
