ONE YEAR, LOVELIES~ :D

Hard to believe, eh~? ♥

I was away over the weekend and thus missed my boy Jester's 'birthday', as about a year ago on the 27th of November, I first created him and became a somewhat active member of the TEF comm site. Sooo yanno, also technically my one year anniversary, too, and I decided to do a quick doodle (with a tablet that has no drivers and thus totally enhances my lack of extreme digital art skills asdoifuasdf) of a tubby little Jester with a ridiculously out-of-proportion hind leg to commemorate such a faaabulous occasion :D

Zomgooosh thankies SO MUCH for the wonderful time, you guize! 8D For all the support, funtimes, friendship and general hospitality, plus so very very much more. Both Jester and I have adored our stay here of course, and look muchly forward to many more cracky goodtimes in ze future with you all! Never stop being amazing, commgoers, evaaah~~~ ♥

remove the high nature detail 'love/glow ring' [HOW TO]

I've seen a few people around talking about not liking how high nature detail means you get the big 'love ring', or that glowing circle that happens when you collide with another deer. I'm not sure if this is new to being shared, but by changing one of the file names, you can get rid of the circle without affecting any other aspects of your gameplay~! :D

All you hafta do is go to your Tale of Tales folder (it will be in program files, if you've installed it via the default location setting), then to the 'data' folder, the 'effects' folder, and there you will find a file named 'DeerCollisionEffect.cgr'. Just rename this file-right click and add a 1 or something to the filename or, indeed, just delete the file itself.

Ta da~! No more glowy! :D

[if this isn't new, please let me know-i just figured i'd share this, in case it helped anyone out ♥]
