Well, the good news is:

Sentry is now an adult!

Bad news is:

I dunno what he should wearrr! :C He's a kind, hearty stag that should be a good companion, but a bit rowdy. Any set ideas?

Community's opinion? Well I say use whatever looks good to you. Laughing out loud Maybe see if there's any pelt/mask/antlers you really like, and continue from there perhaps.
