What do you need help with?

What do you need help with? How to post a picture on here?

A drawing tablet is good to have to avoid the strain of using a mouse. It basically acts like a mouse, but you're moving with a "pen" across the pad thing it came with. It's usually set up so that the mouse cursor moves to the same point of the screen as you touch on the pad. So if you touch the top-right corner of the pad, the mouse goes to the top-right corner of the screen.
It takes some getting used to, but a tablet can give you better control than a mouse with practice.

Just adding to what has

Just adding to what has already been said:
A digital tablet is a fantastic tool but having one does not instantly make your art better. If you don't have much skill with traditional work, your skill level with a tablet will be fairly similar.
If you have the money, tablets are great but like any art tool it is practice that dictates skill.
