"Friend's Forever"

I woke up this morning after a restful night. It has been a long time since I have slept this well. I didn't have a nightmare tonight and I am so happy because of that. I think it's because I met Touraga. He is so much fun to be around. I went over to the lake and drank some water then trotted over to the crying stone and changed my pelt. I can't wait until I can keep pelt colors like the Adults... even tho I am less then happy to turn into one. I'm still to afraid to even confront one.

After some time of looking for something to do I found Touraga sleeping near the cemetery. I was so overjoyed that I had to change his pelt. I laughed because I ended up turning him purple hehe. He woke up and looked at me confused then got up quickly and nuzzled me. I was so happy to see him but I couldn't stop laughing. When he finally realized what I did he chased me around. It was so much fun.

We spent the whole entire day just running around and chasing each other. He followed me EVERYWHERE. I like having him around. I feel like an older sister when I'm with him. Except when an Adult comes around. Then it's like the tables turn and he is the older one.

Today he noticed that more of my spots where gone and that I seemed to be a lot taller. I didn't notice it until he told me. I just sighed and nodded. He seemed to be confused. I just changed the subject tho and continued to play with him. After some time playing he got tired and we went over to the cemetery to get some sleep. He seemed to have been having a nightmare tho. Or I think it was a nightmare. I wasn't sure. He was whining a lot. I decided to play a little joke on him and changed his pelt green. When he woke up and saw his pelt he looked at me and made a funny face. I couldn't help but laugh. He then playfully chased me around.

After some time we saw some Adults and they came over and bowed to us. I couldn't even respond. My fears just came to the front and I just trembled hiding behind Touraga. He seemed to try and cheer me up, but the Adult was there and I ended up just running away.

Touraga followed me to the big tree where I was hiding. He laid next to me and asked me why I am so scared of Adults. I told him about how I was orphaned and how I couldn't see myself trusting Adults. After that I started to cry and he just nuzzled me and comforted me. I then had to ask him a question. I said "No matter what, even when I become an Adult, will you be my friend forever?" and he said yes. I was so happy to have a friend like him that I started to cry again. He nuzzled me then got up and started to do a silly dance. After a few minutes of laughing at his dancing I got up and danced with him. It was so much fun. We eventually got so tired that we just fell asleep curled up together.

I'm so happy. I'm glad that I met Touraga. I wish for us to stay friends no matter what.
