Uhg! Dang when I downloaded this game it said you could TRANSFORM into a bunny or raven. How the heck to i do that! + HOW DO I CHANGE MY PELT COLOR! I see a lot of other people in the game with a different pelt...

Ahh ok, so you have yet to register for a picogram? Did you ever go to This page and do any of that? If not, look through the pictograms (those are the white shapes) until you see one you like, then name the account and choose a password.
You'll then use that password and account name when you log into The Forest.

First off you can relax, this isn't anything to get dramatic over.
Why don't you describe for me, step by step, what you did when you try to log into The Forest. That way I can see if anything isn't working, or if you've missed something.

That's alright, I'm almost 100% sure that is, because it's the symbol from the account you're using now.

Anyway, what I need for you to do now, is follow these steps (I'm going to talk you through how to log into the game using the account you are using right now, ok.)

1) Open The Endless Forest game.

2) Give the game a minute or two to load.

3) If your menu (a see-through bar at the bottom of the screen) isn't open, open it, by clicking the little black tap sticking up from the bottom of your screen.

4) Now, your menu is open. In the far left hand side of your menu you will see a circle in a square. This will be either green, orange, or red. Here's what those colors mean;

-Green = everything is good, you are connected and logged into the game.
-Orange = you are connected, but not logged in
-Red = something has gone wrong, the game cannot connect to the server and you are unable to log in.

Follow these three steps and please tell me what color the circle inside the square is for you.

I cannot meet you in-game if you can't log in.
Alright, lets use an easier way. Once you have the game open, press the Esc (escape) button on your keyboard.
Let me know once you've done that.

oh good! Orange is actually a good thing, that means your computer CAN connect to the server.

As for the code you are getting, I'm not sure what that means :C I wish I could help more, but maybe someone else will know how to help you.

Your best bet is to go to the Support Forum which is where bugs and issues are posted. Make a post there, and give it a few days, if the other players can't help you, the people who actually made The Endless Forest visit and answer questions there fairly often.

Sounds like you're playing an older version of the game. Try downloading the TEF 3.31 patch here.

Nobody can see your name they only see the pictogram.They see your name on blogs and nothing else. You have to wait 30 days to grow up into a stag. ya it sucks XD
