Looks fantastic! What program do you use? If you use photoshop you could make it transparent but if you use paint, unfortunately you can't do transparency!
If you draw your antlers on a black layer, no white background layer, and save it as a .PNG file, it will be transparent! Save it as a .PSD file too, that way you can edit it. You can't edit .PNG files.
Actually there is a way to make transparent backgrounds in paint. There was this amazing pixel artist on another game I play who did all this amazing pixel art, and knew all these amazing tricks to paint a lot of people don't know about. I'll see if I can find the tutorial.
