About graphics tablets. I'm going to buy one real soon, but I'd just like to know: What kind of a tablet you use? With a screen or without a screen?

I've got a Wacom now. Quite satisfied right now. But I'm going to post my first graphics tablet art soon! <-D

And it's screenless. '<)

I got one for 999. swedish kr

I got one for 999. swedish kr from Aiptek - no screen... i think. Mine is almost as big as an A4 papper.

Trust's Slimline Widescreen

Trust's Slimline Widescreen Tablet. I have heard that Trust's tablets aren't too great but I think it's quite good at least for a first tablet. I got mine, umh, about 1,5 year or 2 years ago and I have been quite pleased with it [I haven't really tested other tablets, though]. I didn't want to buy any super expensive tablet right away because I wasn't sure how much I'm going to use it.
Of course there's already some scratches on it and the pen's metal...thing has scratched a little light grey area on my pen's surface but that doesn't affect pen's working. If I remember right, my tablet was about 90 €.

Thanks for the reply, you two! Many people said I should have a Wacom, and today, we went to get a tablet with my mother to a computer shop. There were only two tablets, one made by a business I don't know, but other was Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen&Touch. The one was screenless, but pettily small. It was also cheap, but guaranteed it might last for only some months. Well, the Wacom was so expensive, but my mother decided to buy it anyway. I thought we were going to another computer shop instead! Well, and now I have it, sitting besides me. Works well, gray coloured, and I'm working on my tablet for it's first lineart! 8D

Well, I couldn't choose much between the tablets because there were only a few, but I think I'm quite satisfied with the tablet I have now. It's screenless, but I got used to it fast. Also, I have a Trust's mouse. xD
Trust is a nice business, from what I've experienced to today.

Soon, I'll be posting the art! I am used to this tablet already. Smiling

Mine is a Bamboo Pen as well Laughing out loud! It's really small, haha!
I even posted one drawing I made with it.

I have this one for a year now, I'm satisfied! <3 BUT I had a dream... Wacom Cintiq 21ux. Only when I get really rich, hahahahahahaha!

Mine's the size of A4, only the zone of the pen is smaller. I'm already eager to post my art, my lineart's reaaally messy right now, but when the colouring comes, the thing's going to be waaay better! xD
I hope my Bamboo Pen&Touch lasts for a quite a while. I wouldn't want to let go all that money we spent on my late birthday present. I promised my mom she doesn't have to buy something much for me for 10 years. xD Although I'm not very sure the tablet will last 10 years. x)
