Scent: Typical "wild" odor. Hints of something old and foreign.
In-Game: "Real Deer" pelt, candled antlers, Skull mask; May be seen wearing other masks or none at all.

Notes:

  • Always surrounded by pale blue wisps. Candled antlers represent this.
  • The "skull" is a mask. It feels like smooth, carved wood.
  • Playful, jovial, and social. A curious prankster.
  • Quick to jump into games when he has the energy, but only if the other deer seem willing.
  • Possesses seasoned magic, but it seems to be dimmed by the forest.
  • Will fight only in defense. Typically friendly, but may hold a lasting grudge.
  • Though they are often hidden, his eyes are actually red.

new additions:
- comas can be frequent. can hear, smell, feel, and taste. is paralyzed and unable to communicate, however he will sometimes have out of body experiences -- these scare him.
- bigger deer are safer deer. bigger deer are initially seen as protectors and he will gravitate toward them.
- while groups of deer are intimidating, single deer are not.

- average size (but still wears the mini pelt)
- has chosen to go by moon instead of his given name
- has died in the human world due to a drug overdose, is still learning how to cope and often focuses his anger on himself
- does not remember much from the forest. it seems the overdose has rendered most of his memory obsolete and has changed his personality
- has grown more solemn and lethargic
- still highly curious. however, is significantly shier and is likely to only stare at large groups of deer, too terrified that he will a) scare them off b) act too awkward c) or be disliked
- still eats mushrooms and any other hallucinogenics he finds as another coping mechanism, though they no longer have any significant effect on him (it is likely he will react more if under stress)
- prefers sitting in the purple flower patches; the butterflies calm him
- clingy. absorbs personalities from other deer in an attempt to "find" himself and remember what he once was like. it's unlikely he'll ever remember, though
- fawns are decidedly annoying
- despite high memory loss, slightly remembers a deer named poseidon. knows this deer taught him how to growl. uses growling as a threatening technique before fleeing
- blunt. does not understand most idioms

- eardrums are prone to bursting. loud noises, hitting his head, or drug use (such as eating mushrooms) can cause his ears to bleed. hearing is slightly impaired.
