[=10][=#000000]"You might not understand immortality unless you live forever. To some its power, to others its endless, and to few its sadness. It doesn't matter what you may think of it, but cherish life while its still yours though be thankful it ends to see the ones you'd lost," I read aloud to myself as I flipped the cracked and tattered page of the musty brass book. My fingers clenched the thin wooden rims like I had hung onto it for life though its words were all I carried away from it, setting the book down on the bed as I stumbled towards my dark room door. My furry grey ears folded down into my black hair as I set my hand on the golden knob, its handle shaped like a flipped pistol on its side taking the form of my brittle fingers. Unable to resist I hadn't eaten in a few days, opening the door to a smell familiar to what seemed the usual. Who knew my former brother, Rikki Stenion, had probably referenced tacos for tonight's dinner. Shutting the door behind me I stole through the dark hallway, looking at the moon through one of the windows cherishing the moment to admire its white beauty surrounded by stars. I'd have the rest of the world's existence to look at it so it was a mere bother, but even so it was stunning. The sound of clumping hit the stairs when I stumbled down, entering the kitchen I saw Rikki and his mom looking at me like I actually belonged here, each with round green eyes that were glad to see me. I would enjoy this while I still could, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't push the thought away that said," It won't last forever..."
Man I have to say I'm proud of this drawing... :3 took me two days though I still worked really hard to finish it in that amount of time. Something I do when I'm bored that's somewhat constructive?? I don't know...
