Odd TEFc Scroll bar glitch

Does anybody else get this?

The browser I use is Google Chrome, and I've been using it for a few weeks and I've never gotten this before. It started yesterday but it's been an on and off thing. Like right now as I'm typing this, everything is normal. |:

So yeah, I guess I'll make this my art blog. I'll post whatever whether it be a favorite photo or a doodle I want to share.








Still a WIP, but hopefully one more serious effort is all I need to call it complete.

I spent a good bit of time on this. I think it looks better than most of the quick doodles I have done lately. Idk
Anyways explanation. NO Night did not have another baby and I don’t see it happening in the real near future XD.
Long story short I colored both deer black then was too lazy to go back over the fawn with brown, so I played around a little. Bluh anyway
