Hand-sewn plush for Vee's birthday. ♥.
I was thinking what I could do for her birthday, looking around in my room. I thought of making a Virgil-plush, but realised I didn't have the pattern, nor did I know if a clay-face could be held up. Having some problems with my first test subject on that matter..
But when I thought of what other deer she had, I realized I had ALL materials for a Veedeer.
And so she was born. It was a bit scary because I had a completely new pattern, again, and I didn't test it beforehand. Hehe.
BUT on to the pictures. ♥.
Process shot. The only one I have too, fail. You do NOT know how HORRIBLY HARD it was to get those FEATHERS TO STICK. AAAAAAAH. They're not even in this picture yet. Neither is the tail..
Haha, tail! The tail is moveable. It has those.. Uhm.. Fluffy wire-thingies inside.
This tail was also horrible because the wire decided to go stick out of places it shouldn't. Wohoo!
But I had fun making her.
Mom was angry I didn't keep her ROFL she thought it was too cute.
Working with fluffy fabric is messy! She's hand-sewn because it was too much a hassle for the sewing machine. Only those big floppy ears are machine-sewn. Because I could.
