Alright, let me just see if I can remember what I said lol
My advice was, if you're worried about the whole 'Having an evil character but not offending people' issue maybe focus on him being the 'psychological disturbing' evil rather than 'physically aggressive' evil. Keep any violence to drawings or writing, with suitable warnings. This way nobody gets annoyed with you In Game.
My other bit of advice was in regards to his whole childhood fear theme, which I must say I am quite fond of; look at characters/things you were afraid of growing up. Analyzing why you were scared of these things might help give you ideas for Kuor's powers.
I think that was all I had, pf my memory is horrible lol. Hope that helps!
