A small step this time. But it made the forest of Phase Three much more pleasant.

I love how the forest look

I love how the forest look now in this video, the colors are more natural and not so bright, also the night part was my favorite *-* can't wait to go and run around the forest with the night time!
The frogs have pictograms showing in the pond now! I'm surprised and very excited about this.

Can't wait to see more! I'm loving it so far.

Why does the deer lean so far

Why does the deer lean so far forward when laying down? Is that going to be fixed? It just looks really awkward.

Everything looks great other than that. I really love how the water looks. It's gorgeous.

Thanks!
The animations are exactly the same. It's probably just an illusion that it looks different. But I will have a look.

Here's a comparison between the current game and remake sit:

I personally think the remake's sit looks more 'natural' and relaxed (so not necessarily a bad change, imo). But it definitely loses the regality of the more upright position.

The only other animation in the remake that's a bit different from the current game is the shaking head emote:

I believe the remake is using the animation from when you come out of the pond instead of the normal shaking.

Alright maybe it doesn't

Alright maybe it doesn't necessarily need to be fixed. It might just bother me because it's different.

To be honest, the new sitting

To be honest, the new sitting position bothers me a little bit aswell, but maybe we get used to it xD

Idk, the pose looks awkward

Idk, the pose looks awkward to me too.

But I'm glad that frogs are going to have pictos now!
With the current version I sometimes confuse players who have fallen into the pond with those frogs that are part of the environment Laughing out loud

Thank you for analyzing the

Thank you for analyzing the differences between animations. I will look into this!

The new sit positions look

The new sit positions look more natural to me personal, in nature deer have sometime slight forward head as I show picture example. The old emote look more compressed and abnormals.

I think the issue is not the head and neck on new one
it is accurate, but the leg is the illusion issue that it look "odd"
simply the front leg needs to be more forward? Or little bit bigger proportion!

The new pose has a less

The new pose has a less smooth transition between the neck and body. That's where the awkwardness is. It looks like if someone made a clay figure in the original pose, and then just pushed the head and part of the neck forward without smoothing anything out, and without having a proper support for the neck. Also see how the deer in the photos have a smooth curve where the neck meets the back.
