Since the design of the second character I have planned has been difficult to work with, I decided to try drawing this guy first.
Of course I make an actually deer-headed deer when it's been so long since I've drawn deer at all, just to make it extra hard on myself I guess haha

I'm kinda worried about playing this guy eventually though since he will be kinda abrasive/antagonistic, so I may stick to mainly the other character I have planned ;u;

This is for Wendingo It was originally going to be a commission, but some complications forced it to be cancelled. I felt that I should finish the illustration anyway, just so they could have at least a reference for their character color-wise, and I also thought it'd help cheer them up ^^I am sorry if I butchered the markings too much, I took advantage of my artistic freedom with them, a bit too much perhaps. XD

I hope you like it! This one's on the house! /shot

Final Design, but colours?

This is my nervous little Exerus, The baty-dog-deer-thing ^^

He have bat wings, Yellow eyes with dark whites(I think), a raggedy mane, and hoof-paws with tiny pawpads <3. The insides of his ear is raffled like a bats. And he has a dark doggy nose.

That's the basic.

but now I can't deside of furr/pelt color (maybe markings) and what kind of antlers/horns he should have. x) So. Suggest away~

Now the colors here are a bit off as my ink-pens do not have that much colours to work with.

Pelt - White ?
Horns - ?
Leg/Wing 'dot'-markings - ?
Base wing 'squiglies'-markings - Black ?
Mane/Tail fluff tips - Red, black ?
Belly - Red, black, grey ?

I'm not dead! just haven't been inforest much. still lurking around the recent posts, though, trying to keep up with all the current happenings (it seems like it's harder than it was before - there's so much going on!)

anyways, here is Ysrael somewhat gracefully leaping over the Crying Idol stream. it felt good to paint the forest landscape again ;v;
