Tally was never mad at him, in fact I'm not sure thats possible so if he has forgiven her all is well. I'm pretty sure it was Lantern, his fawn self is sweet and apologetic. Is Tally insane? Only partially, seeing Steele acting that way towards a fawn is what made her act like that. (Lantern, who is real but the one she imagines is not, tells her to be violent but she struggles against it.) Basically any violence can set her off.
Her and Nightmare seem to have a common fear well a Somewhat common Fear XD Nightmare's deathly afraid of the Devout Pelt/Secretary Pelts due to his origins of being a 'dark' being, so he flees from anything (Fawns, Stags, Does alike) XD
