The contrasts in the darker version seem nicer on the eye, to me :3 but I like both, and i particularly like your antlers! Personally I probably choose my character colours by what feels most comfortable to draw in, as i tend to doodle more than get into the RP aspect of having a character xD
I agree the eyes look much nicer with the darker pelt. I always over complicate my designs and the end up with a character that's practically impossible to redraw lol.
oooh, definitely favoring the second design. ive always been drawn to the dark contrasts of anything with black (black with gold, red, any outstanding color) so im in love with it! also totally partial to fallow style antlers too, haha.
