I'm planning on doing one of these for all my deer: a simple portrait that could easily be used as a reference, with a backdrop of seemingly 2-D trees with a colour scheme to match the deer. I'm experimenting with a style to give the scenery a theatre set feel, with only the deer in 3-D.
...in fact, I even tried adding
a spotlight. :]
Her eyes wouldn't normally be
that much aglow, but it's nighttime, so she has the cat-like night-vision on. c:
Wow that's great Lieka! I
Thanks! I wasn't sure whether
hm i like the style,
reminds me a bit of my childhood... xD sometimes there were fairytales shown on the tv, done in a really old fashioned style that looked a bit like your picture ^^
(oh and i woulda lmost say, that i like the spot-lighted version better ^^)
I -really- like this
@AliceV: Thankyou very much!
@Seele: ...almost like I made a picture? xD; Nobut I think I know what you mean. Thankyou! The spotlight thing was a very unexpected nice effect, gave it a stage-like feel, almost like a photograph. C: Ta very much! <3
